Background

For an air conditioning system with lubricating oil, stable oil return of a compressor is important, and once the compressor is lack of oil, the compressor can be burnt in a short time. At present, an air inlet pipe of a conventional oil separator is directly connected with an air outlet of a compressor, the air outlet of the compressor is high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, and after entering the oil separator, vortex is easily generated at the bottom of the oil separator, so that the high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant enters an oil return pipe, and the normal oil return is adversely affected. Therefore, improvements are needed to improve the stability of the oil return.

The invention aims to provide an oil content structure capable of stably returning oil, which can effectively avoid vortex from being formed at the bottom of the oil content structure, improve the stability of the oil return and ensure the normal operation of a compressor.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2.

An oil content structure capable of stably returning oil comprises a shell 3, an air inlet pipe 6, an air outlet pipe 5 and an oil return pipe 7. The shell 1 is a cylindrical barrel, and the upper end cover 4 and the lower end cover 1 are both flat-bottomed bowl-shaped. The outlet pipe 5 is installed on the upper end cover 4 in a penetrating manner, so that the inlet end of the outlet pipe extends into the lower part of the shell 3, and the separated gaseous refrigerant is fully discharged. The air inlet pipe 6 is arranged on the side wall of the upper part of the shell 3 in a penetrating way, and the inlet end of the air inlet pipe extends into the shell 3 along the radial direction of the shell 3, so that the gas refrigerant mixed with lubricating oil can conveniently enter the shell 3 to form rotation, and oil and gas can be separated. The oil return pipe 7 is connected to the lower end cover 1 and communicated with the lower end cover 1, so that lubricating oil collected in the lower end cover 1 can flow out through the oil return pipe 7. All the through holes 8 are radially and uniformly distributed by taking the center of the baffle plate 2 as the center. And can be distributed in other shapes to ensure that the separated lubricating oil can smoothly pass through the baffle 2.

The baffle 2 with the contained angle between the radial plane of casing 3 is 0 to 80, can easy to assemble. The baffle 2 may be oval or other shape to ensure its perimeter to be attached to the inner wall of the housing 3 when it is mounted at an angle.

The baffle 2 can be directly welded on the inner wall of the shell 3, a plurality of mounting blocks can be arranged on the inner wall of the shell 3, and then the baffle 2 is welded on the mounting blocks, so that the installation operation is further facilitated.

The distance between the baffle 2 and the bottom surface of the lower end cover 1 is 2-20cm, so that sufficient space can be ensured in the lower end cover 1 to store lubricating oil. Meanwhile, the baffle 2 can be prevented from touching the inlet end of the gas outlet pipe 5 to influence the discharge effect of the gaseous refrigerant.

According to the invention, the oil return port is properly covered by the baffle plate, so that disturbance of accumulated oil in the lower end cover caused by rotation of gaseous refrigerant in the shell is effectively avoided, vortex formation is prevented, gaseous refrigerant is reduced from entering the oil return pipe, lubricating oil is ensured to fully flow back to the compressor, the stability of oil return is improved, and the normal operation of the compressor is ensured.

The parts not involved in the present invention are the same as or can be implemented using the prior art.
