背景技术

精拉即指无缝钢管,无缝钢管的主要生产流程管坯及坯加热、管坯的穿孔、钢管的延伸、钢管的轧制、钢管定径与减径、钢管的冷却和精整或者可以说是钢胚的加热穿孔热扎酸洗冷拔碳烧切头喷标包装成品,坯料在加工过程中需要进行一些列的热处理提升钢材的产品性能,球化退火是热处理中必不可少的一步,球化退火通过改变坯料碳化物的结构从而改善坯料的加工性能。

球化退火工艺球化退火可以分为普通球化退火、等温球化退火和周期球化退火三种,等温球化退火后的组织比较均匀,且易于控制,生产周期较短,因此,在坯料加工中最为常见,等温球化退火工艺是将共析钢或过共析钢加热到Ac1+(20~30℃),保温适当时间,然后冷却到略低于Ar1以下的温度,等温保持一定时间,然后炉冷或空冷的球化退火工艺。现有的退火处理设备退火时将工件完全投入加热炉内,需要人工将加热好的工件调整位置,进行冷却,然后进行卸料,人工参与较多,且热处理时温度较高,工作环境较差,因此影响员工的身体健康,同时存在安全风险,因此,我们提出一种用于精拉钢材生产用球化退火处理工艺及其设备。
