2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein,

the diet menu includes information on the order of ingestion of food and drink.

the device also has an input unit that inputs contents of a meal actually taken into the decided meal menu,

7. A medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute the steps of:

displaying an option to drink food;

determining the food and drink selected by the user from the options;

presenting the food and drink to be taken together with the selected food and drink; and

determining a one-time diet menu, wherein the one-time diet menu comprises the determined food consumption and the prompted food consumption.

8. A diet menu suggesting method comprises the following steps,

displaying an option to drink food;

determining the food and drink selected by the user from the options; and

and prompting the food to be taken and the selected food.

The invention relates to the suggestion of a diet menu.

Background

There are techniques for proposing recommendations for a diet menu. For example, document 1 discloses a technique of giving priority to presentation of a nutritionally preferred diet menu in consideration of the way of activity of a drinker and the preference of the drinker.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

In the method described in document 1, the user only uses a recommended meal, and does not actively participate in menu creation by himself/herself. In addition, in the recommended meal contents, even if the user's taste is taken into consideration, the user does not always have to eat favorite food, and thus anxiety that the user cannot eat desired dishes is accumulated, which causes a decrease in the enthusiasm for continuing the meal management.

The purpose of the present invention is to actively participate in the formulation of a diet menu and to determine a nutritionally appropriate menu.

Means for solving the problems

The present invention provides an apparatus, which in one embodiment comprises: a display unit which displays options of food and drink; a determination unit that determines a food or drink selected by the user from among the options; a presentation unit that presents the food and drink to be taken together with the selected food and drink; and a determining unit that determines a one-time food menu including the specified food and the indicated food.

Preferably, the food menu includes information on the order of taking food and drink.

Preferably, the method further comprises a step of inputting the contents of the meal actually taken into the determined meal menu, and a step of adjusting the number of the options according to the contents of the input meal.

Preferably, the method further comprises a step of making a plan relating to the physical management of the user, and a step of determining a degree of completion of the plan based on contents of a plurality of ingested meals, and changing the plan based on the determined degree.

Preferably, the method further comprises the step of inputting an amount of physical activity performed by the user, and the number of the options is adjusted according to the content of the meal actually taken and the amount of physical activity.

Preferably, there is further provided a step of making a plan relating to physical management of the user, a degree of completion of the plan being determined based on the contents of the actually ingested meals and the amount of physical activity for a plurality of times during a period.

According to the invention, the aim is to actively participate in the formulation of the diet menu and to determine a nutritionally appropriate menu.

Detailed Description

Fig. 1 is a functional diagram of a terminal 100. The terminal 100 is a device having a function of inputting and outputting (displaying) information, such as a smartphone or a personal computer, and includes an input unit 110, an information processing unit 120, a display unit 130, and a storage unit 140.

The storage unit 140 is a storage device such as a semiconductor memory, and stores an application program that is executed in accordance with an instruction from a user to realize the functions of the present invention described later, and also stores the following: a plan for managing/improving the body by ingestion of a meal (for example, a weight loss of 3kg or the like within 1 month, hereinafter referred to as "body management plan"); various information input by the user, such as information on the content of meals actually taken and physical activities; the information processing unit 120 executes a calculation algorithm, a database of nutrients and food and drink used for determination, advice, evaluation, and generation of long-term or short-term advice.

The display unit 130 is a device configured by a liquid crystal screen and a drawing processor and displays information generated by the terminal 100. The input unit 110 is an input device such as a touch panel or a mouse, and receives information input by a user. The decision unit 124 determines the achievement of the above-mentioned plan based on the content of the actually ingested meals and/or the amount of physical activity over a period. The degree of achievement is indicated, for example, by the ratio of the current body weight to the actually currently determined body weight if performed as planned.

Fig. 2 shows an example of the operation of terminal 100 when determining the diet menu. The terminal 100 reads the current physical condition (weight, muscle mass, etc.) and the physical management plan (S501). The terminal 100 decides the contents of the options according to the read physical status and the physical management plan and displays them (S503). An example of a screen for displaying options is generated in fig. 5. In this example, it is shown that steak, fried vegetables, grilled fish, boiled fish can be selected.

That is, since the user's diet content and sports content are not preferred, the options are reduced. Conversely, in the case where the user's dietary content and sports content are as intended or even beyond the contemplation, the options are maintained or increased.

Fig. 4 is an example of actions when a long-term advice is made. The terminal 100 generates a report of the execution status related to the physical management plan periodically (after a predetermined number of meals (for example, 10 meals) are taken, or a predetermined number of days (for example, one week) has elapsed since the execution date of the physical plan) or when the number of options becomes equal to or less than a predetermined number (S701). The report includes information on the completion degree of the target and the deviation degree of the plan and the implementation status (simply referred to as "completion degree"). Specifically, the terminal 100 calculates the degree of completion from the accumulated history information of the physical status, the history information of the meal and exercise status, and the physical management plan.

Then, the terminal 100 determines whether or not the completion degree (for example, the degree of deviation from the target value for the remaining period of the scheduled execution) at the current time point is equal to or less than a predetermined value (S702), and if the completion degree is equal to or less than the predetermined value (S702: yes), it proposes to stop or change (reconsider) the schedule (S703). In addition, whether or not a meal and/or exercise is recommended is determined based on the content of the meal actually taken by the user (and information on physical activity performed as needed), and the dish that the user can select is differentiated based on the determination result. Specifically, in the case where a meal is not made according to the advice, the degree of freedom of selection narrows, and in the case where a meal is made according to (or more preferably than) the advice, the degree of freedom of selection is maintained or increased. That is, since the dietary behavior and the exercise behavior of the user are fed back to the user in the form of a degree of freedom of selection, the awareness and the enthusiasm for actively participating in the physical management become strong, and the possibility of achieving the goal is expected to increase.

Further, in the case where the deviation from the goal (realizability/execution of the plan) deteriorates to some extent and all of the options for food and drink that can be selected at first disappear, it is recommended to give up or reconsider the current physical management plan. In this way, the user can be given motivation (enthusiasm) to review past and make new goals at the right moment. This can avoid the user losing his or her motivation for physical management.

On the screen displaying the options and the determined menu, information such as cooking images, dynamic images of cooking methods, and explanatory text may be displayed.

A determination function of food or drink, a function of determining meal content and physical activity content, and a function of generating a report may be performed by a server not shown in the figure that communicates with the terminal 100. That is, in the diet menu proposing method of the present invention, the step of displaying the food and drink options, the step of specifying the food and drink selected by the user from among the options, and the step of presenting the food and drink to be taken together with the selected food and drink may be executed by 1 or more information processing apparatuses.
