Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of sewing machines, in particular to an adjustable cloth feeding mechanism and a sewing machine.

Background

The existing sewing machine can only realize single type of cloth feeding track, has poor adaptability to different types of sewing cloth and is difficult to adapt to the current diversified and personalized production environment.

The cloth feeding mechanism used in the existing sewing machine is shown in figure 1, and comprises a cloth feeding feed lifting tooth cam 200 fixedly arranged on a main shaft 100 of the sewing machine, a cloth feeding connecting rod 300 and a lifting tooth connecting rod 400, wherein the cloth feeding connecting rod 300 is in transmission connection with a cloth feeding tooth 700 to realize the movement of the cloth feeding tooth 700 along the X direction, and the lifting tooth connecting rod 400 is in transmission connection with the cloth feeding tooth 700 to realize the movement of the cloth feeding tooth along the Y direction.

Therefore, a sewing machine cloth feeding mechanism which is suitable for both thick materials and thin materials is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides an adjustable cloth feeding mechanism and a sewing machine, which is used for solving the problem that the sewing machine in the prior art is difficult to adapt to thick materials and thin materials.

To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides an adjustable cloth feeding mechanism, comprising: the cloth feeding eccentric wheel is fixed on the main shaft, and the tooth lifting eccentric wheel is rotatably arranged on the main shaft;

the clutch mechanism is arranged between the cloth feeding eccentric wheel and the tooth lifting eccentric wheel and connects the cloth feeding eccentric wheel and the tooth lifting eccentric wheel so as to realize the separation and the connection of the cloth feeding eccentric wheel and the tooth lifting eccentric wheel in the circumferential motion;

and the adjusting assembly drives the clutch mechanism to act, and the engagement of the cloth feeding eccentric wheel and the tooth lifting eccentric wheel in the circumferential motion is released.

Preferably, the clutch mechanism comprises a holding piece, a ratchet wheel and a pawl, the ratchet wheel is fixedly connected with the cloth feeding eccentric wheel, the pawl is connected with the tooth lifting eccentric wheel in a sliding mode and slides along the radial direction of the tooth lifting eccentric wheel, and the holding piece holds the pawl to be meshed with the ratchet wheel; the adjusting component drives the pawl to slide.

Preferably, the adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting shaft which is arranged on a machine shell of the sewing machine in a penetrating mode and moves along the axis vertical to the main shaft, and a return spring which is arranged on the adjusting shaft in a penetrating mode.

Preferably, a sliding groove is formed in one side, facing the cloth feeding eccentric wheel, of the tooth lifting eccentric wheel, the pawl is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, and a guide groove facing the adjusting shaft is formed in the tooth lifting eccentric wheel.

Preferably, the retaining member is a torsion spring.

Preferably, the clutch mechanism comprises a first tooth groove part arranged on the cloth feeding eccentric wheel, a second tooth groove part arranged on the tooth lifting eccentric wheel and a combination sleeve positioned between the cloth feeding eccentric wheel and the tooth lifting eccentric wheel, wherein a circle of tooth grooves are formed in the inner wall of the combination sleeve, the combination sleeve is mutually meshed with the first tooth groove part and the second tooth groove part under the holding of the holding piece, and the combination sleeve can axially slide along the first tooth groove part and the second tooth groove part; the adjusting assembly drives the combination sleeve to axially slide to release the engagement of the combination sleeve and the second tooth groove part.

Preferably, the adjusting assembly comprises a poke rod which is rotatably arranged and an adjusting rod which is arranged on a shell of the sewing machine in a penetrating mode and drives the poke rod to rotate, and the poke rod drives the combination sleeve to slide towards the cloth feeding eccentric wheel along the axial direction when rotating.

As described above, the adjustable cloth feeding mechanism and the sewing machine of the present invention have the following beneficial effects: the cloth feeding eccentric wheel and the feed lifting eccentric wheel realize the separation and the connection in the circumferential motion through the clutch mechanism, when the cloth feeding eccentric wheel and the feed lifting eccentric wheel are separated, the main shaft can be rotated, so that the feed lifting eccentric wheel and the main shaft can deflect, the position angle of the feed lifting eccentric wheel and the position angle of the feed lifting eccentric wheel are changed simultaneously, the feed feeding eccentric wheel is fixed relative to the main shaft, the feed feeding eccentric wheel is not changed, the feed lifting eccentric wheel is changed, the advance or the delay of the feed feeding action can be realized, and the greater the adjusting angle is, the more the advance or the delay trend is obvious.

The cloth feeding eccentric wheels 5 and 17 and the tooth lifting eccentric wheels 11 and 16 realize the separation and the connection of circumferential motion through a clutch mechanism, when the cloth feeding eccentric wheels are separated, the main shaft 1 can be rotated, so that the tooth lifting eccentric wheels 11 and 16 and the main shaft 1 can deflect, and the cloth feeding eccentric wheels 5 and 17 are fixed relative to the main shaft 1, so the cloth feeding eccentric wheel is not changed relative to the main shaft 1, while the tooth lifting eccentric wheel is changed relative to the main shaft 1, and the advancing or the delaying of the cloth feeding action can be realized, and the larger the adjusting angle is, the more the tendency of advancing or delaying the cloth feeding action is obvious.

For convenience of adjustment, in the embodiment, a rotating wheel 2 is arranged at the end of the main shaft 1, a scale 21 is arranged on the rotating wheel 2, and an indication mark 22 matched with the scale 21 is arranged on the shell of the sewing machine.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the adjustment of the feed motion can be achieved by rotating the rotating wheel 2 by actuating the clutch mechanism through the adjustment assembly to unlock the engagement of the feed cams 5, 17 and the feed cams 11, 16 in a circumferential movement.
