本发明涉及软硬管连接技术领域，具体指一种连接软硬小外径管的辅助对接头。

背景技术

在真空条件下，由于压差的作用，软硬管连接后一般无需辅助加固，但遇到软管的内径稍小于硬管的外径，两者相连接时，一般是将软管和硬管的端头呈一定角度，先将一部分套入，再将剩余部分送入，这通常需要有一定的操作空间。但在小型仪器中，由于狭小的空间，无法容纳一只手的操作空间。

发明内容

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺失和不足，提出一种连接软硬小外径管的辅助对接头。

具体实施方式

以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述

一种连接软硬小外径管的辅助对接头结构(如附图1所示)，其特点，辅助对接头1两端分别设置：小外径的硬管端2和大外径的软管端3，两管端外呈喇叭口；

其中，软管端3内端侧为一喇叭口。

实施例(如附图2所示)，所述辅助对接头1内部，在硬管端2与软管端3设置一间隙Δ为3mm，其作用是容纳对接后的软管扩胀部分。

所述硬管端2外径为0.8-3.2mm；软管端3外径为2.6-6.5mm；所述喇叭口为60-90°。

在装配过程中，所述金属管经硬管端2继续向前，碰到软管的头部，由于软管后侧被辅助连接头1限位，则只能在金属管的压力下扩(张)口，抱在金属管头部。

为解决软管与小外径的金属管对接时，较难对准，且软管易变形的技术难点，便于金属管继续前进一点到位，故辅助对接头1的两端都具有喇叭口的形状，便于软硬管的***。

使用方法为将软管穿入辅助对接头1的一端，需伸入大直径部位。而后将辅助对接头1和软管同时向前推送，由于辅助对接头1外喇叭口的自动定心作用，金属管将很容易的穿入辅助对接头1，金属管继续向前，碰到软管的头部，由于软管后侧被辅助连接头1限位，则只能在金属管的压力下扩(张)口，抱在金属管头部。金属管继续前进一点到位后，对接工作完成。

综上所述，本发明具有结构简单，便于加工；操作容易，简单的一个单向进给动作即可完成对接；特别适合结构紧凑、外部空间狭小条件下的软硬管连接技术领域使用。
