As shown in fig. 5, a mounting frame 37 is fixedly arranged at the top of the guide pillar 17, the lifting mechanism includes a lifting plate 36 and a fifth driving member for driving the lifting plate 36 to ascend and descend, the fifth driving member includes a fifth cylinder 38 fixed on the mounting frame 37, the lifting plate 36 is fixed on a piston rod of the fifth cylinder 38, meanwhile, a vacuum chuck 24 is arranged on the bottom surface of the lifting plate 36, the fifth cylinder 38 drives the lifting plate 36 to descend during use, the vacuum chuck 24 is attached to the surface of the hanging buckle 2 at the top, the hanging buckle 2 is sucked by air suction, then the lifting plate 36 is driven to move upwards to complete the lifting of the hanging buckle 2, and the lifted hanging buckle 2 facilitates the clamping of a subsequent plugging mechanism.

As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the inserting mechanism includes a base 39 and a chuck 40, the base 39 is disposed on the frame 5, and the frame 5 is provided with a rotating mechanism for driving the base 39 to rotate, the rotating mechanism is a second rotating cylinder 41, and the base 39 is provided with a first driving member for driving the chuck 40 to move toward the direction of the suspension buckle 2, the first driving member includes a first cylinder 42 fixed on the base 39, and the chuck 40 is a pneumatic finger; therefore, when the automatic inserting and connecting device is used, the first air cylinder 42 drives the chuck 40 to move to the hanging buckle 2 and clamp the hanging buckle, the chuck 40 retracts to return to the original position, the hanging buckle 2 faces to the paper sheets 1 on the conveying belt 81 after rotating 180 degrees, then the first air cylinder 42 drives the chuck 40 to move towards the paper sheets 1, and the inserting part 3 on the hanging buckle 2 can be inserted into the inserting hole 4 of the paper sheets 1 to complete automatic inserting and connecting action.

The two first air cylinders 42 and the two chucks 40 on the base 39 are symmetrically arranged, and the two chucks 40 are different in working state, that is, when one chuck 40 clamps the hanging buckle 2 to take materials, the hanging buckle 2 on the other chuck 40 completes the insertion action to loosen the hanging buckle 2, so that the hanging buckle 2 can be conveyed forwards along with the paper sheets 1, and the working efficiency of the automatic insertion action is effectively improved.

As shown in fig. 1, a pressing mechanism is arranged on the workbench 6, and the pressing mechanism is located between the second feeding device 11 and the receiving device 9 along the conveying direction of the conveying belt 81, the pressing mechanism includes a fixed frame 43, a pressing plate 44 and a sixth driving member for driving the pressing plate 44 to ascend and descend, the sixth driving member includes a sixth air cylinder 45, the fixed frame 43 is fixed on the frame 5, the sixth air cylinder 45 is fixed on the fixed frame 43, the pressing plate 44 is fixed on the end portion of the piston rod of the sixth air cylinder 45, and a supporting plate 49 is arranged below the workbench 6 corresponding to the pressing plate 44; after the insertion is completed, the pressing plate 44 can be further pressed, so that the firmness of the viscose between the hanging buckle 2 and the paper sheet 1 is guaranteed, and the hanging buckle and the paper sheet are not easy to shift or even separate.

As shown in fig. 1, the receiving device 9 includes a receiving platform 46, a conveying belt 81 is also disposed on the receiving platform 46, synchronizing wheels are also disposed at two ends of the conveying belt 81, and the conveying belt is driven by a driving motor to operate, so that the products after being inserted, bonded and fixed are continuously conveyed by the conveying platform; and a first transfer mechanism is also arranged at the junction of the working table 6 and the receiving table 46, and products are transferred onto the receiving table 46 by the first transfer mechanism.

In addition, each corner at the bottom of the rack 5 is provided with a roller 47 and a supporting leg 48 with adjustable height, the supporting leg 48 is connected to the bottom surface of the rack 5 through a thread, and the height adjustment can be realized by rotating the supporting leg 48; the arrangement of the rollers 47 facilitates the moving and carrying of the whole equipment, so that the equipment has good flexibility, and after the equipment is moved to a required position for use, the supporting feet 48 are adjusted to abut against the ground, so that the equipment can keep good placing stability, and the moving condition is not easy to occur.

The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: firstly, paper sheets 1 are stacked and stored in a material discharge groove 15, hanging buckles 2 are stacked and stored in a material storage cavity, equipment is started to enable a conveying belt 81 on a workbench 6 to operate and work, a first servo motor 19 and a second servo motor 35 respectively drive a first lifting platform 16 and a second lifting platform 32 to ascend to a specified required height, an eighth air cylinder 23 drives a transfer strip 21 to descend until a vacuum suction cup 24 at one end of the transfer strip is attached to the paper sheet 1 at the highest position, then air suction is carried out to achieve adsorption, and then the transfer strip 21 is driven to move upwards to recover the original position; the first rotary cylinder 22 drives the transfer strip 21 to rotate 180 degrees, the adsorbed paper sheets 1 are transferred to the upper part of the conveying belt 81, the first servo motor 19 keeps the uppermost paper sheet 1 at a designated height all the time, then the transfer strip 21 is driven to descend, the end part loosens the adsorbed paper sheets 1, the paper sheets 1 fall onto the conveying belt 81 to be conveyed, and meanwhile, the vacuum chuck 24 on the other end of the transfer strip 21 adsorbs the paper sheets 1 on the side at the same time; the paper sheets 1 stacked in the material discharge groove 15 are sequentially fed to the conveying belt 81 in such a circulating manner, and are conveyed forwards at intervals.

The fifth cylinder 38 at the second feeding device 11 drives the lifting plate 36 to descend so that the vacuum chuck 24 is attached to the surface of the uppermost suspension buckle 2, and then the lifting plate 36 ascends to restore to the original position, so that the single suspension buckle 2 is lifted to facilitate the clamping of the subsequent chuck 40, wherein the second servo motor 35 always keeps the uppermost suspension buckle 2 at the specified required height.

When the paper sheet 1 is conveyed to the dispensing head 30 under the action of the conveying belt 81, the dispensing valve 31 is opened and the pressure barrel 28 is opened, so that the adhesive flows out of the dispensing head 30 and is coated on one side of the paper sheet 1, and the dispensing valve 31 and the pressure barrel 28 are both closed after the paper sheet 1 is conveyed through the dispensing head 30; when the paper sheets 1 are continuously conveyed to the second feeding device 11, the conveying belt 81 stops conveying, the first air cylinder 42 drives the chuck 40 to clamp towards the lifted hanging buckle 2, the vacuum chuck 24 on the lifting plate 36 releases the hanging buckle 2, the first air cylinder 42 drives the chuck 40 to retreat and return to the original position, the lifting mechanism lifts the next hanging buckle 2 again, the second rotating air cylinder 41 drives the base 39 to rotate 180 degrees, the clamped hanging buckle 2 faces the paper sheets 1 on the conveying belt 81, and the first air cylinder 42 drives the chuck 40 to move towards the direction of the conveying belt 81 to move the paper sheets 1 until the insertion part 3 of the hanging buckle 2 is inserted into the insertion opening 4 of the paper sheets 1; the chuck 40 at the other end of the synchronous base 39 is driven to the next lifted hanging buckle 2, when the inserted chuck 40 loosens the hanging buckle 2, the chuck 40 at the other end clamps the lifted hanging buckle 2, the conveyer belt 81 operates to convey the paper sheets 1 and the hanging buckle 2 which are inserted into the hanging buckle 2 forwards, and the hanging buckle 2 is automatically inserted into the paper sheets 1 in such a circulating manner.

When scraps of paper 1 and hang and detain 2 and carry to clamp plate 44 department, sixth cylinder 45 orders about clamp plate 44 and pushes down scraps of paper 1 and the bonding department that hangs detain 2 for both bonding fastness is better, and scraps of paper 1 after the pressfitting and hanging detain 2 follow-up constantly carry to connect material platform 46 department again, thereby accomplish the automatic rubber coating of a piece of paper 1 and the operation of hanging detain 2 of automatic grafting in order.

The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, so that: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.
