In the secondary pressing cavity, the pressing plate presses the space in the secondary pressing cavity to press the oil cake mixture for the second time.
A partition plate is arranged on the end face, opposite to the squeezing plate, of the secondary squeezing cavity and is connected in the case in a sliding mode, and a first air bag is arranged on the inner side, away from the secondary squeezing cavity, of the partition plate; the upper side of the squeezing plate is provided with a baffle which is connected in the case in a sliding manner, the inner side of the baffle, which is far away from the secondary squeezing cavity, is provided with an elastic component and a second air bag, the elastic component is connected with the baffle and the case, and the first air bag is connected with an air supply pipeline communicated with the second air bag.
And a plurality of oil collecting pipes are arranged at the bottom of the case, one end of each oil collecting pipe is communicated with the secondary squeezing cavity, and the other end of each oil collecting pipe is communicated with an oil collecting cylinder. The discharge port is arranged at the bottoms of the secondary squeezing cavity, the partition plate and the second air bag. Two compression rollers are driven by a motor, after the walnut kernels are squeezed in a squeezing channel between the two compression rollers, the fruit oil and the oil cake mixture drop on the filter screen, the fruit oil enters the oil collecting cavity through the filter screen and is collected, because the filter screen is of an arch structure, most of the oil cake mixture slides downwards through the two sides of the filter screen under the action of self gravity, and enters a secondary squeezing cavity through the feeding channel.
When the oil cake mixture is squeezed in the secondary squeezing cavity, the oil cake mixture can be squeezed to the first air bag through the partition plate, air in the first air bag can enter the second air bag through the air supply pipeline, the second air bag expands greatly to push the baffle to slide in the secondary squeezing cavity and gradually shield the opening of the secondary squeezing cavity, and the baffle can be finally caused to completely shield the opening of the secondary squeezing cavity along with continuous squeezing of the oil cake mixture by the squeezing plate, so that the oil cake mixture cannot enter the secondary squeezing cavity. It should be noted that when the baffle enters the secondary pressing cavity, the baffle shields the upper side of the pressing plate, so that the oil cake mixture is prevented from entering between the pressing plate and the power assembly, and the normal use is prevented from being influenced.
After the secondary pressing is finished, the discharge hole is opened, and then the oil cake after the secondary pressing can be discharged. The baffle can not only prevent the oil cake mixture from continuously entering, but also provide a closed space for the secondary pressing process, so that the problem that the secondary pressing effect is poor due to the fact that the oil cake mixture runs out of the opening part of the secondary pressing cavity when being pressed is avoided. After the power assembly recovers and discharges the oil cake, the first air bag is not squeezed, air of the second air bag returns to the first air bag, the elastic assembly retracts due to elasticity, and the baffle is pulled back to the boss.
