(9) the cloth after water absorption is finished is guided to a cloth discharging device through a second transmission rubber roll;

(10) the cloth discharging device conveys the cleaned cloth to the next procedure.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: this ultrasonic wave deoiling rinsing machine washs the cloth through the cylinder inslot through a plurality of ultrasonic wave oscillators that are the annular and distribute of inboard wall mounting at the ultrasonic wave cylinder, both can improve the cleaning efficiency, and also water saving to further wash through spray set, carry out drying process by the moisture of vacuum water absorption device on to the cloth again, then retrieve the cloth through a cloth device or transmit next cloth processing procedure.

(3) carrying out first ultrasonic cleaning on the cloth in the step (2) by an ultrasonic roller in the roller groove through an ultrasonic vibrator;

(4) the cloth from the step (3) reaches a second roller groove through the middle guide roller assembly to be subjected to second ultrasonic cleaning;

(5) the cloth from the step (4) reaches a third roller groove through the middle guide roller assembly to be subjected to third ultrasonic cleaning;

(6) the cloth from the step (5) is conveyed into a spraying device by a second guide roller assembly;

(7) the spraying device sprays the front side and the back side of the cloth in the step (6);

(8) guiding the sprayed cloth to a vacuum water absorption device through a first transmission rubber roll to carry out vacuum water absorption treatment;

(9) the cloth after water absorption is finished is guided to a cloth discharging device through a second transmission rubber roll;

(10) the cloth discharging device conveys the cleaned cloth to the next procedure.

This ultrasonic wave deoiling rinsing machine washs the cloth through roller groove 9 through a plurality of ultrasonic vibrator 11 that are the annular and distribute of inboard wall mounting at ultrasonic wave cylinder 10, both can improve the cleaning efficiency, still usable water wisely to carry out further washing through spray set 7, carry out drying process by the moisture on the cloth of vacuum water absorption device 8 again, then retrieve the cloth through play cloth device 3 or transmit next cloth process.
