Background

At present, railway passenger trains are mainly divided into motor train units (power decentralized type) and general-speed passenger trains. In order to meet different market demands, in the serial development of the Chinese standard motor train unit with 'Fuxing' number, the standard motor train unit forms a standard serial product with the speed grade of CR400/300/200, wherein the standard motor train unit with the CR200 grade gradually replaces a common passenger bus.

The power-concentrated motor train unit is used as a series of 'renaming' motor train units and plays an important role in upgrading and upgrading speed-increasing passenger cars, promoting structural reform of the railway passenger transport supply side and improving transport organization efficiency. the protective net and the cantilever mounting strut are arranged below the operation frame and above the middle of an adjacent preparation station track in the portal frame;

the contact net cantilevers are arranged on the two transverse sides of the cantilever mounting support and are positioned above the power-concentrated motor train unit;

the inner sides of the two portal frame stand columns are sequentially provided with the rain-proof shed, the three-layer operation platform and the two-layer operation platform from top to bottom; the two-layer operation platform is arranged on the side surfaces of a head train and a tail train of the power-concentrated motor train unit, and the three-layer operation platform is arranged on the side surface of the middle part of the power-concentrated motor train unit.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other. The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides a through-long gantry type power-concentrated motor train unit three-dimensional overhaul operation platform for transforming an existing passenger train station, which mainly comprises a contact network cantilever 2, a gantry 3, a protection net 4, a cantilever mounting pillar 5, a rain-proof shed 7, a three-layer operation platform 8, and a two-layer operation platform 9.

As shown in fig. 2, the portal frames 3 span over prepared tracks (e.g. 6 tracks and 7 tracks) of a plurality of strip trenches of an existing passenger company, and the portal frames 3 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the tracks.

As shown in fig. 2-3, the gantry 3 includes gantry columns 31 on both sides and a working frame 32 in the middle. The protective net 4 and the cantilever mounting pillar 5 are arranged below the operation frame 32 and above the middle of an adjacent preparation station track in the portal frame. The contact net cantilevers 2 are arranged on the two transverse sides of the cantilever mounting support 5 and located above the power-concentrated motor train unit 1. The inner sides of the two portal frame upright columns 31 are sequentially provided with the rain-proof shed 7, the three-layer operation platform 8 and the two-layer operation platform 9 from top to bottom, and the left side and the right side of each portal frame upright column are symmetrically distributed in a set; the two-layer operation platform 9 is arranged on the side surfaces of a head train and a tail train of the power-concentrated motor train unit, and the three-layer operation platform 8 is arranged on the side surface of the middle part of the power-concentrated motor train unit.

As shown in fig. 2, a first column of the two gantry columns 31 is disposed between a preparation track with a trench of the existing passenger company and a storage line track (e.g., 8 tracks) without a trench of the existing passenger company. The first upright post is provided with the contact net cantilever 2 towards the outer side of the portal frame and is positioned above the power concentrated motor train unit of the parking line track. The second column of the two gantry columns 31 is arranged between the preparation track with the trench in the gantry of the existing customer service center and the preparation track with the trench (such as 5 tracks) outside the gantry of the existing customer service center. The second upright post is provided with a contact net cantilever 2 towards the outer side of the portal frame and positioned above a power-concentrated motor train unit of a preparation station track with a trench outside the portal frame of the existing passenger station; or the contact net cantilever 2 is not arranged on the second upright column towards the outer side of the portal frame.

The specific structure is described below.

1) Portal frame

As shown in FIG. 4, the integrated operation platform main body adopts a gantry type steel structure, and is stable in structure, safe and reliable. The working frame 32 has left and right upright posts, which are cast on the existing hardened ground by using concrete through a pre-embedding technology. The protective net 4 of the working platform is hung under the main beam of the working frame 32, as shown in fig. 5, and is provided with a mounting interface of a contact net cantilever structure. The inner sides of the two upright posts of the operation frame are provided with operation platforms which are used for the maintainers to check relevant components such as the pantograph, the air conditioner filter screen and the like by climbing the top in the daily servicing operation process. And the outer side of the left upright post of the operation frame is provided with a mounting interface for 8 contact net cantilever structures. The setting position and the setting scheme fully meet the overall process arrangement requirement of the railway locomotive servicing and overhaul.

2) Contact net cantilever

As shown in fig. 6, the catenary cantilever 2 is used for supplying power to the power centralized motor train unit. In one embodiment, the number of the contact network cantilevers 2 is three, the contact network cantilevers are connected and installed on the cantilever installation column 5 and the portal frame 3 through bolts, and power is supplied to three power centralized motor train units on 6 lanes, 7 lanes and 8 lanes respectively. The contact net cantilever structure adopts simple chain type suspension, the suspension type is contact suspension, and the wire combination is JTMM95+ CTA 120.

3) Cantilever mounting upright post

As shown in fig. 7, the cantilever mounting column 5 is mounted on the gantry 3 through a bolt, and meanwhile, a bolt mounting interface is arranged on the cantilever mounting column 5 for connecting and mounting the contact net cantilever 2.

4) Two-layer operation platform

As shown in FIG. 8, the length of the two-layer working platform 9 is 72m, the platform surface elevation of the platform is 1.8m, and steel grating plates are paved on the platform surface. The two-layer operation platform 9 is installed on the portal frame 3 through bolt connection and is located at the head and tail positions of the power centralized motor train unit, both sides of the operation platform are provided for overhauling the head car and the tail car, and related overhauling personnel clean, inspect doors and windows of the locomotive and carry out the internal operation of the locomotive through the two-layer operation platform. As shown in fig. 3, a loading platform 10 is arranged outside the two-layer working platform 9 and between the plurality of portal frames 3 in the longitudinal direction for storing tools, and the loading platform 10 is connected to the portal frames 3 through bolts.

5) Three-layer operation platform

As shown in fig. 8, the three-layer operation platform 8 on both sides is 531m long, the top platform is 4.0m high, a steel grating is laid on the platform, and the three-layer operation platform 8 is installed on the portal frame 3 through bolt connection. As shown in fig. 2 and 5, a full-length safety protection net is arranged on the non-working surface side of the top of the vehicle body, the safety protection net is installed on a connecting beam 41 of a portal frame working frame, and the height of the protection net 4 is 1.1 m; the two ends and the middle of the three-layer operation platform are provided with an up-down crawling ladder for the operator. The three-layer operation platform is used for detecting, cleaning, checking and overhauling the roof equipment by related overhauling personnel. A ladder stand is arranged between the second-layer operation platform 9 and the ground, and an operator can climb the second-layer platform from the ground to operate according to working requirements. A ladder with a safety door is arranged between the three-layer operation platform 8 and the two-layer operation platform 9, and a safety interlocking monitoring system is additionally arranged to ensure the safety of the top climbing operation of maintainers.

6) Rainproof shed

As shown in fig. 9, the weather enclosure 7 is installed on the portal frame 3 through bolted connection, is located directly over the three-layer operation platform, and is mainly used for shielding rain and snow for the three-layer operation platform, so that the outdoor operation of workers is avoided, and the comfort of the operation platform is improved.
