1. A preparation method of a sole is characterized by comprising the following steps:

mixing and stirring polyvinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer and a temperature resistant agent to obtain a mixed material;

dividing the mixed material into a first mixed material, a second mixed material and a third mixed material, adding a first color master into the first mixed material, adding a second color master into the second mixed material, and adding a third color master into the third mixed material;

adding the first mixed material added with the first color master into a single-color injection molding machine for injection molding to obtain a lower sole, wherein a material injection hole is formed in the middle of the lower sole;

taking out the lower sole from the single-color injection molding machine and pressing the lower sole into a lower sole mold of a double-color injection molding machine;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of shoe manufacturing, in particular to a sole and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Snow boots are warm shoes in winter. Because the snow boots are thick in fabric and have excellent heat retention, the snow boots are favored by the masses. Especially in winter in the north, the outdoor temperature is very low, and shoes with common thickness are difficult to meet the requirement of keeping warm, so that the people prefer to wear boots with thicker outer surfaces, and the snow boots meet the requirement of the public.

Snow boots comprise a sole and a bootleg spliced together with the sole, the sole needs a certain thickness to keep out cold, a certain antiskid property and a certain waterproof property.

In the existing sole production technology of snow boots, TPR (thermoplastic-rubber) material is generally adopted, and resin filler and plasticizer are added into thermoplastic rubber as basic raw material to manufacture soles, but the manufacturing process is complex, so that the manufacturing cost is increased, and the instep upper surface cannot achieve the waterproof effect.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a sole and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems of complex manufacturing process, high manufacturing cost and poor waterproof performance of the sole of the conventional snow boots.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for preparing a sole, comprising:

mixing and stirring polyvinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer and a temperature resistant agent to obtain a mixed material;

dividing the mixed material into a first mixed material, a second mixed material and a third mixed material, adding a first color master into the first mixed material, adding a second color master into the second mixed material, and adding a third color master into the third mixed material;

adding the first mixed material added with the first color master into a single-color injection molding machine for injection molding to obtain a lower sole, wherein a material injection hole is formed in the middle of the lower sole;

taking out the lower sole from the single-color injection molding machine and pressing the lower sole into a lower sole mold of a double-color injection molding machine;

sleeving socks on the inverted shoe tree of the double-color injection molding machine;

covering a color plate mould of the double-color injection molding machine above the shoe tree, moving an inverted upper sole mould of the double-color injection molding machine below the shoe tree, and covering the color plate mould above the upper sole mould;

adding the second mixed material added with the second color master batch into the upper sole mold for injection molding to obtain an upper sole;

opening the color plate mold, and covering the lower sole mold pressed with the lower sole above the upper sole mold;

the third mixed material added with the third color master is added into the double-color injection molding machine, and then the middle sole is obtained by injecting into the material injection hole, the middle sole comprises a connecting layer and a surrounding edge protruding from the periphery of the connecting layer, the lower surface of the connecting layer is connected with the lower sole in a plastic mode, the upper surface of the connecting layer is connected with the lower surface of the upper sole in a plastic mode, the inner upper surface of the upper sole is connected with the socks in a sleeved mode, and the side surface of the upper sole is connected with the inner edge of the surrounding edge in a plastic mode.

Optionally, the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent are mixed and stirred to obtain a mixed material, which includes:

mixing and stirring polyvinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer and a temperature resistant agent, and heating;

and drying the stirred and heated polyvinyl chloride resin, plasticizer and temperature resistant agent, and cooling to obtain a mixed material.

Optionally, the plasticizer comprises a combination of one or more of dibutyl phthalate, dioctyl terephthalate, and dioctyl adipate.

adding the second mixed material added with the second color master batch into the upper sole mold for injection molding to obtain an upper sole;

opening the color plate mold, and covering the lower sole mold above the upper sole mold;

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a sole, which comprises an upper sole, a middle sole and a lower sole, which are integrally injection molded, wherein the lower sole is made of polyvinyl chloride resin added with first color masterbatch, the upper sole is made of polyvinyl chloride resin added with second color masterbatch, the middle sole is made of polyvinyl chloride resin added with third color masterbatch, the middle sole comprises a connecting layer and a surrounding edge convexly arranged at the periphery of the connecting layer, the lower surface of the connecting layer is in plastic connection with the lower sole, and the upper sole is in plastic connection with the upper surface of the connecting layer and the inner edge of the surrounding edge.

Optionally, the sole further comprises a sock, the sock being attached to the inner upper surface of the upper sole.

Optionally, the outer side of the surrounding edge is provided with grooves arranged along the extending direction of the surrounding edge, and pigments different from the third color mother color are coated in the grooves.

According to the sole and the preparation method thereof, the polyvinyl chloride resin is adopted as a main raw material, the sole comprises the lower sole, the middle sole and the upper sole which are connected in a plastic mode, the middle sole is respectively connected with the upper sole and the lower sole in a plastic mode, the three parts are integrally formed in an injection molding mode to obtain the whole sole, the layers of the sole are connected in a plastic mode tightly, the sole cannot fall off, and the waterproof performance is good. Meanwhile, the production process is simple and the production cost is low.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. The following embodiments and their technical features may be combined with each other without conflict.

The following description of the various embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings that illustrate specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. The directional terms mentioned in the present invention, such as [ upper ], [ lower ], [ front ], [ rear ], [ left ], [ right ], [ inner ], [ outer ], [ side ], are only referring to the directions of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terms used are used for explanation and understanding of the present invention, and are not used for limiting the present invention. Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a sole manufacturing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The method for preparing the shoe sole includes steps S11 to S19.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is white or light yellow powder having an amorphous structure, and has poor stability to light and heat, so that it is required to modify the PVC resin when it is used to prepare shoe soles, for example, different additives may be added according to different applications so that the PVC resin may exhibit different physical and mechanical properties.

The sole made of the polyvinyl chloride resin has high hardness and durability, but the sole is not high-temperature resistant in the manufacturing process, is sensitive to temperature and is easy to crack after being manufactured, such as being softened by heating, hardened by cooling and extremely cold and easy to crack.

Based on the above, the invention can add proper amount of temperature resistant agent and plasticizer into the polyvinyl chloride resin. And a temperature resistant agent is added to improve the high temperature resistance of the polyvinyl chloride resin in the injection molding process. The plasticizer is added to make the shoe products with different hardness degrees.

A plasticizer is generally a "solvent-like" substance that is added to polyvinyl chloride resins to modify their properties, such as to increase the plasticity, flexibility, stretchability, or expandability of the polyvinyl chloride resin. Polar groups in the plasticizer and chlorine atoms in the polyvinyl chloride attract each other, so that the intermolecular force of the PVC is weakened, the activity space of PVC molecular chains is increased, and the plasticity of the PVC is increased.

Wherein the plasticizer includes, but is not limited to, a combination of one or more of dibutyl phthalate, dioctyl terephthalate, and dioctyl adipate. Wherein, the dioctyl terephthalate is also environment-friendly oil and has the effect of protecting the environment.

Furthermore, in order to meet the market demand of extremely cold weather, a proper amount of dioctyl adipate and the dioctyl adipate can be added into the polyvinyl chloride resin, so that the prepared sole has a cold resistance function, the sole is more cold-resistant when used in snowfield, and the shoe is not easy to crack and embrittle under the extremely cold condition.

After the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent are mixed, the three can be uniformly stirred to obtain a mixed material of the three.

Meanwhile, during production, the three are stirred and mixed to obtain a mixed material, the mixed material is heated and dried to remove water vapor, and the mixed material is placed and cooled for later use.

Specifically, in this embodiment, when the sole is produced by adding the apricot color masterbatch to the first mixture, the ratio of the total mass of the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent to 8g of the apricot color masterbatch is selected to produce the sole, and in other embodiments, the apricot color masterbatch with other mass is selected to obtain the sole with different color shades.

And adding a second color master into the second mixed material. In the present embodiment, the second color master is preferably a black color master, and in other embodiments, a color master of another color may be selected. Specifically, in this embodiment, when the black color masterbatch is added to the first mixture to produce the sole, the ratio of the total mass of the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent of 500g to 1.3g of the black color masterbatch can be used to produce the sole. In other embodiments, other mass ratios may be employed.

In addition, the colors of the first color master and the second color master can be the same or different. When the colors of the first color master and the second color master are consistent, the colors of the two levels of the produced sole are the same.

And adding a third color master into the third mixed material. In the present embodiment, the third color master is preferably a white master, and in other embodiments, a master of another color may be selected. The white color master batch is a product for injection molding containing titanium dioxide and is used for coloring the product. Titanium dioxide can make plastics effectively scatter visible light to give whiteness, brightness and opacity. In this embodiment, every 500g of the total mass of the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent and 5g of the white color master batch are used for producing the sole, and in other embodiments, other mass of the white color master batch is used.

Three different color masterbatches are added into the three-component mixed material and are subsequently used for injection molding to form different structures of the sole.

And step S13, adding the first mixed material added with the first color master into a monochromatic injection molding machine for injection molding to obtain a lower sole, wherein a material injection hole is formed in the middle of the lower sole.

After the preparation of the materials is completed in the two steps, the prepared materials are used for injection molding production in the step.

Specifically, a first mixed material added with a first color master is added into a single-color injection molding machine for injection molding to obtain a lower sole, and a material injection hole is formed in the middle of the lower sole for injection molding of other layers of the sole.

Specifically, the part of the materials for producing the lower sole can be 40-50% of the mass or volume of the original mixed materials, and is set according to actual production requirements. When the part accounts for a larger part by weight or volume, the thickness of the lower sole is higher. After the injection molding of the part is completed, the lowest layer of the sole, namely the lower sole, is obtained, and meanwhile, the lower sole is in the color of the first color master, and in the embodiment, the lower sole is apricot-colored.

And step S14, taking out the lower sole from the single-color injection molding machine and pressing the lower sole into a lower sole mold of a double-color injection molding machine.

The sole in this embodiment is produced in two sets of machines, so after the injection molding of the lower sole is completed, the lower sole is taken out from the single-color injection molding machine and then pressed into a lower sole mold of a double-color injection molding machine. When the body is pressed in, the lower surface of the lower sole (i.e., the surface that touches the ground when worn) contacts the lower sole mold.

And step S15, sleeving socks on the inverted shoe tree of the double-color injection molding machine.

In the step, the sock is sleeved on the shoe tree, so that the injection molding of other layers of the sole is facilitated. The sock is sleeved, so that the sole is easier to demould after injection molding is finished; after the sock sleeves are added, the later injection molding raw materials can flow down from the material injection hole of the double-color injection molding machine more uniformly, and the large-bottom forming machine is smoother and is not easy to shrink.

And step S16, covering the color plate mould of the double-color injection molding machine above the shoe tree, moving the inverted upper sole mould of the double-color injection molding machine below the shoe tree, and covering the color plate mould above the upper sole mould.

This step prepares for injection molding of the upper sole of the sole. Covering the color plate mould above the shoe tree, inverting the upper sole mould, moving the inverted shoe tree below the shoe tree, covering the color plate mould above the upper sole mould, and coating the shoe tree between the color plate mould and the upper sole mould for preparing the upper sole of the shoe on the next step.

The upper sole mold adopted in this embodiment is in an inverted state, and is also in an inverted state when a molded sole is finally produced. In particular, the upper sole mold may further comprise a left and a right part, namely a left upper sole mold and a right upper sole mold. The middle sole comprises two structures: the connecting layer and the surrounding edge which is convexly arranged on the periphery of the connecting layer. The lower surface of the connecting layer is connected with the lower sole in a plastic mode, the upper surface of the connecting layer is connected with the lower surface of the upper sole in a plastic mode, the inner upper surface of the upper sole is connected with the socks, and the side surface of the upper sole is connected with the inner edge of the surrounding edge in a plastic mode. The whole sole is obtained after the injection molding in the step, the sole is divided into three levels, each level is tightly molded and connected, and the three levels respectively show different colors.

According to the preparation method of the sole, the polyvinyl chloride resin is used as the main raw material, the single-color injection molding machine is used for injection molding of the lower sole, the double-color injection molding machine is used for injection molding of the upper sole and the middle sole, the middle sole is respectively in injection molding connection with the upper sole and the lower sole, the three parts are integrally injection molded, the layers of the sole are tightly in injection molding connection, the sole cannot fall off, and the waterproof performance is good. Meanwhile, the production process is simple and the production cost is low.

Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a second embodiment of the method for manufacturing a sole of the present invention includes steps S21 to step S30.

And step S21, mixing and stirring the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent to obtain a mixed material.

The main raw material for producing the sole is polyvinyl chloride resin, a temperature resistant agent is added to improve the high temperature resistance of the polyvinyl chloride in the injection molding process, and a plasticizer is added to prepare shoe products with different hardness degrees. Optionally, in this embodiment, the three are mixed and stirred to a uniform state, so that the produced sole has better texture.

Wherein the composition of the plasticizer may include a combination of one or more of dinaphthyl phthalate, dioctyl terephthalate, and dioctyl adipate. Wherein, the dioctyl terephthalate is also environment-friendly oil and has the effect of protecting the environment.

Optionally, the dioctyl adipate is added into the polyvinyl chloride resin, and the dioctyl adipate is also used as a cold-resistant agent, so that the low-temperature resistance of the shoe is improved, and the sole is more cold-resistant when being used in snowfields.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the mass ratio of the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer, and the temperature resistant agent is 62.5:35:1, which may be a mass ratio or a volume ratio. In this embodiment, the ingredient production is performed in a mass ratio manner.

In the method for producing a shoe sole of this embodiment, 50 parts of a polyvinyl chloride resin is poured into a mixer, and 28 parts of a plasticizer, such as dioctyl phthalate alone, that is, 28 parts of dioctyl phthalate, is added, and in other embodiments, 28 parts of plural kinds of plasticizers may be added to be mixed. Simultaneously adding 0.8 part of temperature resistant agent, mixing the three by using a stirrer, stirring and heating to 110-120 ℃, heating and drying until steam is evaporated, and finally cooling for 2-3 hours to obtain a mixed material.

Step S22, dividing the mixed material into a first mixed material, a second mixed material and a third mixed material, adding a first color master into the first mixed material, adding a second color master into the second mixed material, and adding a third color master into the third mixed material.

After the mixed material is obtained in the step, the obtained mixed material is divided into three parts: the first mixed material, the second mixed material and the third mixed material. Specifically, in this embodiment, the parts of the first mixed material account for 48% of the original mixed material, the parts of the second mixed material account for 32% of the total mass of the original mixed material, and the parts of the third mixed material account for 20% of the original mixed material.

In this step, after the separation of the mixed materials is completed, a first color masterbatch is added to the first mixed material. In the present embodiment, the first color master is preferably an apricot color master, and in other embodiments, the first color master may be a color master of other colors, such as black, white, and other colors.

Specifically, when the first mixture is added with the apricot color master batch to produce the sole, the ratio of the total mass of every 500g of the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent to 8g of the apricot color master batch can be used for producing the sole, and in other embodiments, the apricot color master batch with other mass can be used to obtain the sole with different color shades.

And adding a second color master into the second mixed material. In this embodiment, the second color master is preferably a black color master, and in other embodiments, a color master of another color may be selected.

Specifically, in this embodiment, every 500g of the total mass of the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent can be used together with 1.3g of the white color master batch to produce the sole, and in other embodiments, other masses of the black color master batch can be used.

And step S23, adding the first mixed material added with the first color master into a monochromatic injection molding machine for injection molding to obtain a lower sole, wherein a material injection hole is formed in the middle of the lower sole.

After the preparation of the materials is completed in the two steps, the prepared materials are used for injection molding production in the step.

Specifically, a first mixed material added with a first color master is added into a single-color injection molding machine for injection molding to obtain a lower sole, and a material injection hole is formed in the middle of the lower sole for injection molding of other layers of the sole.

During specific injection molding, the lower sole mold is divided into three sections, one section is 165 degrees +/-5 ℃, the other section is 178 degrees +/-5 ℃, the corresponding nozzle temperature is kept between 110 degrees +/-5 ℃, the total injection time is 13S, and the cooling time is 6S. Wherein the pressure of the injection material is gradually increased to 120bar in one section, and the flow of the injection nozzle is gradually increased to 40 mm/s; the pressure in the second stage is gradually increased to 100bar, and the flow rate of the nozzle is gradually increased to 30 mm/s. Maintaining the pressure at a first stage at 60bar, and the flow rate of a nozzle is 25 mm/s; and the pressure of the second section is maintained at 50bar, the flow of the nozzle is 25mm/s, and the setting and pressure maintaining time is 13 s.

And step S24, taking out the lower sole from the single-color injection molding machine and pressing the lower sole into a lower sole mold of a double-color injection molding machine.

The soles produced in the embodiment are produced in two sets of machines, so that the lower soles are taken out from a single-color injection molding machine after the injection molding of the lower soles is completed, and then are pressed into lower sole molds of a double-color injection molding machine. When the body is pressed in, the lower surface of the lower sole (i.e., the surface that touches the ground when worn) contacts the lower sole mold.

And step S25, sleeving socks on the inverted shoe tree of the double-color injection molding machine.

In the step, the stockings are sleeved on the shoe tree for preparing the injection molding of other levels of the follow-up sole. The sock is sleeved, so that the sole is easier to demould after injection molding is finished; after the sock sleeves are added, the later injection molding raw materials can flow down from the material injection hole of the double-color injection molding machine more uniformly, and the large-bottom forming machine is smoother and is not easy to shrink.

And step S26, covering the color plate mould of the double-color injection molding machine above the shoe tree, moving the inverted upper sole mould of the double-color injection molding machine below the shoe tree, and covering the color plate mould above the upper sole mould.

This step prepares for injection molding of the upper sole of the sole. Covering the color plate mould above the shoe tree, inverting the upper sole mould to move and combine the color plate mould below the shoe tree, covering the color plate mould above the upper sole mould, and coating the shoe tree between the color plate mould and the upper sole mould to prepare for the upper sole of the shoe at the next step.

The upper sole mold may further specifically include a left and a right portion, i.e., a left upper sole mold and a right upper sole mold. The upper left sole mold and the upper right sole mold move towards the shoe tree and are combined into a mold, and the color plate mold covers the upper left sole mold and the upper right sole mold.

And step S27, adding the second mixed material added with the second color master into the upper sole mold for injection molding to obtain the upper sole.

After the preparation of the mold is completed, the upper sole is produced in the step, the second mixed material is added into a double-color injection molding machine, the upper sole is obtained through injection molding, and the second color master is black color master, so that the upper sole is black in the embodiment.

The specific injection molding comprises three sections of injection molding, wherein the first section is 165 ℃ plus or minus 5 ℃, the second section is 178 ℃ plus or minus 5 ℃, the third section is 178 ℃ plus or minus 5 ℃, the corresponding nozzle temperature is kept between 110 ℃ plus or minus 5 ℃, the total injection time is 13S, and the cooling time is 6S. Wherein the pressure of the injection material is gradually increased to 120bar in one section, and the flow of the injection nozzle is gradually increased to 40 mm/s; the pressure in the second stage is gradually increased to 100bar, and the flow rate of the nozzle is gradually increased to 30 mm/s. Maintaining the pressure at a first stage at 60bar, and the flow rate of a nozzle is 25 mm/s; and the pressure of the second section is maintained at 50bar, the flow of the nozzle is 25mm/s, and the setting and pressure maintaining time is 13 s.

And step S28, opening the color plate mould, and covering the lower sole mould pressed with the lower sole above the upper sole.

After the injection molding of the upper sole and the lower sole is completed, the middle layer is produced in the step, and the upper sole and the lower sole are integrated into a whole.

Firstly, the color plate mould is moved away, and then the lower sole mould is covered above the upper sole mould.

Step S29, adding a third mixed material added with the three-color masterbatch into the two-color injection molding machine, and injecting the third mixed material into the material injection hole to obtain a middle sole, wherein the middle sole comprises a connecting layer and a surrounding edge convexly arranged on the periphery of the connecting layer, the lower surface of the connecting layer is in plastic connection with the lower sole, the upper surface of the connecting layer is in plastic connection with the lower surface of the upper sole, the inner upper surface of the upper sole is connected with the socks sleeving, and the side surface of the upper sole is in plastic connection with the inner edge of the surrounding edge.

In this embodiment, the third mixture accounts for 20% of the total mixture, and in this step, the middle layer of the entire sole is molded, and the injection molded lower sole and upper sole are molded into a whole.

And adding the third mixed material added with the third color master into a double-color injection molding machine, and injecting and molding from the material injection hole of the lower sole to obtain the middle sole. Preferably, the third color master in this embodiment is a white color master, that is, the middle layer of the shoe is white, and in other embodiments, the third color master may also be a color master of other colors.

The middle sole comprises two structures: the connecting layer and the surrounding edge which is convexly arranged on the periphery of the connecting layer. The lower surface of the connecting layer is connected with the lower sole in a plastic mode, the upper surface of the connecting layer is connected with the lower surface of the upper sole in a plastic mode, the upper surface of the upper sole is connected with the socks, and the side surface of the upper sole is connected with the inner edge of the surrounding edge in a plastic mode.

During the concrete injection molding, the method comprises three-stage injection molding: the temperature of the first section is 165 degrees +/-5 ℃, the temperature of the second section is 170 degrees +/-5 ℃, the temperature of the third section is 170 degrees +/-5 ℃, the corresponding nozzle temperature is kept between 105 degrees +/-5 ℃, the total injection time is 8 seconds, and the cooling time is 6 seconds. Wherein the pressure of the injection material is gradually increased to 100bar in one section, and the flow of the injection nozzle is gradually increased to 33 mm/s. The pressure in the second stage is gradually increased to 90bar, and the flow rate of the nozzle is gradually increased to 30 mm/s. Maintaining the pressure at a first stage at 60bar, and the flow rate of a nozzle is 25 mm/s; and the pressure of the second section is maintained at 50bar, the flow of the injection nozzle is 22mm/s, and the setting and pressure maintaining time is 13 s.

The whole sole is obtained after the injection molding in the step, and the lower sole presents the color of the first color master, namely apricot color in the implementation; the upper sole presents the color of the second color master, which is black in the embodiment; the middle sole is in the color of the third color master, and is white in the embodiment. In other embodiments, a first color master and a second color master may be selected to have consistent color to obtain consistent upper and lower soles, such as black master.

Step S30, the outer side of the surrounding edge is provided with grooves arranged along the extending direction of the surrounding edge, and after the midsole is injected from the material injection holes, the method for preparing the sole further comprises:

and coating pigment with the color different from the third primary color in the groove of the surrounding edge.

In order to further improve the aesthetic property and the easy recognition of the sole in the snow, the outer side of the surrounding edge is provided with grooves distributed along the extending direction of the surrounding edge, namely, the periphery of the surrounding edge is provided with a circle of continuous grooves, and the grooves are coated with pigments with different colors from the third color mother colors. In this embodiment, the third color masterbatch is white, and the pigment is preferably black, and in other embodiments, other colors such as red, green, and the like can be used to improve the easy-to-identify characteristics of the snow boots when used in snow and to make the boots more beautiful.

The preparation method of the sole comprises the steps of adopting polyvinyl chloride resin as a main raw material, adopting a single-color injection molding machine to injection mold the lower sole, then adopting a double-color injection molding machine to injection mold the upper sole and the middle sole, respectively molding the middle sole with the upper sole and the lower sole, and performing integrated injection molding on the three parts to obtain the whole sole, wherein the three parts are tightly molded and connected and are not easy to fall off, the waterproof performance is good, the whole process flow is simple, the production cost is low, and finally, the outer periphery of the surrounding edge of the middle sole is coated with a layer of pigment which is different from the color of the third color, so that the sole has the advantages.

Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic flow chart of a sole according to a third embodiment of the present invention, including steps S31 through S38.

And step S31, mixing and stirring the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent to obtain a mixed material.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is white or light yellow powder having an amorphous structure, and has poor stability to light and heat, so that it is required to modify the PVC resin when it is used to prepare shoe soles, for example, different additives may be added according to different applications, so that the PVC resin may exhibit different physical and mechanical properties.

The sole made of the polyvinyl chloride resin has high hardness and durability, but the sole is not high-temperature resistant in the manufacturing process, is sensitive to temperature and is easy to crack after being manufactured, such as being softened by heating, hardened by cooling and extremely cold and easy to crack. Flexibility, stretchability and expandability are also important properties for shoe soles, directly affecting their overall performance.

Based on the above, the invention can add proper amounts of temperature resistant agent and plasticizer into the polyvinyl chloride resin, add the temperature resistant agent to increase the high temperature resistance of the polyvinyl chloride resin in the injection molding process, and add the plasticizer to prepare shoe products with different hardness degrees and temperature resistance.

A plasticizer is generally a "solvent-like" substance that is added to polyvinyl chloride resins to modify their properties, such as to increase the plasticity, flexibility, stretchability, or expandability of the polyvinyl chloride resin. Polar groups in the plasticizer and chlorine atoms in the polyvinyl chloride attract each other, so that the intermolecular force of the PVC is weakened, the activity space of PVC molecular chains is increased, and the plasticity of the PVC is increased.

Wherein the plasticizer includes, but is not limited to, a combination of one or more of dibutyl phthalate, dioctyl terephthalate, and dioctyl adipate. Wherein, the dioctyl terephthalate is also environment-friendly oil and has the effect of protecting the environment.

Furthermore, in order to meet the market demand of extremely cold weather, a proper amount of dioctyl adipate and the dioctyl adipate can be added into the polyvinyl chloride resin, so that the prepared sole has a cold resistance function, the sole is more cold-resistant when used in snowfield, and the shoe is not easy to crack and embrittle under the extremely cold condition.

After the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent are mixed, the three can be uniformly stirred to obtain a mixed material of the three.

Meanwhile, during production, the three are stirred and mixed to obtain a mixed material, the mixed material is heated and dried to remove moisture, and the mixed material is placed and cooled for later use.

Step S32, dividing the mixed material into a first mixed material, a second mixed material and a third mixed material, adding a first color master into the first mixed material, adding a second color master into the second mixed material, and adding a third color master into the third mixed material.

After the mixture is obtained in the previous step, the mixture is divided into three parts in the present step: a first mixed material, a second mixed material, and a third mixed material. Wherein the first mixed material accounts for 48 percent of the original mixed material, the second mixed material accounts for 32 percent of the original mixed material, and the third mixed material accounts for 20 percent of the original mixed material. The usage pattern of each part is not uniform, wherein:

and adding a first color master into the first mixed material. The first color masterbatch is apricot color masterbatch, and in other embodiments, other color masterbatches, such as black color masterbatch, can be used.

Specifically, in this embodiment, when the first mixture is added with the apricot color masterbatch to produce the sole, the ratio of the total mass of the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent to the black color masterbatch of 8g per 500g can be used to produce the sole.

And adding a second color master into the second mixed material. In the present embodiment, the second color master is preferably a black color master. In other embodiments, color concentrates of other colors, such as apricot color concentrate, brown color concentrate, white color concentrate, and the like, can be selected and added according to actual production needs. Specifically, in this embodiment, when the black color masterbatch is added to the first mixture to produce the sole, the ratio of the total mass of the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent of 500g to 1.3g of the black color masterbatch can be used to produce the sole. In other embodiments, other mass ratios may be employed.

And adding a third color master into the third mixed material. In the present embodiment, the third color master is preferably a white master, and in other embodiments, a master of another color may be selected. The white color master batch is a product for injection molding containing titanium dioxide and is used for coloring the product. Titanium dioxide can make plastics effectively scatter visible light to give whiteness, brightness and opacity. In this embodiment, every 500g of the total mass of the polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer and the temperature resistant agent and 5g of the white color master batch are used for producing the sole, and in other embodiments, other mass of the white color master batch is used.

Three different color masterbatches are added into the three-component mixed material and are subsequently used for injection molding to form different structures of the sole.

And step S33, adding the first mixed material added with the first color master into a lower sole mold of a three-color injection molding machine for injection molding to obtain a lower sole, wherein a material injection hole is formed in the middle of the lower sole.

In the embodiment, during the injection molding, the first mixed material is added into a three-color injection molding machine for injection molding to obtain the lower sole, and a material injection hole is formed in the middle of the lower sole for the subsequent injection molding of other layers of the sole.

And step S34, sleeving the stockings in the inverted shoe tree of the three-color injection molding machine.

Wherein the shoe last is a mold for molding the shoe, and the shoe last determines the shape of the shoe.

In the step, the sock is sleeved on the shoe tree, so that the injection molding of other layers of the sole is facilitated. The sock is sleeved, so that the sole is easier to demould after injection molding is finished; after the sock sleeves are added, the later injection molding raw materials can flow down from the material injection hole of the double-color injection molding machine more uniformly, and the large-bottom forming machine is smoother and is not easy to shrink.

And step S35, covering the color plate mould of the three-color injection molding machine above the shoe tree, moving the inverted upper sole of the three-color injection molding machine below the shoe tree, and covering the color plate mould above the upper sole mould.

This step prepares for injection molding of the upper sole of the sole. Covering the color plate mould above the shoe tree, inverting the upper sole mould to move the lower part of the shoe tree, covering the color plate mould above the upper sole mould, and coating the shoe tree between the color plate mould and the upper sole mould to prepare for the upper sole of the shoe on the next step.

The upper sole mold may further specifically include a left and a right portion, i.e., a left upper sole mold and a right upper sole mold. The upper left sole mold and the upper right sole mold move towards the shoe tree and are combined into a mold, and the color plate mold covers the upper left sole mold and the upper right sole mold.

And step S36, adding the second mixed material added with the second color master into the upper sole mold for injection molding to obtain the upper sole.

After the preparation of the mold is completed, the upper sole is produced in the step, the second mixed material is added into a three-color injection molding machine, injection molding is carried out to obtain the upper sole, and the upper sole presents the color of the second color master, namely black in the embodiment.

And step S37, opening the color plate mould, and covering the lower sole mould above the upper sole mould.

After the injection molding of the upper sole and the lower sole is completed, the intermediate layer is produced in the step, and the upper sole and the lower sole are integrated into a part.

Firstly, the color plate mould is opened and moved away, and then the lower sole mould is covered above the upper sole.

Step S38, the third mixed material that will add third look female is added in the three-colour injection molding machine, and follow pour into in the notes material hole and obtain well sole, well sole includes the articulamentum and protruding locating the peripheric surrounding edge of articulamentum, the lower surface of articulamentum with the sole is moulded down and is connect, the upper surface of articulamentum with the lower surface of going up the sole is moulded and is connected, the interior upper surface of going up the sole with the cover socks are connected, just the side surface of going up the sole with the inward flange of surrounding edge is moulded and is connected.

In the step, the middle layer of the whole sole is produced, and the injection molded lower sole and the injection molded upper sole are molded into a whole.

And adding the third mixed material added with the third color master batch into a three-color injection molding machine, and injecting and molding from a material injection hole of the lower sole to obtain the middle sole. Wherein, the third color masterbatch in this embodiment is a white color masterbatch, that is, the middle layer of the shoe is white.

The middle sole comprises two structures: the connecting layer and the surrounding edge which is convexly arranged on the periphery of the connecting layer. The lower surface of the connecting layer is connected with the lower sole in a plastic mode, the upper surface of the connecting layer is connected with the lower surface of the upper sole in a plastic mode, the inner upper surface of the upper sole is connected with the socks, and the side surface of the upper sole is connected with the inner edge of the surrounding edge in a plastic mode. The whole sole is obtained after the injection molding in the step is completed, the upper sole presents the color of the first color master, in the embodiment, the apricot color is displayed, in other embodiments, the upper sole can be in other colors, the lower sole presents the color of the second color master, namely, the lower sole is black, and the sole in the connecting layer of the two presents the color of the third color master, namely, the sole is white in the embodiment. In other embodiments, the colors of the first color master and the third color master may be the same or different.

According to the preparation method of the sole, polyvinyl chloride is used as a main raw material, the lower sole, the middle sole and the upper sole are produced through the three-color injection molding machine, the middle sole and the lower sole are connected in a plastic mode, the upper sole and the middle sole are connected in a plastic mode, the three partial structures are integrally molded through injection molding to obtain the whole sole, the layers of the sole are connected in a plastic mode tightly, the sole cannot fall off, and the waterproof performance is good. Meanwhile, the production process is simple and the production cost is low.

The sole may be used to prepare footwear, such as snow boots, after the sole is made. The shoe sole comprises a vamp, the vamp and an opening of the upper sole are adhered and sewn, the vamp and the opening of the upper sole are adhered, then sewn and spliced through an insole stitching machine, the whole shoe is manufactured, the vamp can be matched with various different materials such as PU (polyurethane) material and cloth, and the shoe can be integrated with various popular elements and is popular with the public.

Please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a sole 10 according to the present invention. Comprises a lower sole 11, a middle sole 12 and an upper sole 13 which are integrally formed by injection molding. Wherein:

the main material of the lower sole 11 is polyvinyl chloride resin added with first color masterbatch, and can also comprise plasticizer, temperature resistant agent and other materials. In this embodiment, the first color master is preferably an apricot color master, and in other embodiments, a color master of another color may be selected.

The main material of the middle sole 12 is polyvinyl chloride resin added with third color masterbatch, and may also include plasticizer, temperature resistant agent and other materials. The middle sole 12 specifically includes a connecting layer (not shown) and a surrounding edge 121 protruding from the periphery of the connecting layer, and the lower surface of the connecting layer is connected to the upper surface of the lower sole 11 by molding. In the present embodiment, the third color master is preferably a white master, and in other embodiments, the third color master may be a master of another color.

The upper sole 13 is mainly made of polyvinyl chloride resin added with second color masterbatch, and can also comprise plasticizer, temperature resistant agent and other materials. The lateral surface of the upper sole 13 is moulded to the upper surface of the connecting layer and to the inner edge of the skirt 121. The second color master in this embodiment is preferably a black color master to make the upper sole 13 appear black. In other embodiments, the first color masterbatch and the third color masterbatch can be made of the same color, such as black color masterbatch.

Further, in order to facilitate demolding from the injection mold during shoe production, a layer of stockings can be arranged in the upper sole 13 and connected with the inner upper surface of the upper sole, so that the sole can be taken out from the mold more easily after injection molding.

Furthermore, in order to improve the aesthetic property of the sole during use, grooves 1211 arranged along the extending direction of the surrounding edge 121 are formed on the outer side of the surrounding edge 121, and the grooves 1211 are coated with pigment with the color different from that of the third color. Such as black, red, yellow, etc., to improve the recognition and aesthetic properties of the shoe.

The sole 10 is divided into the lower sole 11, the middle sole 12 and the upper sole 13, the three are mutually connected in a plastic mode, the layers of the sole are tightly connected in a plastic mode, the sole cannot fall off, and the waterproof performance is good.

The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
