Background

The measuring tape is a common tool in daily life and is widely applied to the building and decoration industries. The tape measure mainly comprises a tape, a tape spring (disc spring) and a tape measure shell, wherein the disc spring is like a clockwork spring in an old winding type clock watch. When the ruler strip is pulled out, the disc spring is wound tightly, a force of rewinding is generated, and when the pulling force of the ruler strip is released, the ruler strip is pulled back by the pulling force of the disc spring.

At present, in order to realize the telescopic detection of the tape measure, some manufacturers add a grating disc with a transmission roller in the tape measure, so that not only is an additional transmission roller needed to be added, but also a spring is needed to compress a tape measure strip and the transmission roller, and the friction force is increased to drive the rotation of the transmission roller, so that the structure of the tape measure is complex, and the whole volume is large.

Therefore, the technical problem of simplifying the structure of the measuring tape exists in the prior art.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2 in detail, the digital raster display range finder includes: a tape measure 10, a length detection unit 20, a display screen 30 and a housing 40;

the tape measure 10 comprises: the device comprises a ruler strip 101, a roller 102 and a grating ruler 103, wherein the ruler strip 101 is tightly wound on the circumference of the roller 102, and the grating ruler 103 is integrated on the side edge of the roller 102;

It can be understood that the measuring tape 101 is generally a steel sheet, the length detecting unit 20 is respectively connected to the measuring tape 10 and the display screen 30, when the measuring tape 10 is stretched, the stretched length of the measuring tape 10 is detected by the length detecting unit 20, and the detection result is displayed by the display screen 30, so that a user does not need to manually read scales on the measuring tape 101, and the user experience is improved.

The optical device formed by a large number of parallel slits having the same width and the same pitch is called a grating, the grating scale 103 includes a main grating (scale grating) and a sub grating (indicator grating) in a pair of grating pairs, the indicator grating is fixed at the side edge of the roller 102 and cannot move, the scale grating is flexibly mounted at the side edge of the roller 102 and can move, and when the scale grating and the indicator grating are relatively displaced, a regular fringe pattern with black and white phases or light and dark phases is generated under the combined action of light interference and diffraction, and the regular fringe pattern is called moire fringes. By detecting the number of fringes by the length detection unit 20, the relative displacement between the scale grating and the indicator grating, that is, the length of rotation of the grating scale 103 can be calculated. The measurement accuracy of the grating ruler 103 is in direct proportion to the density of the gratings, the minimum silk-screen scale on the tape 10 is 1mm, the diameter d of the roller 102 of the tape 10 is 60mm, the circumference length of the roller 102 is pi x d 188mm, and in order to make the measurement accuracy of the grating ruler 103 consistent with the reading accuracy of the tape 10, 188 gratings are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the roller 102, and the measurement accuracy of the grating ruler 103 is 1 mm. Of course, in order to improve the measurement accuracy, the present embodiment will also increase the density of the grating scale 103.

It should be understood that the measuring tape 101 is tightly wound around the circumference of the roller 102 through a measuring spring, the roller 102 has left and right circular side edges, any one side edge of the roller 102 is extended outwards, the grating scale 103 is integrated on the side edge, and the grating scale 103 can be integrated on the inner side or the outer side of the side edge, which is not limited in this embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a second embodiment of the digital raster display range finder according to the present invention, and the second embodiment of the digital raster display range finder according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment shown in fig. 2.

In this embodiment, the length detection unit 20 includes: the device comprises a photoelectric device, an amplifying circuit, a shaping circuit and a first processor; the first end of the photoelectric device is connected with the grating ruler 103;

the second end of the photoelectric device is connected with the first end of the amplifying circuit;

the second end of the amplifying circuit is connected with the first end of the shaping circuit;

the second end of the shaping circuit is connected with the first end of the first processor;

a second end of the first processor is connected to the display screen 30.

It can be understood that, in order to detect the rotation length of the grating scale 103, a photoelectric device, an amplifying circuit, a shaping circuit and a first processor are arranged in the length detecting unit 20, a first end of the photoelectric device is connected with the grating scale 103, moire fringes generated by the rotation of the grating scale 103 are converted into an electric signal with sine wave variation, the amplifying circuit amplifies the electric signal obtained by the conversion of the photoelectric device to a required amplitude value and keeps the signal variation rule unchanged, the shaping circuit shapes the amplified signal to obtain two pulse signals with phase difference, one moire fringe corresponds to two pulse signals with phase difference, the first processor calculates the rotation length of the grating scale 103 by identifying the number of the pulse signals, and determines the rotation direction of the grating scale 103 by comparing the phase difference of the two pulse signals, thereby obtaining the total rotating length of the grating scale 103 according to the rotating length and the rotating direction of the grating scale 103. The first processor is further connected with the display screen 30, so that the total rotation length of the grating ruler 103 is displayed through the display screen 30.

Furthermore, a U-shaped groove is formed at the first end of the photoelectric device, two side walls of the U-shaped groove are respectively provided with a through hole, and the grating ruler 103 is partially arranged between the U-shaped grooves and corresponds to the through holes.

It should be noted that the photoelectric device is fixed in the housing 40, a U-shaped groove is formed at a first end of the photoelectric device, opposite through holes are respectively formed in two side walls of the U-shaped groove, the grating ruler 103 is partially disposed between the U-shaped grooves and corresponds to the through holes, and when the grating ruler 103 rotates, the photoelectric device detects moire fringes of the grating ruler 103 passing through the through holes, so as to accurately detect the relative displacement of the grating ruler 103 relative to the through holes, that is, the rotation length of the grating ruler 103.

It should be understood that, because there is a blind area near the laser range finder, the nearest measurement range is usually more than 50mm, and the laser range finder is greatly influenced by factors such as target plate material, target plate color, ambient temperature and humidity, and ambient light intensity, and may not reach higher precision in the measurement, for this reason this embodiment combines tape measure range finding and laser range finding to constitute the grating digital display range finder, so as to give consideration to both short-distance high-precision measurement and long-distance measurement, and improve user convenience. When the distance is short or the precision is required to be 1mm, the user can use the tape measure 10 to measure, and the problems of a dead zone and measurement precision of the laser ranging unit 50 are avoided.
