1. A method for producing veneers in the form of a veneer sheet (5), characterized by the following method steps:

a) providing a plurality of cane bars having longitudinally extending tubes (4);

b) -generating profiles (3) from the plurality of cane bars, wherein the tubes (4) extend in the longitudinal direction (L) of the profiles (3);

c) joining the profiles (3) so as to form a basic element (1), wherein the profiles (3) within the basic element (1) are arranged in such a way that the tubes (4) extend in the longitudinal direction (L) and/or transversely to the longitudinal direction (L) and/or at a predefined angle to the longitudinal direction (L) of the basic element (1);

d) cutting the elementary elements (1) established in step c), wherein said veneer sheet (5) is obtained.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first and second light sources are selected from the group consisting of a red light source, a green light source, and a blue light source,
