1. Laundry dryer, characterized by comprising a cover (10) and, respectively connected to said cover (10):

a venting assembly (20);

a heating assembly (30), wherein the air exhaust assembly (20) and the heating assembly (30) are arranged at intervals so as to form a clothes drying space between the air exhaust assembly (20) and the heating assembly (30).

2. The clothes dryer of claim 1,

the heating component (30) is positioned at the bottom of the cover body (10);

the air exhaust assembly (20) is positioned at the top of the cover body (10).

3. Laundry dryer according to claim 1, characterized in that said enclosure (10) comprises:

a body portion (11), at least a portion of the exhaust assembly (20) being disposed inside the body portion (11);

the curtain cover (12) is connected with the body part (11) and can be suspended below the body part (11), the curtain cover (12) is used for covering clothes, and the heating assembly (30) is located below the body part (11).

4. Laundry dryer according to claim 3, characterized in that said curtain (12) has a storage condition and an operating condition,

when the shade (12) is in the working state, the shade (12) is suspended below the body portion (11) and at least a portion of the heating assembly (30) is located within the shade (12);

when the curtain cover (12) is in the storage state, one end, far away from the body part (11), of the curtain cover (12) is rolled towards the side where the body part (11) is located and limited on the body part (11), so that clothes in the curtain cover (12) are exposed outside and are convenient to take and place.

5. Laundry dryer according to claim 3, characterized in that said body (11) is cylindrical.

The clothes dryer according to claim 5, characterized in that one end of the cylindrical body part (11) away from the curtain cover (12) has a first opening (111), the cylindrical body part (11) further has a second opening (112), an edge of the second opening (112) is connected with the curtain cover (12), and an opening area of the second opening (112) is larger than an opening area of the first opening (111).

9. Laundry dryer according to claim 8, characterized in that the length of the link assembly (40) is adjustably set.

10. Laundry dryer according to claim 9, characterized in that said linkage assembly (40) comprises:

a plurality of connecting rods movably connected in sequence;

the locking structure is one or more, and two adjacent connecting rods are limited by the locking structure.

The clothes dryer of claim 10, wherein the plurality of links includes a first link (42) and a second link (43), the first link (42) is provided with a first rotation stop surface (421), the second link (43) is provided with a second rotation stop surface (431) engaged with the first rotation stop surface (421), the first rotation stop surface (421) has a first positioning groove (422) extending along an axial direction of the first link (42), the second rotation stop surface (431) has a second positioning groove (432) extending along an axial direction of the second link (43), and the locking structure is located in the second positioning groove (432) and can be inserted into the first positioning groove (422).

12. The clothes dryer of claim 11, wherein the locking structure comprises:

the top wedge (411), the top wedge (411) is movably arranged inside the second positioning groove (432), and one end of the top wedge (411) can extend into the first positioning groove (422);

15. The clothes dryer of claim 14, further comprising at least one lower hanging wire (60), wherein both ends of the lower hanging wire (60) are connected with the hanging tray (50) and the framework (13), respectively.

16. Laundry dryer according to claim 14, characterized in that said hanging disc (50) comprises:

a plurality of concentric ring structures of different radii;

the number of the connecting ribs is one or more, and the concentric ring structures are fixed together through the connecting ribs.

17. Laundry dryer according to claim 4, characterized in that said curtain (12) comprises:

a curtain body (121);

an upper support ring (122), the upper support ring (122) being supported on the top of the curtain body (121), the upper support ring (122) being connected to the body portion (11);

a lower support ring (123), the lower support ring (123) being supported at a bottom of the curtain body (121).

18. The laundry dryer according to claim 17, characterized in that the periphery of the upper support ring (122) has at least one stop lug (1221), the lower support ring (123) cooperating with the stop lug (1221) to keep the shutter (12) in the stowed condition when the shutter (12) is in the stowed condition.

19. The laundry dryer of claim 17, characterized in that the diameter of the upper support ring (122) is smaller than the diameter of the lower support ring (123).

20. Laundry drying machine according to any one of claims 1 to 19, characterized in that said air exhaust assembly (20) comprises:

a fan housing (21);

an air exhaust motor (22);

flabellum (23), flabellum (23) set up in fan shell (21), just flabellum (23) with the transmission shaft of air exhaust motor (22) is connected.

21. Laundry dryer according to claim 20, characterized in that said fan casing (21) comprises:

the protective ring (211) is of a cylindrical structure with openings at two sides, the exhaust motor (22) and the fan blades (23) are arranged inside the protective ring (211), and the protective ring (211) is connected with the cover body (10);

an upper guard plate (212);

the upper protection disc (212) and the lower protection disc (213) are respectively covered at two ends of the guard ring (211), and the lower protection disc (213) is close to the heating component (30) relative to the upper protection disc (212).

The clothes dryer of claim 21, further comprising a hook assembly (70) and at least one hanging wire (80), wherein one end of the hanging wire (80) is connected to the hook assembly (70), and the other end of the hanging wire (80) is connected to at least one of the retainer (211), the upper protective disc (212), and the cover (10).

The clothes dryer of claim 21, wherein the blower housing (21) further comprises at least one mounting bar (2111), both ends of the mounting bar (2111) are respectively connected to inner sidewalls of the retainer (211), and the exhaust motor (22) has at least one mounting tab (221) engaged with the mounting bar (2111).

24. Laundry dryer according to any one of claims 1 to 19, characterized in that said heating assembly (30) comprises:

the heating shell (31), the heating shell (31) is connected with the cover body (10), the heating shell (31) comprises a heating plate (311) and a glass cover (312) which are spliced with each other, and the glass cover (312) is close to the exhaust assembly (20) relative to the heating plate (311);

a heating member (32), the heating member (32) being disposed inside the heating case (31).

25. The clothes dryer of claim 24, characterized in that the heating member (32) comprises a heating wire (321) and a heating rack (322), the heating rack (322) being connected with the heating pan (311), the heating wire (321) being provided on the heating rack (322).

26. The laundry dryer according to any one of claims 1 to 19, further comprising a display assembly (90), the display assembly (90) being provided on an outer circumferential surface of the enclosure (10).

27. The laundry dryer according to any one of claims 1 to 19, characterized in that the laundry dryer further comprises an ultraviolet lamp panel (100), the ultraviolet lamp panel (100) being disposed at a side of the air exhausting assembly (20) adjacent to the heating assembly (30).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of drying equipment, in particular to a clothes dryer.

Background

In rainy season, winter and return south, the clothes are not easy to dry due to the humid air and low air temperature. In the north and the west of China, sand dust is always easy to contaminate the aired clothes. For people who do not have balconies and dormitories in many living places, the outdoor clothes airing and solarizing are rarely carried out, and the clothes airing and solarizing can only be carried out indoors and in the shade. Under these circumstances, the clothes dried in the shade are liable to develop bacteria to generate odor due to incomplete rinsing, which affects the wearing comfort and the personal image, and the drying time is long, and it is necessary to wait. Socks and underwear need to be washed independently due to privacy, sanitation, flexibility and the like, are not suitable for being placed in a washing machine, have higher requirements on sanitation and put forward higher requirements on the airing process.

Although the special clothes dryer in the current market can dry underwear and the like, the clothes need to be regularly stacked for drying, the process is very complicated, otherwise, the air outlet is blocked, and the drying efficiency is influenced; the multifunctional electric cooker is useless when not electrified and cannot be used when not electrified, so that one machine has multiple functions; and is generally heavy, and the use place is limited within a certain range. For special clothes such as socks, underwear and the like, the existing clothes dryer cannot be specially used, and the clothes deform after being dried, so that bacterial cross infection is easy to generate.

And for the hand washing mode, the clothes need to be wrung out after being washed by hands, and the labor intensity is higher. The washing and drying integrated machine or the heat pump washing machine and the like have high price, are difficult to accept for partial consumers, and the clothes are easy to deform and wrinkle when being dried in the cavity of the closed machine.

Therefore, the prior art has the problem of poor use performance of the clothes dryer.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a clothes dryer to solve the problem that the clothes dryer in the prior art is poor in service performance.

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a clothes dryer including a cover and: an air exhaust assembly; the heating assembly, the air exhaust assembly and the heating assembly are arranged at intervals, so that a clothes drying space is formed between the air exhaust assembly and the heating assembly.

Further, the heating component is positioned at the bottom of the cover body; the air exhaust assembly is positioned at the top of the cover body.

Further, the cover includes: a body portion, at least a portion of the exhaust assembly being disposed within the body portion; the curtain cover is connected with the body part and can be suspended below the body part, the curtain cover is used for covering clothes, and the heating assembly is located below the body part.

By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the clothes dryer comprises a cover body, and an air exhaust assembly and a heating assembly which are respectively connected with the cover body. The air exhaust component and the heating component are arranged at intervals so as to form a clothes drying space between the air exhaust component and the heating component. When the clothes dryer in the application is used, the clothes drying space is formed between the air exhaust assembly and the heating assembly, so that clothes to be dried can be hung and dried in the clothes drying space. Therefore, in the present application, since the laundry to be dried is between the heating assembly and the air exhausting assembly, the air exhausting assembly is not blocked. And, can also accelerate the air cycle in the space of drying the clothing through setting up the subassembly of airing exhaust to can dry the clothing more fast. Meanwhile, the air exhaust assembly strengthens the air flow in the clothes drying space, so that the bacterial growth of the clothes in the clothes drying space can be reduced. Therefore, the clothes dryer effectively solves the problem that the clothes dryer in the prior art is poor in service performance.

Detailed Description

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

It is noted that, unless otherwise indicated, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.

In the present invention, unless specified to the contrary, use of the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" or the like, generally refer to the orientation as shown in the drawings, or to the component itself in a vertical, perpendicular, or gravitational orientation; likewise, for ease of understanding and description, "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer relative to the profile of the components themselves, but the above directional words are not intended to limit the invention.

In order to solve the problem that the clothes dryer in the prior art is poor in service performance, the application provides a clothes dryer.

As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the clothes dryer of the present application includes a housing 10, and a ventilating assembly 20 and a heating assembly 30 respectively connected to the housing 10. The exhaust assembly 20 and the heating assembly 30 are spaced apart to form a drying space between the exhaust assembly 20 and the heating assembly 30. When the clothes dryer in the application is used, the clothes drying space is formed between the air exhaust assembly 20 and the heating assembly 30, so that clothes to be dried can be hung and dried in the clothes drying space. Therefore, in the present application, since the laundry to be dried is between the heating assembly 30 and the ventilating assembly 20, the ventilating assembly 20 is not clogged. And, through setting up air exhaust assembly 20 can also accelerate the air cycle in the space of drying clothes to can dry the clothing more fast. Meanwhile, since the air discharge assembly 20 enhances the air flow in the space for drying clothes, it is possible to reduce the bacterial growth of the clothes located in the space for drying clothes. Therefore, the clothes dryer effectively solves the problem that the clothes dryer in the prior art is poor in service performance.

As shown in FIG. 2, the heating assembly 30 is located at the bottom of the enclosure 10 and the exhaust assembly 20 is located at the top of the enclosure 10. When the clothes dryer is used for drying clothes, after the heating assembly 30 is turned on, air near the heating assembly 30 is heated, and the density is low, so that ascending air current can be generated, and therefore, the heating assembly 30 is arranged at the bottom of the cover body 10, and the ascending air current can be ensured to effectively penetrate through the clothes to be dried so as to dry the clothes. The air exhaust assembly 20 is arranged at the top of the cover body 10, so that the air flow speed of the clothes drying space can be accelerated, the air heated by the heating assembly 30 can be sucked, the air flow can be accelerated by utilizing the property of small rise of hot air density in a mode of sucking the air in the clothes dryer to be exhausted to the outside, the phenomenon that the air is sucked into the outside to reject the hot air in the clothes dryer to do work is avoided, the energy utilization rate and the drying efficiency of the whole machine are improved, and the flow path of the heated air can be limited.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cover 10 includes a body portion 11 and a shade 12. At least a part of the exhaust air member 20 is disposed inside the body part 11; a cover 12 is connected to the main body 11 and can be suspended below the main body 11, the cover 12 is used for covering clothes, and the heating assembly 30 is located below the main body 11. With this arrangement, when the curtain cover 12 is suspended below the main body portion 11, that is, when the curtain cover 12 is lowered, the curtain cover 12 can cover the clothes drying space, so that the clothes drying space can be separated from the external environment by the curtain cover 12, and further, the clothes to be dried can be prevented from being contaminated by external dust and the like. Also, in an embodiment of the present application, the exhaust air assembly 20 is disposed inside the body part 11, by which the exhaust air assembly 20 can be effectively separated from the laundry to be dried, so that the laundry to be dried can be effectively prevented from blocking the exhaust air assembly 20.

Also, in one embodiment of the present application, the power cord of the dryer is electrically connected with the internal structure of the dryer through the body part 11.

Note that, in the present application, the shade 12 has a storage state and an operating state, and when the shade 12 is in the operating state, the shade 12 is suspended below the body portion 11, and at least a part of the heating unit 30 is located inside the shade 12; when the shade 12 is in the storage state, one end of the shade 12 far away from the body part 11 is rolled towards one side of the body part 11 and limited on the body part 11, so that clothes in the shade 12 are exposed outside for being conveniently taken and placed. That is, in the present application, the shade 12 is capable of being stored, and when drying laundry, the shade 12 may be put down to cover the laundry. When the clothes do not need to be dried, the curtain cover 12 can be folded, so that the space occupied by the clothes dryer can be reduced, and the natural drying of the clothes is accelerated.

Alternatively, the body portion 11 is cylindrical. Of course, the main body 11 may be formed in other shapes, for example, a rectangular parallelepiped shape, instead of the cylindrical shape of the main body 11.

In one embodiment of the present application, the end of the cylindrical body 11 away from the shade 12 has a first opening 111, the cylindrical body 11 further has a second opening 112, an edge of the second opening 112 is connected to the shade 12, and an opening area of the second opening 112 is larger than an opening area of the first opening 111. That is, in the present invention, the main body 11 is formed in a truncated cone shape, and thus, the air in the clothes drying space can be discharged more easily and efficiently, and the air flow in the clothes drying space can be accelerated.

As shown in fig. 4 and 8, the cover 10 further includes a frame 13, the frame 13 is disposed inside the main body 11, and the exhaust assembly 20 is connected to the frame 13. Not only can prevent through setting up skeleton 13 that the cover body 10 from receiving extrusion deformation, increase cover body bulk strength, can also provide the installation position for air exhaust assembly 20 through setting up skeleton 13 moreover to can guarantee air exhaust assembly 20's stability.

Optionally, the enclosure 10 further comprises a connecting rod assembly 40, the heating assembly 30 is disposed at the bottom of the connecting rod assembly 40, and the top of the connecting rod assembly 40 is connected to the exhaust assembly 20 or the framework 13. Of course, to ensure stability of the linkage assembly 40, the linkage assembly 40 may be configured to couple to the exhaust assembly 20 and the frame 13 assembly, respectively. The heating assembly 30 is disposed at the bottom of the connecting rod assembly 40, so that the heating assembly 30 can be fixed, thereby preventing the heating assembly 30 from damaging the clothes to be dried.

Alternatively, the length of the connecting rod assembly 40 may be adjustably set. Through setting up link assembly 40 structure that length is adjustable, can be through the regulation to the length of link assembly 40 for the clothing space of drying can adapt to the clothing of different sizes and adjust the best heat radiation distance simultaneously. And through setting up like this, when need not drying to the clothing, can reduce the space that the dryer took through the regulation to connecting rod length to be favorable to accomodating of dryer more.

Specifically, the linkage assembly 40 includes a plurality of links and locking structures that are articulated in sequence. The locking structure is one or more, and two adjacent connecting rods are limited through the locking structure. That is, in the present application, after the adjustment of the length of the link assembly 40 is achieved by the mutual adjustment of the plurality of links, the plurality of links can be locked by the locking structure, thereby maintaining the link assembly 40 at the adjusted length.

In an embodiment of the present application, the plurality of links includes a first link 42 and a second link 43, the first link 42 is provided with a first rotation stop surface 421, the second link 43 is provided with a second rotation stop surface 431 engaged with the first rotation stop surface 421, the first rotation stop surface 421 has a first positioning groove 422 extending along an axial direction of the first link 42, the second rotation stop surface 431 has a second positioning groove 432 extending along an axial direction of the second link 43, the locking structure is located in the second positioning groove 432, and the locking structure can extend into the first positioning groove 422. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the second link 43 is connected to the heating assembly 30, and an end of the second link 43 away from the heating assembly 30 can extend into the interior of the first link 42. Therefore, the end of the second link 43 extending into the first link 42 has a second rotation stop surface 431. By providing the first and second rotation stop surfaces 421 and 431, the first and second links 42 and 43 can be effectively prevented from rotating relatively, so that the stability of the heating assembly 30 when the clothes dryer dries the clothes can be ensured. In the present embodiment, the first rotation stop surface 421 provided on the first link 42 and the second rotation stop surface 431 provided on the second link 43 are both tangent planes, and the first rotation stop surface 421 is provided on the inner diameter surface of the first link 42. Of course, the first rotation stop surface 421 and the second rotation stop surface 431 may be provided in other forms as long as the first link 42 and the second link 43 are not rotated relatively.

Of course, in addition to providing the first and second rotation stop surfaces 421 and 431 at the connection of the first and second links 42 and 43 to prevent the first and second links 42 and 43 from rotating relatively, the connection of the first and second links 42 and 43 may be polygonal or non-circular in cross section.

As shown in fig. 4, 5, 7, and 11, the locking structure includes a top wedge 411, a restoring piece, and a pressing piece. The top wedge 411 is movably arranged inside the second positioning groove 432, and one end of the top wedge 411 can extend into the first positioning groove 422; two ends of the resetting piece are respectively abutted against the second positioning groove 432 and the top wedge 411 so as to provide resetting force for the top wedge 411 to extend into the first positioning groove 422, and the number of the resetting pieces is one or more; the pressing piece is arranged at one end of the top wedge 411 far away from the resetting piece. When stretching into the length of first connecting rod 42 to second connecting rod 43 and adjusting, the user can make top wedge 411 withdraw to the inside of second constant head tank 432 through pressing the pressing piece, and the piece that resets this moment is extruded, and after accomplishing length adjustment, unclamp the pressing piece, top wedge 411 can stretch out second constant head tank 432 under the effect of the reset force of the piece that resets, and enter into first constant head tank 422, thereby prevent to appear axial displacement between first connecting rod 42 and the second connecting rod 43.

In one embodiment of the present application, the bottom of the second positioning groove 432 has a platform surface, and the reset element abuts against the platform surface of the second positioning groove 432.

In one embodiment of the present application, the outer diameter surface of the second link 43 and the inner diameter surface of the first link 42 are not completely circular. The outer diameter surface of the second connecting rod 43 is cut with a plane with a certain length, namely a second rotation stop surface 431, and the inner diameter surface of the first connecting rod 42 is correspondingly cut with a plane, namely a first rotation stop surface 421, and the two surfaces can be matched to prevent relative rotation and only can move relatively in the axial direction. The second link 43 is provided with a square groove, i.e. a second positioning groove 432, a top wedge 411 is arranged in the groove, and the top wedge 411 can pass through the square groove. In the relative projection direction of square groove, a square platform has been seted up to second connecting rod 43 internal diameter face, and the higher authority has linked firmly a plurality of U-shaped leaf spring through sticky etc. promptly, resets, and the one end U-shaped face of U-shaped leaf spring links firmly in the square platform of second connecting rod 43 internal diameter face, and the other end links firmly in top wedge 411 lower part. The top wedge 411 has a trapezoidal wedge surface, and the first link 42 also has a corresponding trapezoidal wedge groove, i.e. the first positioning groove 422. The top wedge 411 is pushed up by the spring force of the U-shaped leaf spring and is pushed against the trapezoidal wedge groove of the first connecting rod 42, and the second connecting rod 43 and the first connecting rod 42 stop moving axially relative to each other under the action of friction force, so that the relative positions of the two are fixed. The top wedge 411 is fixedly connected with a pressing piece which is of a T-shaped structure, the small area face is fixedly connected with the top wedge 411, and the large area face is a face touched by a hand, so that the effects of reducing contact stress and improving comfort level are achieved.

In the present application, the clothes dryer further includes a hanging tray 50, the hanging tray 50 is connected to the link assembly 40 or the framework 13, and at least one clip 51 is disposed on the hanging tray 50. It should be noted that, in order to ensure the stability of the hanging plate 50, the hanging plate 50 may be connected to the connecting rod assembly 40 and the framework 13, respectively. In this way, the hanging plate 50 can directly hang the clothes to be dried on the hanging plate 50, and small clothes can be clamped by the clamp 51. Therefore, through the arrangement, when the clothes dryer is used for drying clothes, the clothes can be dried without being folded and placed. In addition, through the arrangement, the clothes can be hung and dried under the condition that the clothes dryer is powered off, so that the clothes dryer has the function of one machine with multiple purposes.

Preferably, the dryer further includes at least one lower hanging wire 60, and both ends of the lower hanging wire 60 are connected to the hanging tray 50 and the frame 13, respectively. In one particular embodiment of the present application, the dryer has a plurality of hanging wires. Through setting up like this, hang the stability of dish 50 atress after on hanging dish 50 with the clothing, can guarantee effectively to hang dish 50 and can not appear rocking.

Optionally, the hanging disc 50 includes a plurality of concentric ring structures of different radii and connecting ribs. The connecting rib is one or more, and all concentric ring structures are fixed together through the connecting rib.

Specifically, the shade 12 includes a shade body 121, an upper support ring 122, and a lower support ring 123. The upper supporting ring 122 is supported on the top of the curtain body 121, and the upper supporting ring 122 is connected with the body part 11; the lower support ring 123 is supported at the bottom of the curtain body 121. Also, the upper support ring 122 has at least one stopper protrusion 1221 at its periphery, and the lower support ring 123 cooperates with the stopper protrusion 1221 to keep the shade 12 in the stored state when the shade 12 is in the stored state. And, the diameter of the upper support ring 122 is smaller than that of the lower support ring 123. In this application, the upper support ring 122 and the lower support ring 123 are connected to the upper and lower ends of the curtain body 121, respectively. Can play the effect of stereotyping to curtain body 121 through setting up supporting ring 122 and lower supporting ring 123 to guarantee to carry out the in-process of drying to the clothing, curtain body 121 can not contact with the clothing. Further, by setting the diameter of the lower support ring 123 to be larger than the diameter of the upper support ring 122, the curtain cover 12 can maintain a circular truncated cone shape with a narrow top and a wide bottom when in an operating state, and thus, the clothes can be prevented from coming into contact with the curtain body 121. When the curtain cover 12 is in the storage state, the lower support ring 123 can be ensured to be sleeved on the upper support ring 122 through the cooperation of the lower support ring 123 and the limiting protrusion 1221, or the lower support ring 123 drives the curtain body 121 to be wound on the upper support ring 122 from bottom to top.

Alternatively, the lower support ring 123 is made of plastic and has good elasticity, and can be changed into an elliptical ring shape by manual force application and can be restored to a circular ring shape by the person removing the applied force. When the lower support ring 123 is changed into an elliptical ring shape, the length of the short axis is still greater than the diameter of the upper support ring 122, so that the upper support ring 122 can pass through. The upper support ring 122 has a plurality of protrusions in the shape of a cylinder or the like on the outer diameter surface, that is, a limit protrusion, and the height of the protrusion is specially considered, so that the lower support ring 123 can be allowed to pass through under the condition of being deformed into an elliptical ring, and when the lower support ring 123 is restored to be circular, the lower support ring 123 can be prevented from falling down, thereby fixing the lower support ring 123. To remove the lower support ring 123, the reverse process may be performed. The lower support ring 123 is connected with the curtain body 121, and the lower support ring 123 drives the curtain body 121 to fold and unfold when moving. When the curtain body 121 hangs down, the hanging plate 50 and the like are accommodated therein. The curtain body 121 can be made of transparent material, plays a role in preventing heat loss and controlling the air flow direction, has aesthetic property, and is convenient for observing the conditions of clothes inside.

Specifically, the exhaust assembly 20 includes a fan housing 21, an exhaust motor 22, and fan blades 23. The fan blade 23 is arranged in the fan casing 21, and the fan blade 23 is connected with the transmission shaft of the exhaust motor 22. Of course, the exhaust motor 22 can also be arranged inside the fan housing 21. Through the arrangement, the fan blades 23 can be effectively prevented from scratching clothes or users.

Specifically, the blower housing 21 includes a retainer 211, an upper retainer 212, and a lower retainer 213. The guard ring 211 is a cylindrical structure with openings at two sides, the exhaust motor 22 and the fan blades 23 are arranged inside the guard ring 211, and the guard ring 211 is connected with the framework 13 of the cover body 10; the upper and lower protection plates 212 and 213 are respectively covered at both ends of the protection ring 211, and the lower protection plate 213 is adjacent to the heating assembly 30 with respect to the upper protection plate 212.

Optionally, the clothes dryer further includes a hook assembly 70 and at least one upper hanging wire 80, one end of the upper hanging wire 80 is connected to the hook assembly 70, and the other end of the upper hanging wire 80 is connected to at least one of the retainer 211, the upper protective disc 212, and the cover 10. The clothes dryer can be suspended by providing the hook assembly 70.

As shown in fig. 10, the blower housing 21 further includes at least one mounting rod 2111, both ends of the mounting rod 2111 are respectively connected to the inner side wall of the retainer 211, and the exhaust motor 22 has at least one mounting piece 221 engaged with the mounting rod 2111. With this arrangement, the exhaust motor 22 can be fixed by the cooperation of the mounting bar 2111 and the mounting piece 221.

In one embodiment of the present application, mounting post 2111 is integrally formed with retainer 211.

Specifically, the heating assembly 30 includes a heating housing 31 and a heating member 32. The heating shell 31 is connected with the connecting rod component of the cover body 10, the heating shell 31 comprises a heating plate 311 and a glass cover 312 which are spliced with each other, the glass cover 312 is close to the air exhaust component 20 relative to the heating plate 311, and the heating element 32 is arranged inside the heating shell 31.

Specifically, the heating member 32 includes a heating wire 321 and a heating rack 322, the heating rack 322 is connected to the heating pan 311, and the heating wire 321 is disposed on the heating rack 322.

In one embodiment of the present application, the second connecting rod 43 has an electric heating element 30 thereon, and the second connecting rod 43 is fixedly connected to the heating plate 311 by welding or the like, and the two connecting rods have corresponding holes for allowing electric wires to be easily routed. A heating rack 322 is fixedly arranged in the heating plate 311, and a heating wire 321 is arranged on the heating rack 322. The heating wire 321 heats, and the middle of the heating plate 311 adopts a parabolic geometry structure, which can reflect the radiation heat upwards. In order to prevent water drops and the like generated by the clothes from entering the heating plate 311 and affecting the heating wire 321, and causing faults and dangers such as short circuit and electric leakage, a glass cover 312 is arranged to isolate the water drops and the like. The middle of the glass cover 312 is provided with a round hole corresponding to the diameter of the second connecting rod 43, one end of the second connecting rod 43 passes through the glass cover 312, and the relative hole is sealed by heat-proof glue and the like so as to prevent water and ensure safety. The glass cover 312 is tightly placed on the heating plate 311, and the two are sealed by heat-proof glue and the like.

Optionally, the dryer further includes an ultraviolet lamp panel 100, and the ultraviolet lamp panel 100 is disposed at a side of the exhaust assembly 20 adjacent to the heating assembly 30.

Specifically, the dryer further includes a display assembly 90, and the display assembly 90 is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the housing 10. The display assembly 90 has an operation panel function for switching, mode selection and parameter adjustment. The ultraviolet lamp panel 100 is installed under the lower protection panel 213, and can emit ultraviolet rays to sterilize the laundry. In addition, the hanging plate 50 and the body part 11 are provided with a heat sensor and a humidity sensor for sensing, monitoring and alarming.

The inner surface of the body 11 has a thermal protective coating to prevent the electronic components inside the display module 90 from being damaged by heat. Meanwhile, the metal films such as tin film and the like can reflect heat back to the clothes. The second connecting rod 43 and the first connecting rod 42 can be adjusted in a telescopic way relative to each other by pressing the pressing piece, so that clothes with different lengths can be adaptively heated. The transparent curtain body 121 can be rolled up and down, and can be fixed at the protruding contact part on the upper support ring 122 when being rolled up, and can be fixed at the suspension position by the lower support ring 123 when being lowered. All key parts use heat insulation and waterproof materials, so that the use safety and the product service life are ensured.

The suspension type clothes dryer is hung and fixed at a certain position, the upper support ring 123 and the lower support ring 123 are rolled, and clothes such as socks and the like are hung on the clips 51 and fixed. The lower support ring 123 is then lowered, the power supply is started, and the functional mode is selected on the operation panel for drying. The electric heating power and the rotating speed of the fan can be independently adjusted. The clothes can be dried and aired by the radiation heat and the air flow.

The heating wires 321 below the clothes generate heat, the heating plate 311 performs heat radiation reflection, and the geometric profile structure of the heating plate 311 is specially designed, so that the heat reflection can be ensured in the range of the clothes, and the external emission waste is avoided. The inner surface of the cover is provided with a thermal protection coating to prevent the heating damage of internal parts and reflect heat back to clothes. The direct-drive fan is arranged in the body part 11, the blades rotate to form pressure difference, air is sucked from the lower part to the upper part and blown out, and then clothes can be dried in an accelerated mode. Under the effect of heat and air-dry, the clothing can dry fast, and the clothing state hangs naturally, so difficult deformation fold phenomenon that produces in the stoving process remains the original form of clothing. After the clothes are hung, the space among the clothes is large, and bacteria, smell and pollutants can be prevented from being mutually contacted and spread. Install sterilamp simultaneously, can carry out the ultraviolet ray and continuously disinfect, thoroughly kill the bacterium such as socks, avoid the production of smell.

The temperature sensor is arranged in the clothes dryer, and if the temperature of the clothes is sensed to be overhigh, the electric heating power can be automatically adjusted, so that the clothes are prevented from being burnt. The transparent curtain body 121 is designed to be transparent and has aesthetic feeling. Its semi-enclosed structure has guaranteed that the heat loss is less, adopts adiabatic fire prevention material simultaneously, has high efficiency and security, can also avoid the clothing to receive sand blown by the wind and rainwater to invade. The lower electric heating element 30 is tightly designed to be waterproof, and the key structural material is heat-insulating material, so that the defects of high-temperature oxidation and the like of the internal electric wires are avoided, and the danger is avoided. After the clothes are dried, the humidity sensor senses the air humidity and automatically sends a dried signal to remind a user.

In one embodiment of the present application, the hook assembly 70 includes a hook 71 and a hook plate 72 connected to each other, and the upper wire 80 is plural, and the plural upper wires 80 are connected to a side of the hook plate 72 away from the hook. The upper wire 80 connects the hook plate 72 with the suspension screw. Threaded holes are formed in the retainer 211, and the suspension screws are fastened to the retainer 211 and the upper protective plate 212. Retainer 211 and frame 13 are fixed to each other by welding, gluing, beveling, screws, etc. The lower surface of the retainer 211 is provided with a threaded hole, and the lower disc screw fastens the lower protective disc 213 and the ultraviolet lamp disc on the retainer 211. The exhaust motor 22 is a direct drive motor, and the mounting piece 221 is provided with a through hole and fixed to the mounting rod 2111 of the retainer 211 by a motor fixing screw, a motor fixing nut, and a washer. The end of the motor shaft 222 of the exhaust motor 22 is connected with a spline 223 in an interference fit manner, and the spline 223 is connected with a spline housing 224 in a matching manner. The spline 223 and the spline housing 224 are used to connect and fix the motor shaft 222 and the fan blades 23. The relative taper of the splines 223 and the spline housing 224 ensures that the spline housing 224 can only move toward the lock nut end. Therefore, the spline housing can be limited to move towards the direction of the exhaust motor 22, and then the fan blades 23 are limited to move towards the direction of the motor, so that the fan blades 23 can be conveniently fixed. The spline housing is cast in the fan blade 23, is of an integral structure with the fan blade, and is completely fixed on the motor shaft through the locking nut, so that the fan blade is completely fixed on the motor shaft. As shown in fig. 6, the exhaust motor 22 further includes a motor case 225 and a motor front 226 which are joined to each other, and a rotor 227 and a stator 228 of the exhaust motor 22 are provided inside a space formed by the motor case 225 and the motor front 226, and a mounting piece 221 is provided on the motor case 225.

From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:

1. the clothes dryer is convenient to be specially used according to the characteristics of socks, underwear, underpants and the like.

2. The clothes dryer can be used under the condition of one machine with multiple purposes and power failure.

3. The clothes drying machine does not need to stack the clothes regularly and can hang the clothes randomly.

4. The clothes are not easy to be invaded by sand and rain when being dried outdoors and on a balcony.

5. When the clothes dryer dries, the clothes are not contacted with each other, and bacteria and smell can not be spread in a cross mode.

6. When the clothes dryer dries clothes, the clothes do not need to be wrung to a certain degree, and the labor load is reduced.

7. The clothes after being dried by the clothes dryer are not easy to deform and wrinkle.

8. Socks and the like are not easy to generate odor after being dried.

9. The clothes dryer can flexibly adjust the heating radiation distance according to the size and the length of clothes manually and obtain the best result.
