Background

The wood packing base is generally composed of a top plank, a supporting pier bar and a bottom plank which are composed of three layers. Present integral type wood packing base has two kinds, (1) the truckle embedding packing base of box, when unloading to the user, relies on a large amount of manpowers to remove the packing base completely. (2) On the packing base was arranged in to the box truckle, can rely on electric fork truck or a large amount of manpowers to remove the packing base. Traditional wood packaging bases are very dangerous to remove completely by manual force due to the heavy and tall product.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.

A package base convenient to remove as shown in fig. 1-3 comprises a base body 1 for supporting a packaged object, a support member 2 detachably connected to the base body 1, the support member 2 being disposed at one corner of the base body 1. The invention greatly saves manpower, reduces safety risk, and is simple and practical.

In order to adapt the invention to machines with supporting feet or rollers, there is space on said support 2 for the supporting feet of the objects to be packaged. The supporting feet or the rollers are placed in the space during packaging.

In order to simplify the detachable structure between the supporting piece 2 and the base, the supporting piece 2 and the base are connected through a detachable limiting plate 3. Thus, the structure is simple and the cost is low.

In order to save more labor and facilitate taking out the base, the two supporting pieces 2 are respectively arranged at two sides of the rear side of the base. When the base is taken out, the two supporting pieces 2 support and reduce the stress of the single support, so that the single supporting piece 2 is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge stress, and the service life of a product is prolonged.

Further for the detachable simple structure between support piece 2 and the base, will detachable limiting plate 3 one end and pedestal 1 pass through the screw fixation, the other end passes through the screw fixation with support piece 2. Thus, the base can be taken out only by removing any screw. The base body 1 and the supporting piece 2 are made of plywood or shaving board.

Removing the packaging base:

the first step is as follows: the connected detachable support piece 2 and the detachable limit plate 3 are detached;

the second step is that: the packaged body is tilted backwards, so that the weight of the packaged body is completely applied to the supporting piece 2, and the packaging base body 1 is drawn out after the packaged body is completely separated from the base body 1.

A third part: the packaged body is tilted forward, so that the supporting piece 2 is not pressed any more, the supporting piece 2 is pulled out, and the base is removed.
