Background

The twisting machine is textile machinery equipment for twisting a plurality of strands of spun yarns into one strand, the twisting machine is applied to official use at present, and when the twisting machine is operated, cotton threads pass through a steel wire ring and are wound on a spindle through high-speed rotating operation of the steel wire ring on a steel collar.

The applicant found that: as the cotton thread needs to rub with the device for a plurality of times in the previous working procedure, hairiness and other floating objects in the environment are easy to be generated, and the machine is unstable to operate if not cleaned in time, the quality of the product is reduced, and the labor cost is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a cotton twisting device, so as to solve the technical problems in the prior art that hairiness and other floating objects in the environment are easily generated due to multiple frictions between cotton threads and the device in the previous process, and the machine is unstable in operation if not cleaned in time, which causes the quality of products to be reduced and increases labor cost.

The invention provides a cotton twisting device based on the above purpose, comprising

A ring plate provided with a plurality of ring openings;

a plurality of rings corresponding to the ring openings one by one and fixed to the ring openings;

the vertical plates are arranged between the adjacent ring openings and on the outer sides of the ring openings close to the two ends of the ring plate, and the vertical plates are fixed on the upper end surface of the ring plate;

the column body is positioned above the ring opening and is fixed on the vertical plate through the connecting rod, and a through hole penetrating through two ends of the column body is formed in the column body;

The guide wheel is connected with the wheel shaft in a rotating mode, an open groove is formed in one end of the fixing plate, side grooves are formed in the side walls of the open groove, which are symmetrical to each other, rectangular end portions are arranged at two ends of the wheel shaft and are connected with the corresponding side grooves in a sliding mode, the spring is located in the side grooves, one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the side face of the end portion of the square, and one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the bottoms of the side grooves.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the twisting machine works, the cotton threads are wound on the spindle after passing through the through hole and the first hole, at the moment, the bristles intercept filoplume on the passing cotton threads and other impurities such as floaters and the like in the polluted environment in the through hole and fall into the collecting tray, and when the impurities in the collecting tray are sufficient, the impurities on the cotton threads passing through the through hole can be uniformly treated, so that the impurities on the cotton threads can be timely cleaned, the machine can stably run, the product quality is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.

the column body 6 is positioned above the ring opening 2 and is fixed on the vertical plate 4 through the connecting rod 5, and a through hole 8 penetrating through two ends of the column body 6 is formed in the column body 6;

the bristles 7 are distributed in the side walls of the through holes 8 and are used for cleaning the surfaces of passing cotton threads;

and the collecting tray 9 is positioned at the lower end of the through hole 8, and a first hole 10 is formed in the middle of the collecting tray 9 and used for collecting sundries falling from the brush bristles 7.

In this embodiment, before the twisting machine works, the collecting tray 9 is first removed, the impurities collected during the last working are cleaned, the collecting tray is mounted at the lower end of the through hole 8, when the twisting machine works, the cotton thread passes through the through hole 8 and the first hole 10 and then is wound on the spindle, at this time, the bristles 7 intercept the filoplume on the passing cotton thread and the impurities such as other floaters in the polluted environment in the through hole 8 and finally fall into the collecting tray 9, and when the impurities in the collecting tray 9 are enough, the collecting tray 9 is removed for cleaning, so that the impurities on the cotton thread passing through the through hole 8 can be cleaned in time, the machine runs stably, the product quality is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.

As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the collecting tray comprises side blocks 12, the side walls of the through holes 8 below the bristles 7 are provided with a plurality of side openings 11, the collecting tray 9 is made of an elastic material, and the edges of the collecting tray are provided with a plurality of side blocks 12 matched with the side openings 11.

In this embodiment, since the collecting tray 9 is made of an elastic material, when it is necessary to remove the collecting tray 9, an external force is applied to the center direction of the collecting tray, the edge of the collecting tray 9 overcomes the self elastic force to contract inwards under the action of the external force, and then the side block 12 is separated from the side opening 11, the collecting tray 9 can be taken down, when the collecting tray is installed, external force is applied to the central direction of the collecting tray, and simultaneously, external force is applied upwards, so that the collecting tray moves towards the through hole 8, after the side block 12 at the edge firstly enters the through hole 8, when the side block 12 reaches the position of the side opening 11, the external force is removed, the collecting disc 9 restores the original shape, the side block 12 enters the side opening 11, in this case, since the collecting tray 9 may be deformed by contraction, the side block 12 may be inclined, it is difficult to enter the side port 11, therefore, the height of the side opening 11 is made larger than the height of the side block 12, so that the side block 12 can be easily matched with the side opening 11 even if it is inclined.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the collecting tray 9 has a W-shaped cross section, a concave area of the W-shape is used for collecting impurities, and the first hole 10 is located at the middle position of the collecting tray 9.

In this embodiment, when the impurities are separated from the cotton threads by the brush hairs 7, the impurities slide along the side walls of the recessed area towards the recessed area, which on the one hand increases the storage capacity of the collecting tray 9 and on the other hand also makes it difficult for the collected impurities to leave the collecting tray 9 again from the collecting tray 9 due to external factors, such as external vibrations and the like.

As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the cotton thread winding machine comprises a fixing member 15, a direction stabilizing block 16, a direction stabilizing wheel 18, a fixing plate 19 and a guide wheel 20, wherein the direction stabilizing block 16 is located right below the column 6, the direction stabilizing block 16 is fixed to the connecting rod 5 through the fixing member 15, the direction stabilizing block 16 is provided with a second hole 17 in the vertical direction, the direction stabilizing wheel 18 is rotatably connected to the edge below the second hole 17, the fixing plate 19 is fixed to the connecting rod 5, the guide wheel 20 is rotatably connected to the fixing plate 19, and the guide wheel 20 is located below the direction stabilizing block 16 and is used for winding a cotton thread on a spindle through the guide wheel 20 after the cotton thread passes through the direction stabilizing wheel 18.

In this embodiment, the direction of the cotton thread is maintained in a vertical direction when the cotton thread passes through the through hole 8 by the direction stabilizing block 16, so that the cotton thread does not contact with the side wall of the through hole 8 to cause damage of the cotton thread, and the direction of the cotton thread is changed by the guide wheel 20 and finally wound on the spindle.

As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the guide wheel device further includes a wheel shaft 21 and a spring 22, the guide wheel 20 is rotatably connected to the wheel shaft 21, an open slot 23 is formed at one end of the fixing plate 19, side slots 24 are formed on two symmetrical side walls of the open slot 23, rectangular end portions are formed at two ends of the wheel shaft 21, the rectangular end portions are slidably connected to the corresponding side slots 24, the spring 22 is located in the side slots 24, one end of the spring 22 is fixedly connected to a side surface of the rectangular end portion, and one end of the spring 22 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the side slot 24.

In this embodiment, when the tension of the cotton thread suddenly increases at a certain moment, the cotton thread is less likely to be pulled up by the buffer action of the spring 22, and the stability of the whole device is increased.

In addition, the brush hair 7 is made of soft materials, and damage to the cotton thread body is avoided.
