Background

Dispersants are primarily chemical agents that lower the viscosity of the cement slurry, which are typically surfactants. They can be broadly classified as anionic, cationic and nonionic. To reduce the force with which solids are mixed into liquids, dispersants have been widely used in systems such as paints, molding compositions, coatings, plastic compositions, printing inks, synthetic resins, pesticides, and the like. Prior patents disclose phosphate dispersants of different structures and the patent found that the use of certain structures as dispersants is limited in a wide range of applications. If a compound and the system are not used completely, inadequate dispersion will occur due to inadequate interaction with the environmental medium, and potential sedimentation and viscosity increase associated with cloudiness, spotting will also occur. Therefore, it is required to develop a dispersant suitable for a wide range of applications and a wide range of uses.

However, the existing phosphate ester dispersing agent contains phosphorus, has certain toxicity, is easy to cause environmental pollution, and destroys ecological stability.
