Background

The hot pot is a favorite cooking method in most areas of China, particularly in autumn and winter, and a family or a friend party often uses the hot pot for cooking, so that the hot pot has the advantages of diversified cooked food materials, low requirement on cooking skills, random adjustment of taste and the like. However, one of the biggest pain points of users during the use of chafing dish is: after food is put into the pot each time, other food materials are put into the pot without eating the food, and some food is boiled for too long time and tastes.

In order to solve the pain of the user, in recent years, electric lifting hot pots appear in the market, a motor is connected with a worm through a speed reducer, and a telescopic rod is driven by the worm to drive a food tray to lift at the center of the hot pot. Corresponding patent application technical schemes also disclose related implementation schemes, for example, CN2018100328404 discloses a split type lifting hot pot, and CN2018200544413 discloses a lifting driving module for lifting hot pot, wherein the disclosed technical schemes are that a worm gear is used for driving and reducing speed to drive a screw to stretch and lift so as to drive a food tray to lift according to a sleeve on the basis of motor driving. For another example, CN2017108902163 discloses a screw-type lifting chafing dish, which adopts the technical scheme that a motor drives a bevel gear to drive a screw to drive a food tray to lift in a sleeve. These solutions have at least the following drawbacks:

firstly, the structure is complex. Because the motor is adopted to drive the screw rod to stretch and descend through the driving structure matched with the speed reducer, the worm and the turbine so as to drive the food tray to ascend and descend according to the sleeve, the overall structure is complex, the realization cost is overhigh, and the complex structure is not beneficial to the size miniaturization of the chafing dish and the production and assembly.

Secondly, the reliability is lower. The food tray mainly shows two aspects, firstly, a very high sleeve is arranged in the middle of the food tray, the distance is too large when the screw rod is lifted, the stroke is too long, when the screw rod is lifted to the maximum position, the food in the food tray is placed unevenly, the stability of the food tray is poor, the screw rod is easy to incline, and the phenomena of lifting and clamping stagnation of the screw rod and the like are caused; secondly, sealing reliability is relatively poor, although there is the silica gel sealing washer between lifter and fixed cover, long-term high temperature is used, lifter up-and-down motion's friction, the soup material of chafing dish and edible material leak easily and lead to going up and down to feel the jamming, drive mechanism and motor damage, the poor and not long service life of reliability.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides the automatic lifting hot pot, the food basket can smoothly move according to the sleeve in the pot body and can be lifted to the required height as required, the integral structure is simple, and the reliability is higher.

The invention provides an automatic lifting hot pot, which comprises a heating base, a pot body and a food basket, wherein the inner side surface of an upper shell is provided with a heating body; the bottom of the pot body is provided with a sleeve which is arranged in an upward protruding way; a stepping motor and a screw rod connected with an output shaft of the stepping motor are arranged in the heating base, and the screw rod is positioned in the sleeve; the screw rod is screwed with a screw part and a permanent magnet fixed on the screw part, and a positioning part for limiting the screw part to rotate on the screw rod is also arranged in the sleeve; the bottom of the food basket is provided with a shaft hole and a magnetic conduction ring fixedly connected with the shaft hole, and the food basket is movably sleeved on the sleeve through the shaft hole.

In a preferred embodiment, the shaft hole is arranged at the center of the bottom of the food basket, the magnetic conduction ring is fixedly arranged above the shaft hole, and the height of the magnetic conduction ring is lower than the upper edge position of the food basket.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the invention adopts the stepping motor to directly drive the screw rod to rotate, has no speed reducing or transmission mechanism, the screwing piece (such as a nut) and the permanent magnet are fixed into a whole, and the rotation of the screwing piece is limited by the positioning piece, so when the stepping motor drives the screw rod to rotate, the screwing piece and the permanent magnet can only lift up and down, a magnetic force is generated between the magnetic conductive ring made of a martensitic stainless steel sleeve and the permanent magnet in the middle of the food basket, so when the screwing piece and the permanent magnet lift up and down, the food basket is driven to lift up and down together, and the screw rod, the screwing piece and the permanent magnet are hermetically arranged in the sleeve in the middle of the hot. Therefore, on one hand, the invention simplifies the whole structure, saves a complex transmission system, and the stepping motor can be separately arranged in an independent motor base, thereby not only isolating the heat of the heating body at the bottom of the hot pot through the motor base to improve the working reliability, but also being beneficial to assembly and maintenance; secondly, the reliability is improved, the screw element is adopted to drive the permanent magnet to move up and down to drive the food basket to move up and down, the movement transmission is magnetic force, direct contact and telescopic friction do not exist, and the movement driving part, the food basket and the hot pot soup and food materials are all isolated, so that leakage and clamping stagnation are not caused, and the pot body and the food basket of the hot pot are easy to clean.

To further clarify the technical solutions and effects adopted by the present application to achieve the intended purpose, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments according to the present application. In the state shown in fig. 2, after the user presses the up button 111, the stepping motor 14 drives the screw 16 to rotate in the first direction, since the lower end of the screw 16 is connected to the output shaft of the stepping motor 14, the screw 16 cannot move up and down in the sleeve 22, and the screw 18 is restricted from rotating by the positioning member 26, so that the screw 18 drives the permanent magnet 19 to move on the screw 16 to the upper end of the screw 16 during the rotation of the screw 16 in the first direction, a magnetic force is generated between the permanent magnet 19 and the magnetic ring 33 of the food basket 3, the food basket 3 is driven by the magnetic force to move upwards to the position shown in fig. 4 according to the direction of the sleeve 22 in the shaft hole 32, so as to jack up the food basket 3 from the soup in the pot 2, soup in the food basket 3 flows away from the water through hole 31, and the cooked food remains in the food basket 3, thereby realizing the separation of the food from the soup in the pot 2, the taste of the food materials can not be lost due to the cooking process time of part of the food materials in the pot body 2, and the use experience of users can be improved.
