The water washing device comprises: the rice washing bin comprises a rice washing bin body 7, a rice discharging cover 8, a first driving piece 9 and a first transmission structure, wherein the rice washing bin body 7 is provided with a rice washing cavity 71, a mounting cavity 72 and a rice discharging opening, and the rice discharging opening is communicated with the rice washing cavity 71; the rice discharging cover 8 is arranged at the rice discharging opening; the first driving piece 9 is fixed on the outer wall of the rice washing bin body 7; the upper portion of the first transmission structure is located in the installation cavity 72 and is connected with the first driving piece 9, the lower portion of the first transmission structure is connected with the lower rice cover 8, and the first driving piece 9 drives the lower rice cover 8 to open or close the lower rice opening through the first transmission structure.
