The invention relates to a rotating mechanism, in particular to a revolution transmission mechanism suitable for a linear accelerator treatment couch, and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments.

Background

The treatment bed is used as a main auxiliary device of the linear accelerator, and the function of the treatment bed is to meet the requirements of positioning and light transmission of the linear accelerator in the treatment process of a patient. The positioning requires the therapeutic bed to have the functions of rotation and front-back extension, the extension is realized by a linkage mechanism connected with the bed plate, and the rotation is realized by the revolution of the therapeutic bed. The light transmittance is required to be good for the bed plate, and the whole structure of the treatment bed is required to avoid the area where the accelerator rays are located except for the bed plate, so that the whole form of the treatment bed adopts a revolution cantilever type structure.

The original revolution form of the treatment bed adopts a rotary support, the structural form of the rotary support is easy to incline, the processing cost is high, and the adjustment is difficult.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the invention provides a revolution mechanism for a medical accelerator treatment bed, which can facilitate the installation of the revolution mechanism of the treatment bed, stabilize the operation and reduce the processing cost.

A revolution mechanism for a medical accelerator treatment bed comprises an orbit base, a cantilever base, a friction wheel, a brake speed reduction motor, a sliding copper sleeve and a sliding shaft;

the track base is fixed inside the ground foundation and is of a disc-shaped structure, a circular track is arranged at the edge of the disc shape, and a central positioning hole is formed in the central position of the disc shape;

Detailed Description

The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in attached figures 1, 2 and 3, the invention provides a revolution mechanism for a medical accelerator treatment bed, which comprises a circular base 1, a base body 2, a cantilever base 3, a friction wheel 4, a brake speed-reducing motor 5, a sliding copper sleeve 6, a sliding shaft 9, a potentiometer 7 and a gear 8;

the round base 1 is fixed in the ground foundation, the base body 2 is in a disc-shaped structure, a round track 11 is arranged at the edge of the disc, and a central positioning hole 10 is arranged at the central position of the disc;

one end of the cantilever base 3 is arranged in a central positioning hole 10 of the base body 2 through a sliding shaft 9, the cantilever base 3 and the sliding shaft 9 are fixedly connected and then form a revolute pair with the central positioning hole 10, and a sliding copper sleeve 6 is arranged on a rotating matching surface; one end of the cantilever base 3 is supported on a circular track 11 of the base body 2 through a friction wheel 4 and a needle bearing, the needle bearing is installed at the bottom of the cantilever base 3, the friction wheel 4 is driven by a brake speed reducing motor 5 fixedly installed on the base body 2, and the cantilever base 3 rotates around the central axis of a central positioning hole 10 of the base body 2 under the friction force generated by the friction wheel 4; the bottom of the sliding shaft 9 is provided with a gear 8 which is matched with a potentiometer to feed back the angular position of the revolution base of the treatment couch.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the circular base 1 is a circular ring steel base, and is positioned and embedded in a preset pit through a tool. The bottom surface of the pit needs to be ensured to be basically horizontal, and the depth of the pit is consistent with the height of the circular base 1, so that the central line of the installed circular base is basically overlapped with a perpendicular line passing through the isocenter of the accelerator. After the circular base 1 is installed, pit gaps around the base are filled with concrete 14, the bottom surface of the circular base 1 is provided with a circular groove 12 matched with an installation surface 13 at the bottom of the base body 2, the center point of the circular groove 12 is overlapped with the center point of the circular base 1, and as long as the base body 2 is installed in the circular groove 12, the center point of the base body 2 is positioned without additional adjustment. The circular groove 12 is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed threaded holes for fixing the base body 2 on the circular base 1;

the base body 2 is a horizontally-placed pot cover-shaped cast steel disc and has the advantages of good structural rigidity and stable installation contact surface; the central positioning hole 10, the circular rail 11, the mounting surface 13 and the adjusting hole are integrally machined on the base body 2, and the concentricity of the central positioning hole 10 and the mounting surface 13 and the verticality of the circular rail 11 are ensured.

The center positioning hole 10 is arranged at the center of the base body 2, namely the top of the pot cover, the edge of the base body 2 is matched with the circular groove 12 of the circular base 1, the functions of center positioning and supporting the structural weight of the treatment bed body are achieved, and a space is provided for installing cables and controlling components in a cavity at the bottom of the base body 2.

The center positioning hole 10 serves as a center positioning hole for rotation of the cantilever base 3 of the accelerator treatment bed, the center positioning function and the vertical limiting function of the cantilever base 3 are achieved, and the finish machining surfaces at the upper end and the lower end of the center positioning hole 10 can serve as reference datum surfaces for adjusting the levelness of the track base.

The circular track 11 is arranged at the outer edge of the base body 2 and is formed by finish machining on the basis of flanging the edge of the base body 2, and the track surface has high flatness and parallelism relative to the mounting surface 13.

The mounting surface 13 is a finish machining surface of the base body 2 matched with the circular base 1 for positioning and fixing.

As shown in fig. 6, a plurality of groups of adjusting holes are uniformly distributed on the edge (at least 3 groups) of the base body 2, wherein three adjusting holes are in one group, the middle hole is a through hole 15 and corresponds to a threaded hole on the circular base 1, and the base body 2 is fixed on the circular base 1 through a screw. Two sides of the through hole 15 are respectively provided with a threaded hole 16, the flatness of the circular track 11 is finely adjusted by adjusting pin screws arranged in the threaded holes 16, and the adjusting holes are positioned at the outermost edge of the base body 2, so that the diameter is larger, and the levelness adjusting precision is relatively higher.
