Technical Field

The present invention relates to compositions for use as dietary supplements for dietary balance, wherein the ingredients of the composition have a significant triggering effect in achieving weight loss.

Background

There are a large number of people who are overweight or obese. Many weight loss strategies are based on significantly limiting caloric consumption and/or increasing the rate at which a person metabolizes nutrients from daily calorie consumption or body fat stores, which is typically achieved by aerobic exercise. While these are effective strategies for achieving weight loss, many people still consider it difficult to initiate an exercise program while continuing to reduce calorie consumption.

Today, there are a large number of dietary supplements designed to supplement the normal diet.

Dietary supplements are nutrients designed to supplement the normal diet, wherein these products are considered a concentrated source of vitamins and minerals or other substances with nutritional or physiological effects. In addition, dietary supplements must be sold in ready-to-package and dosed form and be consumed in small quantities.

Dietary supplements must also meet four criteria to be defined as dietary supplements. These four criteria are:

-raspberry ketone, 100mg to 400 mg;

-fish peptide, 1000mg to 15000 mg; and

-glucomannan, 1000mg to 5000 mg.

According to a further feature of the composition of the present invention, the composition is provided in the form of any of the following formulations:

-a gelatin capsule;

-powders or granules that have to be rehydrated;

-a pill, tablet or troche,

fluid or paste-like behavior of the dosage form.

Detailed Description

The present invention relates to compositions for use as dietary supplements for balancing the diet to promote weight loss while reducing food demand and increasing metabolic rate. Dietary balanced dietary supplements may be made from pre-mixed formulas that include one or more of the following active ingredients: raspberry ketone, fish peptide, glucomannan, vitamin C, pomegranate fruit, zinc and chromium. Together, these ingredients produce additional triggering effects associated with weight loss.

Composition for use as a dietary balanced dietary supplement comprising, in part, plant components of a plant extract and peptides of fish (e.g. salmon), characterized in that the components of the composition are as follows:

-raspberry ketone, 100mg to 400 mg;

-fish peptide, 1000mg to 15000 mg;

-glucomannan, 1000mg to 5000 mg.

In addition, the composition for dietary balanced dietary supplement according to the present invention may further comprise one or more of the following ingredients:

-vitamin C, 500mg to 1000 mg;

-magnesium, 200mg to 300 mg;

-Gamboge (Gamboge) fruit, 100mg to 300 mg;

-zinc, 10mg to 50 mg; and

-chromium, 50 μ g to 90 μ g.

Peptides from fish help to stabilize the intestinal flora, thus better absorbing nutrients and better metabolism, while normalizing blood glucose. The above are all factors that contribute to better weight control. Raspberry-derived ketones help the body enter ketosis (ketosis) for 2 to 3 hours (thereby burning fat cells rather than consuming glucose, resulting in ketone accumulation in the body), more quickly than in the self-controlled case of the body. Glucomannan is mainly responsible for reducing hunger sensation caused by swelling and filling a portion of the stomach. The volume of glucomannan increases by up to 200-fold upon contact with a liquid. Importantly, the minimum daily dosage of glucomannan should be 3 to 4 grams, otherwise there is no particular use. Glucomannan is a natural plant neutral polysaccharide formed by the polymerization of glucose and mannose through beta-1, 4 glycosidic bonds, and is an excellent water-soluble dietary fiber. Glucomannan is a natural dietary fiber extracted from the root of konjac. The fibers swell and/or expand in the stomach by binding water or liquid, incidentally giving the person a feeling of fullness.

The list of health claims approved by the european union for commercial glucomannan indicates that a beneficial effect can be obtained with 3 grams glucomannan (three doses, 1 gram per dose) ingested per day. If the dose is increased to three times a day, 1.33 grams each time (4 grams total per day), the following recorded claims may also be used: glucomannans help to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels in the body. To undertake such claims, the following information should be provided to the consumer: the beneficial effect is achieved with a minimum intake of 4 grams of glucomannan per day. Claims for further approval are: in the case of an energy-restricted diet, glucomannan contributes to weight loss. Beneficial effects were obtained with a daily intake of 3 grams of glucomannan (three doses, 1 gram each) and 1-2 cups of water before meals and in energy-restricted diets.

Raspberry ketone can reduce body weight by reducing fat mass, thereby achieving a better balance between fat and muscle mass in the body. Raspberry ketone can make human body enter ketosis within 2-3 hr. Ketones help to break down adipocytes more efficiently and at the same time increase the levels of the fat and sugar regulating hormone adiponectin in the body. For example, fish peptide (hydrolyzed fish peptide) from salmon or white fish is a small protein component bound to amino acids. The properties of the three main components glucomannan, raspberry ketone and fish peptide complement each other, so that a faster and easier weight reduction is achieved in an excellent way.

Raspberry ketone is intended to induce ketosis in humans in two to three hours. When a person is ketotic, it burns fat instead of carbohydrate, which helps to lose weight more quickly. Experimental study

In 2019 spring, a qualitative test was performed using a combination of these main ingredients (i.e. raspberry ketone, fish peptide and glucomannan as complete product), where four people tested the product for four weeks. Two participants in the study were eating and living normally and were prescribed to take the composition of the present invention three times per day. Both participants lost 2 to 4 kg. The other two participants of the study will change diet after they entered ketosis, after which their nutritional intake will include two carbohydrate-friendly diets and three daily doses of the composition of the present invention. These two participants dropped 8 to 10 kg.

In another corresponding qualitative test, the other two participants with relatively similar starting points only consumed the carbohydrate-friendly food, but not the product. These two people lost "only" 4 kg and 6 kg. Both tests show that the product has good effect.

The purpose of the composition according to the invention for use as a dietary balanced dietary supplement is to make it easier and more flexible for the user of the composition to lose weight than before. The composition is intended to help the human body to enter the ketosis state with the help of raspberry ketone only two hours after administration, while at the same time the user does not feel hungry because glucomannan increases satiety in the user. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that a number of variations and modifications may be employed to achieve a composition for use as a dietary supplement for dietary balance as described in the scope of protection of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
