Background

The sternoclavicular joint is a joint connecting the sternum and the clavicle, and as shown in fig. 12, is the only joint structure connecting the upper limb and the trunk, and plays a very important role in stabilizing the mechanical characteristics of the upper limb. The sternoclavicular joint is a micro joint, which has a small motion amplitude but a large stress. The sternum constituting the joint is a plate-like bone, which is thin in the front and rear of the bone, loose in bone, short in the passage of screws, etc., and thus, stable fixation is difficult to obtain. And the plane of the sternoclavicular joint is the entrance of the thorax, and important structures such as trachea, lung, carotid artery, superior vena cava and the like pass behind the plane of the sternoclavicular joint and are dangerous areas for surgical operation.

The existing surgical methods for treating the dislocation are various, but the internal fixing modes are various, but all the internal fixing modes have defects and defects, and the main reason is that a satisfactory internal fixing device special for the sternoclavicular joint is not provided at present, so that the clinical surgical treatment is carried out by adopting an alternative scheme, but the internal fixing device of the alternative scheme is not designed according to the anatomical characteristics of the sternoclavicular joint, the surgical difficulty is increased, and the surgical prognosis is not good.

In addition, because only the tip of the sternum end is fixed with the sternum, the stability is insufficient, and the huge attraction of the sternoclavicular joint can cause the sternum hole to be enlarged and loosened, and even cause the sternum fracture.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an elastic internal fixing device for a sternoclavicular joint, which can adapt to the anatomical characteristics of the sternoclavicular joint, reduce the operation difficulty, improve the operation prognosis effect and keep the micromotion characteristics of the sternoclavicular joint.

In the elastic internal fixing device for the sternoclavicular joint, the first oblique ridge teeth incline towards the roots of the first claw teeth, and the second oblique ridge teeth incline towards the opposite direction to the first oblique ridge teeth.

According to the elastic internal fixing device for the sternoclavicular joint, the length of the longitudinal opening can be enough to screw two screws.

The elastic connecting section obtains good elastic deformation by using an elastic material, and can effectively resist the stress of the sternoclavicular joint and simultaneously keep the micro-motion characteristic of the sternoclavicular joint, so that the dynamic elastic fixation of the sternoclavicular joint is realized. The clavicle section is an arc-shaped plate-shaped structure extending along the clavicle direction, and the length of the clavicle section can be extended along the clavicle direction as required.
