The bracket also comprises two second vertical brackets 8 which are oppositely arranged, and the second vertical brackets 8 are fixed on the bottom plate 2; the counterweight assembly comprises a counterweight shaft 6 and at least two counterweights 7, and the counterweight shaft 6 is mounted on the second vertical support 8 in a vertically sliding manner; the traction wire 5 is connected with the middle part of the counterweight shaft 6; the counterweight blocks 7 are detachably fixed on the counterweight shaft 6, and the two counterweight blocks 7 are respectively positioned at two sides of the second vertical support 8. Specifically, the second vertical support 8 is provided with a counterweight shaft sliding hole 21 penetrating through the left and right vertical surfaces of the second vertical support, and the counterweight shaft 6 is arranged in the counterweight shaft sliding hole 21 in a sliding manner; the upper end of the second vertical support 8 is provided with a guide pulley 9, and the traction wire 5 is wound on the guide pulley 9.

The barbell bar 10 is a telescopic bar, and two ends of the barbell bar 10 are provided with connecting holes for inserting shaft ends of the counterweight shafts 6. The intermediate gear 14 and the base body 16 can be adjusted, and the relative distance between the two intermediate gears 14 can be adjusted to be suitable for people of different physical constitutions, of course, the position of the base body 16 needs to be correspondingly adjusted while the intermediate gear 14 is adjusted, so that the normal transmission of the rack 20 and the intermediate gear 14 is ensured.

The multifunctional physical training device can effectively avoid strain of a trainer, can also be used for the trainer to do stretching and lifting training, and is high in integration level and small in occupied area.
