Background
The connecting end of the cable generally needs to be wrapped by a heat-shrinkable sleeve and then is sealed in a heat-shrinkable way, so that the cable plays a role in protection and insulation.
At present, the thermal shrinkage sealing of the cable is mainly performed by manual thermal shrinkage, generally, a section of thermal shrinkage sleeve is cut off and then sleeved on the connecting end of the cable, then a thermal drying gun is held by hand for thermal drying, and the thermal shrinkage sleeve is heated and shrunk to tightly sleeve the cable; because 360-degree heat drying is needed to be carried out on the heat-shrinkable sleeve during heat shrinkage, the cable needs to be taken up by one hand, and the heat drying gun needs to be held by the other hand for heat drying.
The method is not only tiring, but also the heat shrinkage sealing of the heat shrinkage sleeve is very irregular, which affects the beauty. If the thick cable still usually needs two people to cooperate, it is very troublesome, and the manual pyrocondensation is careless slightly and it may appear that one place has not been completed by pyrocondensation, another place has been burnt by heat.
