Technical Field

The invention relates to a mop, in particular to a crawler-type mop capable of improving the continuous working capacity of the mop.

Background

Currently, mops are known which have only one cleaning head, and single head mops have a poor ability to last as the individual cleaning heads quickly become dirty and require constant cleaning and dewatering.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defect that the existing mop is poor in continuous working capacity, the invention provides the crawler-type mop, the crawler-type mop can be used for connecting a plurality of cleaning heads in series to form a crawler-type cleaning belt, and the continuous working of each cleaning head is realized, so that the continuous cleaning capacity of the mop is improved.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention comprises a mop rod, a guide groove, a supporting seat, a rocking handle, a transmission shaft, a chain wheel, a spring, a positioning pin, a hinge, a dragging plate, a sliding groove, a chain column, a connecting rope and a cleaning belt.

The carriage is of a circular plate structure, an annular sliding groove is formed in the edge of the lower end face of the carriage, the cross section of the sliding groove is of a T-shaped groove structure, and a left gap and a right gap which are communicated with the sliding groove are formed in the rear end of the carriage. The mop rod is of a hollow tube structure, the lower end head of the mop rod is connected to the central position of the upper end face of the mop plate through a hinge, longitudinal guide grooves are formed in the front and rear tube walls of the mop rod and are long round through holes penetrating through the tube walls of the mop rod, and a positioning pin is arranged below the guide grooves. The supporting seat is of a cylindrical structure, front and rear shaft holes perpendicular to the central axis of the supporting seat are formed in the front and rear cylinder walls of the supporting seat, and the supporting seat is sleeved on the mop rod. The shaft body of the transmission shaft is arranged in the front and rear guide grooves of the mop rod and the front and rear shaft holes of the supporting seat, and the front and rear shaft heads of the transmission shaft are respectively connected with the rocking handle and the chain wheel. The spring is arranged in the inner hole of the mop rod and is positioned between the transmission shaft and the positioning pin. The chain columns are in I-shaped cylindrical structures formed by a vertical shaft and upper and lower cover plates, a plurality of chain columns are arranged and combined into an annular chain structure, the upper cover plates of the chain columns are connected through connecting ropes, the lower cover plates of the chain columns are connected with a cleaning belt, and the cleaning belt is a crawler-type cleaning cloth formed by serially connecting a plurality of cleaning heads. The upper end of the cleaning belt is meshed with the chain wheel through a chain, and the upper cover plate of each chain column on the chain at the lower end of the cleaning belt is connected in a sliding groove on the dragging plate through a notch on the dragging plate.

When the mop is used for cleaning a floor, the mop rod presses the mop plate on the floor, the mop plate can move downwards along the guide groove on the mop rod through the chain driving chain wheel, the supporting seat and the crank, and meanwhile, the spring in the mop rod tensions the chain and the cleaning belt. When the mop rod drives the mop plate to move, the mop plate can drive the cleaning belt to clean the floor.

When dirty cleaning belt is changed, the mop plate and the cleaning belt are lifted through the mop rod, when the chain and the cleaning belt are tensioned by the spring in the mop rod, the chain wheel is rotated through the crank and the transmission shaft, the chain wheel can drive the chain to move along the sliding groove in the mop plate, and meanwhile, the chain can drive the cleaning belt to move together and realize the replacement of the cleaning belt on the mop plate.

The invention has the advantages that a plurality of cleaning heads are connected in series to form a crawler-type cleaning belt, and the continuous work of each cleaning head improves the continuous cleaning work capacity of the mop.

Detailed Description

In fig. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, the carriage 5 is a circular plate structure, an annular slide groove 14 is formed in the edge of the lower end face of the carriage 5, the cross section of the slide groove 14 is a T-shaped groove structure, and two notches which are communicated with the slide groove 14 are formed in the rear end of the carriage 5. The mop rod 1 is of a hollow tube structure, the lower end head of the mop rod 1 is connected to the central position of the upper end face of the mop plate 5 through a hinge 6, longitudinal guide grooves 7 are formed in the front and rear tube walls of the mop rod 1, the guide grooves 7 are long circular through holes penetrating through the tube walls of the mop rod 1, and a positioning pin 12 is arranged below the guide grooves 7. The supporting seat 9 is of a cylindrical structure, front and rear shaft holes perpendicular to the central axis of the supporting seat 9 are formed in the front and rear cylinder walls of the supporting seat 9, and the supporting seat 9 is sleeved on the mop rod 1. The upper end of the cleaning belt 3 is meshed with the chain wheel 8 through a chain, and the upper cover plate of each chain column 4 on the chain at the lower end of the cleaning belt 3 is connected in the sliding groove 14 on the dragging plate 5 through a notch on the dragging plate 5.

In fig. 1, 2, 4 and 7, when the mop is used for cleaning floor, the mop plate 5 is pressed on the floor by the mop rod 1, the mop plate 5 can move downwards along the guide groove 7 on the mop rod 1 by the chain driving chain wheel 8, the supporting seat 9 and the crank 2, and the spring 11 in the mop rod 1 tensions the chain and the cleaning belt 3. When the mop rod 1 drives the mop plate 5 to move, the mop plate 5 can drive the cleaning belt 3 to clean the floor.

In fig. 1, 2, 3, 7, 9 and 10, when the dirty cleaning belt 3 is replaced, the mop plate 5 and the cleaning belt 3 are lifted by the mop rod 1, when the chain and the cleaning belt 3 are tensioned by the spring 11 in the mop rod 1, the chain wheel 8 is rotated by the crank 2 and the transmission shaft 10, the chain wheel 8 can drive the chain to move along the chute 14 on the mop plate 5, and the chain can drive the cleaning belt 3 to move together, so that the cleaning belt 3 on the mop plate 5 can be replaced by new one.
