1. The manufacturing process of the novel composite nitrile rubber is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) weighing 40-50 parts of butadiene, 30-50 parts of acrylonitrile, 30-40 parts of isoprene, 5-10 parts of ethylene and 5-10 parts of propylene according to the weight parts;

(2) mixing the raw materials prepared in the step (1), putting the mixture into a condensation kettle, heating the mixture to 350 ℃, and stirring the mixture continuously until the raw materials are condensed into mucilage;

(3) continuously introducing dissolved gas into the mucilage obtained in the step (2), and continuously stirring to fully dissolve the mucilage;

(4) putting the fully dissolved mucilage obtained in the step (3) into a vulcanizing tank for vulcanization, and continuously introducing hydrogen sulfide gas for assistance in the vulcanization process;

(5) putting the vulcanized rubber cement obtained in the step (4) into a sealed container filled with inert gas, and vacuumizing by using a vacuum machine to remove bubbles in the rubber cement;

(6) pouring the mucilage with bubbles removed in the step (5) into a cooling pool for cooling;

(7) and (4) putting the cooled composite nitrile rubber obtained in the step (6) into a leaching chamber, and repeatedly leaching for 5 minutes by using leaching solution.

(8) Putting the washed composite nitrile rubber in the step (7) into a drying oven at 100 ℃ for drying, and finishing the manufacture;

Background

In daily life and industrial production, nitrile rubber is an extremely important rubber material and is widely used for preparing various oil-resistant rubber products, various oil-resistant gaskets, sleeves, flexible packages, flexible rubber tubes, printing and dyeing rubber rollers, cable rubber materials and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a novel composite nitrile rubber manufacturing process, and the composite nitrile rubber manufactured by the method has better low-temperature resistance, insulation performance and elasticity.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the manufacturing process of the novel composite nitrile rubber is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) weighing 40-50 parts of butadiene, 30-50 parts of acrylonitrile, 30-40 parts of isoprene, 5-10 parts of ethylene and 5-10 parts of propylene according to the weight parts;

(2) mixing the raw materials prepared in the step (1), putting the mixture into a condensation kettle, heating the mixture to 350 ℃, and stirring the mixture continuously until the raw materials are condensed into mucilage;

(3) continuously introducing dissolved gas into the mucilage obtained in the step (2), and continuously stirring to fully dissolve the mucilage;

(4) putting the fully dissolved mucilage obtained in the step (3) into a vulcanizing tank for vulcanization, and continuously introducing hydrogen sulfide gas for assistance in the vulcanization process;

(5) putting the vulcanized rubber cement obtained in the step (4) into a sealed container filled with inert gas, and vacuumizing by using a vacuum machine to remove bubbles in the rubber cement;

(6) pouring the mucilage with bubbles removed in the step (5) into a cooling pool for cooling;

(7) putting the cooled composite nitrile rubber in the step (6) into a leaching chamber, and repeatedly leaching for 5 minutes by using leaching solution;

(8) putting the washed composite nitrile rubber in the step (7) into a drying oven at 100 ℃ for drying, and finishing the manufacture;

further, the dissolved gas in the step (3) is formed by mixing 10-20 parts of cyclopropane and 5-10 parts of cyclobutane.

Further, the vulcanizing agent in the high-temperature liquid bath in the step (4) is 3,3,5,7, 7-pentamethyl-1, 2, 4-trioxane.

Further, the eluent in the step (7) is a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution.

In the preparation process of the rubber, the ethylene and the propylene are added into the ingredients to serve as insulating materials, and the isoprene is added to serve as a reinforcing agent, so that the prepared composite nitrile rubber has good insulating property, the low-temperature resistance and the elasticity of the composite nitrile rubber are also well improved, and the composite nitrile rubber has excellent practicability.
