The back of the heater shell 1 is provided with a power supply jack which is connected with a 220V alternating current power supply to provide the 220V alternating current power supply for the heating pipe 5 and the intelligent constant temperature controller 14, a direct current 9V power supply is provided for the high-precision water quality analyzer 18 through the analyzer power adapter, and the power-on state is controlled by a switch.

The trapezoidal support frame 2 is designed to be three layers of different heights, the geometric center position of each layer is a cantilever type support mounting hole 3, and M6 nuts are welded on each layer of the trapezoidal support frame, so that the adjustable cantilever type support 23 can be mounted, and the installation is convenient for operators to use (when the height of an external measuring tool used in the heating water container 4 is different, the position for mounting the adjustable cantilever type support 23 can be changed to adapt to measuring tools with different heights).

The heating water container 4 is made of stainless steel material to prevent rust from being generated after long-term use. The heating pipe 5 and the temperature sensor 6 are arranged inside, the tail ends of the heating pipe 5 and the temperature sensor 6 are provided with a heating pipe and temperature sensor power supply terminal 7, and a heating water container and intelligent constant temperature controller connecting sleeve line 12 is connected with an intelligent constant temperature controller connecting terminal 17 for use.

The bottom of the heating water container 4 is provided with a water discharge pipe 8, and the other end is provided with a water discharge valve 9 arranged on the heater shell 1. Because the water discharge valve is lower than the heating water container 4, the water discharge work can be completed quickly when the valve is opened to discharge water.

The metal part of the heater base 13 is connected with the grounding end of the power supply jack (delta-shaped jack) and is effectively grounded. Four rubber insulation supporting legs are arranged on the lower portion of the heater base 13, and the four rubber insulation supporting legs keep a safe distance with an operation table board, so that personal safety of operators is guaranteed.

Referring to fig. 1, the intelligent thermostat 14 is composed of an intelligent thermostat liquid crystal display 15, an intelligent thermostat operation key 16, and an intelligent thermostat connection terminal 17. The intelligent constant temperature controller 14 can be set through the intelligent constant temperature controller operation key 16, and the heating water container 4 can be controlled to heat, keep constant temperature and operate at regular time on the test water sample.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the high-precision water quality analyzer 18 is composed of an analyzer liquid crystal screen 19, an analyzer key 20, an analyzer testing terminal, an analyzer power interface, an adjustable arm type support 23, an analyzer testing electric conduction electrode 24, an analyzer testing wire and an analyzer power adapter. The analyzer test electrode 24 is installed at the front end of the adjustable arm support 23, connected with the analyzer test connection terminal through an analyzer test line, and operated by the analyzer key 20 to perform a PH test and a conductivity test. The analyzer liquid crystal screen 19 adopts a large-size liquid crystal screen, and test data are clear and visible and are displayed in real time.

Referring to fig. 4, the heating system: the water heater comprises a heater shell 1, a trapezoidal support frame 2, a hand arm type support mounting hole 3, a heating water container 4, a heating pipe 5, a temperature sensor 6, a heating pipe and temperature sensor power supply terminal 7, a water discharge pipe 8, a water discharge valve 9, a power supply jack, a switch (not shown), a heating water container and intelligent constant temperature controller connecting sleeve wire 12 and a heater base 13. The intelligent constant temperature controller 14 is matched with the water sample to be tested for heating and constant temperature operation.

High accuracy water quality analysis system: the analyzer consists of an analyzer liquid crystal screen 19, an analyzer key 20, an adjustable arm type support 23 and an analyzer testing electric conduction electrode 24. The water sample in the heater is subjected to an analytical test by means of the analyzer test electric conduction electrode 24 mounted on the adjustable arm type support 23.

A power supply system: consists of a power supply jack, a switch and an analyzer power adapter (not shown) on the heater shell 1. 220V alternating current power supply is provided for the intelligent constant temperature controller 14 and the heating pipe 5, and then direct current 9V power supply is provided for the high-precision water quality analyzer 18.

Intelligent constant temperature control system: the intelligent constant temperature controller consists of an intelligent constant temperature controller liquid crystal display screen 15, an intelligent constant temperature controller operation key 16 and an intelligent constant temperature controller wiring terminal 17, and controls a heating system, including temperature rise, constant temperature and timing operation.

When the water quality tester is used, secondary distilled water is placed into the water heating container 4, the intelligent constant temperature controller 14 is operated, the heating temperature is set through the operation key 16 of the intelligent constant temperature controller 14, the water is heated to 100 ℃ for 10 minutes, then the temperature is reduced to 25 ℃ and kept constant, the temperature is displayed on the liquid crystal display 15 of the intelligent constant temperature controller, the conductive electrode 24 for the analyzer test is inserted into the secondary distilled water, the operation of the analyzer key 20 is carried out to carry out pH test and conductivity test, and whether the water quality meets the water standard of the oil testing work test is judged through the test result displayed on the liquid crystal screen 19 of the analyzer. After taking a proper amount of test water, the drain valve 9 can be opened to discharge the residual secondary distilled water.
