1. An oil return structure of a fuel pump device is applied to a vehicle fuel tank, the fuel pump device is assembled in the fuel tank, and the fuel pump device is characterized by comprising:

a flange assembly for lockingly attaching the fuel pump assembly to the fuel tank;

a bracket assembled below the flange plate component;

the fuel pump is arranged in the bracket and can output fuel to an internal combustion engine of the vehicle through the flange plate assembly so that the vehicle can drive;

the pressure regulator is arranged on the flange plate assembly and can regulate the pressure of the fuel oil provided by the fuel pump, so that the pressure of the fuel oil in the pipeline is stable;

the filter screen is positioned below the fuel pump device and used for filtering dirt in fuel oil;

an oil suction pipe connecting the fuel pump with the filter screen; and a process for the preparation of a coating,

one end of the return oil pipe is connected with the flange plate component, and the other end of the return oil pipe is arranged above the filter screen so as to guide fuel oil to be discharged onto the filter screen.

2. The oil return structure of a fuel pump apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: one end of the oil return pipe is connected with the flange plate assembly, and the other end of the oil return pipe is connected with the filter screen.

3. The oil return structure of a fuel pump apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the flange assembly has:

an oil outlet capable of outputting fuel to a vehicle internal combustion engine;

a connector for electrical connection with a vehicle end; and a process for the preparation of a coating,

and the leading-out wire group is used for electrically connecting the connector with the fuel pump.

The oil return structure of a fuel pump apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the fuel pump outputs fuel, the fuel can flow out through a main flow passage above the fuel pump, and a part of the fuel can pass through an oil outlet flow passage above the main flow passage and flow to an oil outlet of the flange plate assembly so as to output the fuel to a vehicle internal combustion engine; the other part of the fuel passes through an oil inlet flow passage at the other end of the oil outlet flow passage, then flows to a primary flow passage, and enters the pressure regulator for regulating the pressure of the fuel so as to stabilize the pressure of the fuel in a pipeline in the fuel pump device; the fuel oil can flow to an oil drainage hole of the flange plate assembly after being subjected to pressure regulation, the oil drainage hole is communicated with the oil return pipe, so that the fuel oil enters the oil return pipe through the oil drainage hole and is discharged onto the filter screen, the filter screen can filter the fuel oil, and the fuel oil in the filter screen is conveyed to the fuel pump through the oil suction pipe.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to an oil return structure of a fuel pump device, and more particularly, to an oil return structure of a fuel pump device, which is applied to a fuel tank of a vehicle and can maintain the power of the vehicle without causing a failure phenomenon.

Background

An All Terrain Vehicle (e.g., an All Terrain Vehicle, ATV) is a low pressure tire Vehicle that is more Terrain-friendly than other vehicles, typically three or four wheeled, and for some special applications, a six wheeled design.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the conventional fuel pump device 30 can be assembled in the fuel tank of the all-terrain vehicle, and includes a flange assembly 31 for locking the fuel pump device 30 to the fuel tank; a bracket 32 assembled below the flange assembly 31, a fuel pump 33 disposed in the bracket 32 for outputting fuel to the internal combustion engine of the vehicle via the flange assembly 31 to drive the vehicle; a pressure regulator 34 is provided on the flange assembly 31, the pressure regulator 34 is capable of regulating the pressure of the fuel supplied by the fuel pump 33, and the pressure regulator 34 is fixed on the flange assembly 31 by using a pressure regulator fastener 35; a filter 36 located below the fuel pump unit 30 for filtering contaminants from the fuel; the suction pipe 37 connects the fuel pump 32 to the strainer 36 for fuel connection and output.

The fuel pump apparatus 30 outputs fuel by means of the fuel pump 33, a part of the fuel flows to the outlet 311 of the flange assembly 31 to output the fuel to the internal combustion engine of the vehicle, another part of the fuel enters the pressure regulator 34 to perform fuel pressure regulation, so that the pressure of the pipeline fuel is stabilized and then discharged into the fuel tank, the filter 36 filters the fuel, and the fuel is delivered to the fuel pump 33 by means of the suction pipe 37.

When a vehicle runs on a dangerous terrain, if the vehicle is subjected to conditions such as over-bending or rapid acceleration and deceleration, fuel in the fuel tank shakes to the other side, the fuel pump device 30 can not suck fuel in a short time, so that the power of the vehicle is insufficient, and even flameout can be generated in severe cases, so that the personal safety is influenced.

In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art, the present inventors have conducted active studies and continued experiments and improvements to develop the present invention based on the experience of the present inventors with their expertise in this field.

Disclosure of Invention

The main object of the present invention is to provide an oil return structure of a fuel pump device, which can solve the problem of insufficient power of a vehicle due to the fuel pump device being unable to normally suck fuel under a dangerous terrain, and can improve the fuel output efficiency.

In order to achieve the above objects and advantages, the present invention provides an oil return structure of a fuel pump device, which is applied to a fuel tank of a vehicle, the fuel pump device is assembled in the fuel tank, and the fuel pump device is characterized by comprising:

a flange assembly for lockingly attaching the fuel pump assembly to the fuel tank;

a bracket assembled below the flange plate component;

the fuel pump is arranged in the bracket and can output fuel to an internal combustion engine of the vehicle through the flange plate assembly so that the vehicle can drive;

the pressure regulator is arranged on the flange plate assembly and can regulate the pressure of the fuel oil provided by the fuel pump, so that the pressure of the fuel oil in the pipeline is stable;

the filter screen is positioned below the fuel pump device and used for filtering dirt in fuel oil;

an oil suction pipe connecting the fuel pump with the filter screen; and a process for the preparation of a coating,

one end of the return oil pipe is connected with the flange plate component, and the other end of the return oil pipe is arranged above the filter screen so as to guide fuel oil to be discharged onto the filter screen.

The oil return structure of the fuel pump device, wherein: one end of the oil return pipe is connected with the flange plate assembly, and the other end of the oil return pipe is connected with the filter screen.

The oil return structure of the fuel pump device, wherein the flange assembly is provided with:

an oil outlet capable of outputting fuel to a vehicle internal combustion engine;

a connector for electrical connection with a vehicle end; and a process for the preparation of a coating,

and the leading-out wire group is used for electrically connecting the connector with the fuel pump.

The oil return structure of the fuel pump device, wherein: the fuel pump outputs fuel, the fuel can flow out through a main flow passage above the fuel pump, and a part of the fuel can pass through an oil outlet flow passage above the main flow passage and flow to an oil outlet of the flange plate assembly so as to output the fuel to a vehicle internal combustion engine; the other part of the fuel passes through an oil inlet flow passage at the other end of the oil outlet flow passage, then flows to a primary flow passage, and enters the pressure regulator for regulating the pressure of the fuel so as to stabilize the pressure of the fuel in a pipeline in the fuel pump device; the fuel oil can flow to an oil drainage hole of the flange plate assembly after being subjected to pressure regulation, the oil drainage hole is communicated with the oil return pipe, so that the fuel oil enters the oil return pipe through the oil drainage hole and is discharged onto the filter screen, the filter screen can filter the fuel oil, and the fuel oil in the filter screen is conveyed to the fuel pump through the oil suction pipe.

The oil return structure of the fuel pump device can ensure that the fuel pump device can always circularly provide fuel for the internal combustion engine of the vehicle, so that the vehicle does not have the situation of half flameout when being driven, the driving safety can be greatly improved, the fuel can be effectively utilized, and the loss of the fuel is reduced.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 3 is a perspective view of a fuel tank according to the present invention, fig. 4 is a perspective view of an oil return structure of a fuel pump apparatus according to the present invention, and fig. 5 is a plan view of the oil return structure of the fuel pump apparatus according to the present invention. The invention relates to an oil return structure of a fuel pump device, which is applied to a vehicle fuel tank.

A fuel tank 10 for storing a predetermined amount of fuel, a fuel pump device 20 disposed in the fuel tank 10 for outputting the fuel in the fuel tank 10 to an internal combustion engine of a vehicle; the fuel pump device 20 comprises a flange assembly 21 for locking and attaching the fuel pump device 20 to the fuel tank 10, the flange assembly 21 having an oil outlet 211, a connector 212 and a lead-out set 213; a bracket 22 assembled below the flange assembly 21; a fuel pump 23, disposed in the bracket 22, for outputting fuel to the internal combustion engine of the vehicle via an oil outlet 211 of the flange assembly 21, so that the vehicle can be driven; the pressure regulator 24 is arranged on the flange plate assembly 21, and the pressure regulator 24 can regulate the pressure of the fuel provided by the fuel pump 23 so as to stabilize the pressure of the fuel in the pipeline; a pressure regulator fastener 25 assembled on the pressure regulator 24 for fixing the pressure regulator 24 on the flange assembly 21; a filter 26 located below the fuel pump unit 20 for filtering contaminants in the fuel; a suction pipe 27 connecting the fuel pump 23 with the strainer 26; a return pipe 28, one end of which is connected to the flange assembly 21 and the other end of which is disposed above the filter 26, for guiding the fuel discharged from the pressure regulator 24 to the filter 26.

The fuel pump apparatus 20 outputs fuel by the fuel pump 23, the fuel flows out through a primary flow passage 214 above the fuel pump 23, a part of the fuel passes through an oil flow passage 215 above the primary flow passage 214 and flows to the oil outlet 211 of the flange assembly 21 to output the fuel to the vehicle internal combustion engine; another part of the fuel passes through an inlet flow passage 216 at the other end, then flows to a primary flow passage 217, and enters the pressure regulator 24 for fuel pressure regulation to stabilize the fuel pressure of the pipe in the fuel pump apparatus 20; after the fuel pressure is adjusted, the fuel will flow to a fuel drainage hole 218 of the flange plate assembly 21, the fuel drainage hole 218 is communicated with the fuel return pipe 28, so that the fuel enters the fuel return pipe 28 through the fuel drainage hole 218 and is discharged to the filter screen 26, the filter screen 26 will filter the fuel, and the fuel in the filter screen 26 is delivered to the fuel pump 23 through the fuel suction pipe 27.

Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic view of an oil return structure of a fuel pump device according to the present invention in a fuel tank. When a vehicle runs on a dangerous terrain, if the vehicle is subjected to conditions such as over-bending or rapid acceleration and deceleration, fuel in the fuel tank 10 can shake to the other side, at this time, if the fuel storage amount is not enough for the oil suction pipe 27 to convey the fuel to the fuel pump 23, the fuel pump device 20 can not suck the fuel in a short time, so that the power of the vehicle is insufficient, and even flameout can be generated in serious cases, but the fuel pump device 20 can overcome the problems, wherein one end of the oil return pipe 28 is connected with the flange plate component 21, and the other end is arranged above the filter screen 26 and can also be connected with the filter screen 26; after the pressure is adjusted, the fuel enters the oil return pipe 28 and is discharged to the filter screen 26, the capillary phenomenon of the filter screen 26 can be utilized to temporarily store the fuel, and the fuel in the filter screen 26 is transmitted to the fuel pump 23 by the oil suction pipe 27, so that the situation of insufficient power and even flameout of the vehicle is avoided.

The oil return structure of the fuel pump device can ensure that the fuel pump device can always circularly provide fuel for the internal combustion engine of the vehicle, so that the vehicle does not have the situation of half flameout when being driven, the driving safety can be greatly improved, the fuel can be effectively utilized, and the loss of the fuel is reduced.
