Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the parking mechanism of a transmission for an automobile disclosed in the present invention includes: parking cam 2, parking pawl 4, parking pawl pin 6, return spring 5, parking ratchet 7 and ratchet center 2.

The parking cam 2 is fixedly sleeved on the parking push rod.

The parking pawl 4 has a pawl 41 at one end, a weight 42 at the other end, and a rotation center 44 at the middle. The rotation center 44 is fixedly fitted over the parking pawl pin 6 and can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. The weight 42 is provided such that the center of gravity G of the parking pawl 4 is offset to the weight side at the rotation center 44. When the return spring 5 is disabled, the parking pawl 4 tends to rotate clockwise under the action of the center of gravity G.

The return spring 5 is sleeved on the parking pawl 6, the upper end 52 of the parking pawl return spring 5 is in clearance fit with the transmission box body, and the lower end 51 elastically presses the parking pawl 4 on the parking cam 2.

The parking ratchet wheel 7 is provided with a concave tooth groove 71 on the circumference and can rotate around the ratchet wheel center 72;
