The existing disposable slippers are usually made of S5VS1 wavy bottom TS3 cut velvet fabric, and plastic foam cotton is filled in the slippers, however, the soles of the disposable slippers are thin, when the slippers are used by customers for a long time, the soles are pressed to be thinner due to the weight of the customers, the use feeling of the customers is affected, the materials are not environment-friendly in use, and after the slippers are abandoned, the plastic foam cotton cannot be degraded in a short time, so that the environment is affected. The existing production process of the disposable slippers is to perform sewing operation after sole and vamp are separately processed, and the production process is complex and is inconvenient for large-scale automatic flow line production.

the elastic layer comprises bottom EPE polyethylene foam, a plant-based polyurethane foam is bonded on the upper surface of the bottom EPE polyethylene foam, and a top EPE polyethylene foam is bonded on the upper surface of the plant-based polyurethane foam.
