Background

Electromagnetic pulse forming is a method for processing metal workpieces at high speed by using pulsed magnetic field force, and is one of the key technologies of future manufacturing industry. The research shows that: the material is deformed at high speed under the action of the pulse magnetic field force, and finally the forming performance higher than that of the traditional punching processing is obtained.

The magnetic collector is a common auxiliary accessory in electromagnetic pulse forming and is widely applied to forming of plate pipe parts. By changing the structure of the magnetic collector, the magnetic field generated by the coil can be concentrated in a small area of the part to be deformed, so that the magnetic field in a local space area is greatly enhanced, and the purpose of improving the forming efficiency is achieved.

At present, magnetic collectors for electromagnetic forming are mainly classified into pipe magnetic collectors and flat magnetic collectors. For example: in the literature "study on electromagnetic pulse connection characteristics of aluminum alloy and steel pipe fittings", a pipe fitting magnetic collector is used to realize connection between an aluminum pipe and a steel pipe. In the document of 'simulation of the working principle of a sheet electromagnetic forming magnetic collector and improvement of the structure of the sheet electromagnetic forming magnetic collector', the royal wave adopts a 3D finite element means to analyze the current distribution in a flat magnetic collector and analyzes the influence of the magnetic collectors in different shapes on the distribution of magnetic field force on a sheet. In the literature, "a high-speed collision welding method and experimental research of metal plates based on an electromagnetic pulse technology", dangfeng adopts a flat-plate magnetic collector to realize the welding forming of plates.

Therefore, at present, for the formation of the pipe, the design of the solenoid coil and the pipe magnetic collector structure matched with the size of the pipe is needed. As the size of the tube and the area to be deformed change, the coil and the collector need to be redesigned and machined, resulting in a substantial increase in cost. For sheet forming, along with the change of sheet size and the area to be deformed, the flat spiral coil and the flat magnetic collector need to be redesigned and processed, so that the cost is greatly increased. Also, the conventional pipe and plate magnet collector are formed, and the solenoid coil and the plate spiral coil are not replaceable with each other. Therefore, it is necessary to design respective tooling structures for pipe and plate forming, resulting in an increase in cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a general electromagnetic forming device for plate-pipe parts, so as to solve the problems.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a universal electromagnetic forming device for plate and tube parts, which comprises an electromagnetic coil, a conversion magnetic collector and a forming magnetic collector, wherein the conversion magnetic collector and the forming magnetic collector are of annular structures with through holes at the centers, one end of the conversion magnetic collector is close to the electromagnetic coil, the other end of the conversion magnetic collector is sleeved outside the forming magnetic collector, a pipe forming hole is formed in the center of the forming magnetic collector, or a plate forming surface is arranged on the lower side of the forming magnetic collector, and the size of the conversion magnetic collector relative to the electromagnetic coil part is larger than the size of the forming magnetic collector close to the pipe forming hole and the plate forming surface part.

Furthermore, the electromagnetic coil and the conversion magnetic collector are of a universal structure, and the forming magnetic collector is detachably mounted in the conversion magnetic collector. Furthermore, the sizes of the pipe forming hole and the plate forming surface are matched with the plate and pipe type part to be formed.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

1. the electromagnetic coil and the conversion magnetic collector have large sizes, and the formed magnetic collector has small size. The forming magnetic collector is designed for plates and pipe fittings with different sizes without changing the structures of the electromagnetic coil and the conversion magnetic collector and only matched with the to-be-deformed area of the part. The magnetic collector for forming has small structural size, simple structure and greatly reduced processing cost.

2. The pipe fitting and the flat plate forming can share the same discharge coil and the same conversion magnetic collector. The repeated processing of the coil and the magnetic collector is avoided, and the cost is reduced.

3. The traditional plate forming can only use a flat spiral coil and a flat magnetic collector, and the pipe forming can only use a spiral coil and a pipe magnetic collector. Both the tube and the flat plate forming in the present invention can be used with flat plate spiral coil and solenoid coil forming systems. The tool structure required by part forming has a wide selection range, and the processing flexibility is improved.
