(3) preparing a sticking film, arranging a filling groove at the top of silicon rubber, arranging a cooling groove in the filling groove, placing ice blocks in the cooling groove, pouring low-concentration alcohol into the filling groove, and sealing the surface layer of the silicon rubber by gluing a silicon rubber thin layer;

(4) and assembling, namely extruding and sticking the adhesive film and the dressing main body for fixation, and then attaching the heat insulation protective layer to the outer sides of the adhesive film and the dressing main body.

The concentrations of the polyanionic material and polycationic material were both 0.05g/ml, and a small amount of glycerin was added when the polyanionic material and polycationic material were poured into water and mixed.
