Background

The tilt switch is used to automatically turn on or off various electrical appliances that need to be prevented from tilting or tipping. At present, the tilt switch is widely applied to various electric heating devices, household appliances, environment control and regulation devices and the like. Conventional dump switches: 1. the components containing plastic components are adopted, so that the temperature of the use environment of the dumping switch is limited within 105 ℃, and can only be increased to 150 ℃ at most; 2. the pouring angle of the existing partial dumping switch is limited by direction conditions and can only be effective in a plurality of specified directions; the existing dumping switch with a part of universal dumping functions adopts a metal ball way, the metal ball is not only a dumping sensor, but also is used as an on-off loop pole of the dumping switch, so that the current carrying capacity of the switch is small (less than or equal to 5A), and the arc ignition during on-off can cause the metal ball to be welded with a contact loop metal sheet, so that the ball cannot roll, and the dumping sensing fails; 3. the traditional dumping switch is produced by presetting an angle, and the angle and the sensitivity of a client are not adjustable, so that the use flexibility requirement of the user is limited.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop other structures of the tilt switch.

Disclosure of Invention
