The display system is connected with the CNC system and the PLC system through a bus, so that set data can be transmitted to the two control systems; 3, the CNC system receives an action instruction sent by the display system and the PLC system and controls a driver of the servo motor to operate; 4. the servo driver controls the servo motor to operate; 5. the servo motor is connected with the speed reducer through a mechanical structure, so that the servo motor drives the speed reducer to operate; 6. the speed reducer is connected with the main screw rod through a mechanical structure, the main screw rod is connected with the small pressing machine sliding block through the mechanical structure, the small pressing machine sliding block is connected with the multi-connecting-rod system through the mechanical structure, and the multi-connecting-rod system is connected with the large pressing machine sliding block through the mechanical structure, so that the large pressing machine sliding block is controlled to operate finally; 7. the large slide block acts according to a curve set in the display system; 8. the large slide block position detection system and the pressure detection system feed back the displacement and pressure data to the PLC; the PLC calculates and analyzes according to the current data, sends an action instruction and feeds back information to the CNC system; the CNC system further controls the servo driver to operate according to the received information, and finally controls the large sliding block to accurately move, wherein the whole process is closed-loop control; 11. meanwhile, according to the process requirements, the PLC system controls the hydraulic cushion system to act according to a set curve; 12. the hydraulic cushion position detection system and the pressure detection system feed back position and pressure data to the PLC; and 13, the PLC performs logical operation and analysis according to the current data, sends out an instruction and controls the hydraulic cushion to accurately act. The whole process is closed-loop control. 14. The position and pressure of the large slide and the position and pressure of the hydraulic cushion can be displayed in the display system in the process.
