In the prior art, impurities are cleaned by arranging the filter screen, but the filter screen needs to be replaced and cleaned regularly, the operation is inconvenient, full-automatic cleaning cannot be realized, and the working efficiency is still low.

(4) a limiting block is arranged at the front end of the frame, and a clamping groove corresponding to the limiting block is arranged on the cleaning frame, so that accurate limiting can be further ensured;

(5) only when the top cap is closed, the first sensor and the second sensor are opposite in position and mutually sense, the switch is opened at the moment to normally operate, the sealing performance of the whole dehydration device is guaranteed, and liquid splashing or material flying out on a material rack caused by no-operation starting is prevented.

Embodiments of the present invention are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-7, the present embodiment relates to a cleaning machine, which includes a material rack 1, a material transporting trolley 2, a material cleaning transmission device 3 and a dewatering device 4, wherein the material cleaning transmission device 3 includes a cleaning rack 31, two ends of the cleaning rack 31 are both provided with a containing groove, the material transporting trolley 2 is arranged in the containing groove, the material transporting trolley 2 is provided with a limiting tray 21 for placing the material rack, the cleaning rack 31 is provided with a plurality of cleaning grooves 32, each cleaning groove 32 is provided with an overflow groove 33, the top edge of the overflow groove 33 is zigzag, and the dewatering device 4 is provided with a plurality of fixing grooves 41 for clamping the material rack 1.

As shown in fig. 3-5, in the present embodiment, the material transporting trolley 2 includes a frame 22 and a handle 23, the frame 22 is provided with a support frame, the support frame includes a draining tank 24 and a first support plate 25, the limiting tray 21 is disposed on the first support plate 25, and the limiting tray 21 is provided with a first inclined surface 211, a second inclined surface 212, a third inclined surface 213 and a fourth inclined surface 214 connected end to end. The first inclined surface 211, the second inclined surface 212, the third inclined surface 213 and the fourth inclined surface 214 are all inclined towards the center of the limiting tray 21, and the bottom of the limiting tray 21 is provided with the second supporting plate 26.

In this embodiment, the frame 22 includes a front frame 221 and a rear frame 222, and rubber is provided on both the front frame 221 and the rear frame 222. As shown in fig. 1-2, the cleaning transmission device 3 further includes an eccentric wheel 34 and a transmission chain 35, the transmission chain 35 is connected to the eccentric wheel 34, the eccentric wheel 34 is connected to a motor, and the transmission chain 35 is provided with a plurality of hooks 351 for grabbing the material rack 1. Through the design of the transmission chain and the hooks, the material rack can be conveniently grabbed, and the transmission chain is moved through the eccentric wheel so as to place the material rack in the corresponding overflow groove.

An overflow platform is arranged between the cleaning tank 32 and the overflow tank 33, and the sawtooth-shaped tooth bottom at the edge of the top end of the overflow tank 33 is higher than the overflow platform. Through the design of the overflow platform, the water at the overflow position in the overflow groove 33 cannot directly fall to the bottom of the cleaning groove 32, and the splashing of the liquid is avoided. Then, the sawtooth shape of the edge of the top end of the overflow groove 33 can ensure that the liquid level height of the cleaning liquid can be ensured even if the cleaning liquid overflows through the sawtooth-shaped tooth bottom in the cleaning process, and the materials in the material rack 1 can be always soaked in the cleaning liquid; meanwhile, the saw-toothed structure is convenient for discharging impurities floating on the surface of the cleaning solution, and the cleaning of the cleaning solution in the overflow groove 33 is guaranteed.

In this embodiment, the overflow trough 33 is connected with a water inlet pipe, and the water inlet pipe is provided with an exhaust hole at the sawtooth-shaped tooth bottom part higher than the top edge of the overflow trough 33. An exhaust hole is formed in the water inlet pipe, so that large bubbles are prevented from being generated at the bottom of the overflow groove 33 in the process of conveying the cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid is prevented from splashing.

In the actual production process, a vibrating mechanism is arranged in the overflow groove 33, the material rack 1 is arranged on the vibrating mechanism, and a heating rod and a temperature sensor are arranged in the overflow groove 33. The cleaning efficiency can be improved through the vibration mechanism; and then the material rack 1 can be cleaned at a certain temperature through the heating rod and the temperature sensor, so that the cleaning efficiency is further improved.

As shown in fig. 6-7, the dewatering device 4 includes a cylinder 42, a dewatering cylinder 43 movably connected to the cylinder 42, and a top cover 44, wherein a first sensor 421 is disposed on the top end of the cylinder 42, and a second sensor 441 matched with the first sensor 421 is disposed on the top cover 44. Only when the top cover is closed, the first sensor 421 and the second sensor 441 are opposite in position and mutually sense, at the moment, the opening switch can normally operate, the sealing performance of the whole dehydration device 4 is ensured, and the phenomenon that the dehydrated liquid splashes or materials on the material rack 1 fly out due to misoperation starting is prevented. The first sensor 421 and the second sensor 441 may be infrared sensors.

In this embodiment, a motor 45 is disposed in the cylinder 42, a rotating portion of the motor 45 is fixedly connected to the dewatering cylinder 43 through a supporting plate 46, the fixing groove 41 is disposed on the supporting plate 46, and the fixing groove 41 is a cylinder with an L-shaped cross section. The fixing groove 41 can fix the material rack on the supporting plate 46, so that the materials can be kept stable when the dewatering cylinder 43 rotates at a high speed, and collision and damage can not occur; meanwhile, the fixing groove 41 with the L-shaped cross section is simple in structure, the material rack 1 is conveniently clamped, and the fixing effect is good. Due to the different sizes of the material racks, a plurality of different sets of fixing grooves 41 can be arranged on the supporting plate 46.

In the actual application process, the supporting plate 46 is fixedly connected with the dewatering cylinder 43, at least one water outlet 431 is formed in the dewatering cylinder 43, and a water drainage pipe 47 is formed in the bottom of the cylinder 42. The water stain is thrown to the dewatering cylinder 43 through the centrifugal force and then leaves from the water outlet 431 on the dewatering cylinder 43, and the water leaving the dewatering cylinder 43 is collected at the bottom of the cylinder 42 and then discharged from the water discharge pipe 47, so that the dewatering effect is better.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cleaning tank is internally provided with an overflow tank, and the edge of the top end of the overflow tank is designed into a zigzag shape, so that impurity cleaning liquid can be discharged in the cleaning process, the liquid level height of the cleaning liquid can be ensured, and the overflow tank is always in a clean state; the hooks are arranged below the transmission chain to grab the material rack, so that the operation is simple and convenient; the first inclined surface, the second inclined surface, the third inclined surface and the fourth inclined surface are arranged on the limiting tray, so that the material rack can be conveniently limited in the middle of the limiting tray, and accurate limiting of the material rack is guaranteed; a limiting block is arranged at the front end of the frame, and a clamping groove corresponding to the limiting block is arranged on the cleaning frame, so that accurate limiting can be further ensured; only when the top cap is closed, the first sensor and the second sensor are opposite in position and mutually sense, the switch is opened at the moment to normally operate, the sealing performance of the whole dehydration device is guaranteed, and liquid splashing or material flying out on a material rack caused by no-operation starting is prevented.
