a pair of longitudinal sliding grooves are formed in one opposite side of the two vertical sections of the U-shaped frame, and two sliding blocks which are arranged in the two longitudinal sliding grooves in a sliding mode are arranged on two sides of a shearing seat arranged in the U-shaped frame;

Preferably, the left end and the right end of the pressing plate are fixedly connected with a pair of strip-shaped pressing blocks.

Preferably, the shearing knife is connected with the shearing seat through a bolt.

According to the invention, the vertical hydraulic cylinder can drive the shearing seat to move in the longitudinal direction, and the arrangement of the sliding block and the longitudinal sliding groove can ensure that the shearing seat only moves in the vertical direction; the pressing mechanism can utilize the loading hydraulic cylinder and the pressing plate to press and position the aluminum plate to be sheared on the supporting table, so that the aluminum plate can be sheared conveniently.

As shown in fig. 1, the plate shearing machine for processing the aluminum plate comprises a supporting base plate 1, a left supporting column 2 and a right supporting column 3 which are fixedly connected with the left end and the right end of the upper end surface of the supporting base plate 1, an inverted U-shaped frame 4 arranged between the upper parts of the left supporting column 2 and the right supporting column 3, and a pressing mechanism arranged below the U-shaped frame 4, wherein the outer sides of two vertical sections of the U-shaped frame 4 are fixedly connected with the left supporting column 2 and the right supporting column 3 through a left cross beam 7 and a right cross beam 8 respectively;

a pair of longitudinal sliding grooves 9 are formed in one opposite side of two vertical sections of the U-shaped frame 4, and two sliding blocks 10 which are arranged in the two longitudinal sliding grooves 9 in a sliding mode are arranged on two sides of a shearing seat 12 arranged in the U-shaped frame 4;

a vertical hydraulic cylinder 11 is arranged in the U-shaped frame 4 at the lower part of the horizontal section of the U-shaped frame, the cylinder barrel of the vertical hydraulic cylinder 11 is fixedly connected with the horizontal section of the U-shaped frame 4, and the piston rod end of the vertical hydraulic cylinder is connected with the center of the upper end of a shearing seat 12;

the lower end of the shearing base 12 is fixedly connected with a shearing knife extending in the left-right direction;

the pressing mechanism comprises a supporting platform 13 arranged on the upper end surface of the supporting bottom plate, the supporting platform 13 is fixedly connected with the supporting bottom plate 1 through a plurality of supporting legs 14 on the lower portion of the supporting platform, a pair of through grooves 15 are correspondingly formed in the front portion and the rear portion of the supporting platform 13, and a pair of loading hydraulic cylinders 16 are installed in the through grooves 15; the cylinder base of the loading hydraulic cylinder 16 is fixedly connected to the supporting base plate 1, and the piston rod end of the loading hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the center of the pressure plate 5 positioned above the supporting platform 13.

The left end and the right end of the pressing plate 5 are also fixedly connected with a pair of strip-shaped pressing blocks 6.

The shearing knife is connected with the shearing seat 12 through a bolt.
