Claims

[ claim 1] A modified phosphating agent for forming phosphating on the surface of a metal piece, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight, in 1000 parts by weight: 5-30 parts of phosphoric acid, 3-10 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-3 parts of molybdenum salt, 0.5-5 parts of barium nitrate and the balance of water.

[ claim 2] the modified phosphating agent according to claim 1, further comprising 0.2 to 3 parts of nickel nitrate and 0.5 to 5 parts of calcium nitrate.

[ claim 3] the modified phosphating agent according to claim 1, wherein the phosphoric acid has a purity of 85% or more [ claim 4] the modified phosphating agent according to claim 1, wherein the molybdenum salt is sodium molybdate or ammonium heptamolybdate, and the molybdenum salt is 1 to 2 parts by weight.
