Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 9, the polishing assembly 3 includes a lifting plate 31, an upper side cover plate 32, an auxiliary side plate 33, a rotating wheel 34, a polishing belt 35, a rotating motor 36 and an adjusting bracket 37, the lifting plate 31 is fixedly mounted on the upper end surface of the supporting base 1, the upper side cover plate 32 is fixedly mounted on the right end surface of the lifting plate 31, the auxiliary side plate 33 is uniformly mounted on the front and rear end surfaces of the upper side cover plate 32 from left to right, an abdicating hole H38 is formed on the right end surface of the auxiliary side plate 33, an annular sliding slot I39 is formed on the outer side of the abdicating hole H38, the rotating wheel 34 is mounted on the right end surface of the auxiliary side plate 33 by a rotating connection manner, the polishing belt 35 is sleeved on the outer side of the rotating wheel 34, an output shaft of the rotating motor 36 is connected with the rotating wheel 34 at the front end, the rotating motor 36 is fixedly mounted on the front end surface of the upper side cover plate 32, the adjusting bracket 37 is uniformly mounted on the lifting plate 31 by a threaded connection manner from front to back, during specific work, after the intelligent switch shell finishes fixed operation on the placing plate 21, the adjusting frame 37 is manually rotated, the adjusting rotating wheel 371 extrudes the grinding belt 35 to deform, so that the grinding belt 35 contacts the surface of the intelligent switch shell, and then the rotating wheel 34 rotates under the work of the rotating motor 36, so that the grinding belt 35 is pulled to move, and the surface of the intelligent switch shell is polished.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the upper side cover plate 32 is Contraband-shaped, two abdicating grooves G321 are symmetrically formed on the front and rear end faces of the upper side cover plate 32, the cross section of each abdicating groove G321 is of a ladder-shaped structure, and the rotating columns 322 are mounted on the inner walls of the abdicating grooves G321 in a rotating connection manner, when the adjusting frame 37 is manually rotated in specific work, the adjusting wheel 371 rotates to extrude the polishing belt 35 to deform, so that the polishing belt 35 contacts the surface of the housing of the intelligent switch, the abdicating grooves G321 on the upper side cover plate 32 meet the requirement of the deformation angle of the polishing belt 35, and the condition that the polishing belt 35 is damaged due to continuous surface friction with the upper side cover plate 32 after the deformation of the polishing belt 35 is avoided, then the polishing belt 35 moves under the action of the rotating motor 36, the polishing belt 35 contacts the surface of the housing of the intelligent switch, the polishing surface of the housing of the intelligent switch is polished, and the adjusting wheel 371 on the adjusting frame 37 contacts the polishing belt 35, rotate, avoided the contact between polishing area 35 and the alignment jig 37, pull alignment jig 37 and take place to rotate, lead to polishing the condition emergence of taking 35 and the separation of intelligence switch shell, and then guaranteed the effect of polishing of intelligence switch shell.

Referring to fig. 9, a cross through slot J341 is formed in the center of the rotating wheel 34 and is used in cooperation with an output shaft of the rotating motor 36, a sliding column 342 used in cooperation with an annular sliding slot I39 is uniformly installed on the left end face of the rotating wheel 34 along the circumferential direction of the rotating wheel, and a rotating ball 343 is installed on the left end face of the sliding column 342 in a rotating connection manner.

When in work:

s1, manually placing the intelligent switch shell to be polished into the placing groove C211 on the placing plate 21, and mutually matching and clamping the intelligent switch shell and the retainer plate 212, so that the purpose of mounting and fixing the intelligent switch shell is achieved;

s2, after the intelligent switch shell is fixed on the placing plate 21, manually rotating the adjusting frame 37, extruding the polishing belt 35 by the adjusting wheel 371 to deform the polishing belt 35 and drive the polishing belt 35 to contact the surface of the intelligent switch shell, and then rotating the rotating wheel 34 under the operation of the rotating motor 36, so that the polishing belt 35 is pulled to move, and the surface of the intelligent switch shell is polished;

s3, after the surface of the intelligent switch shell is polished, the pushing holding rod 25 is manually pushed to move, the pushing sliding strip 22 is driven to move through the linkage plate 23, the intelligent switch shell on the placing plate 21 is extruded, and therefore the purpose of taking the intelligent switch shell is achieved.
