Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a leaf spring eye angle detecting device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for detecting angles of eyes 300 on two sides of a leaf spring 200, and mainly detects parallelism of the two eyes 300.

The plate spring eye angle detection device 100 includes an angle detection tool holder 10, a detection plate 20, and an angle detection tool holder 30.

The angle checking fixture seat 10 comprises a support rod 11 and a support plate 12 arranged on the support rod 11, wherein the support rod 11 is used for being inserted into the bushing of the eye 300. In specific implementation, the diameter of the support rod 11 needs to be determined according to the inner diameter of the bushing of the ear 300 to be detected.

The detection plate 20 is fixed on the support plate 12, and specifically, the support plate 12 is vertically connected with the detection plate 20, which can be realized by welding.

The detection plate 20 is provided with vertical scales (not shown), a qualified preset range needs to be calibrated in advance for the scales on the detection plate 20, namely, laser irradiation is performed in the preset range to indicate that a product is qualified, laser irradiation is performed outside the preset range to indicate that the product is unqualified, the preset range needs to be determined according to the specific sizes and structures of the plate spring 200 and the eye 300, and calibration can be performed according to a qualified standard plate spring during specific implementation.

The angle checking fixture frame 30 is fixed on the support plate 12 through a mounting seat 40.

Specifically, the bottom of the angle checking fixture frame 30 is connected to a fixing plate 50, a first mounting hole 51 is formed in the fixing plate 50, the mounting seat 40 is fixed to the support plate 12, a second mounting hole 41 is formed in the mounting seat 40, and a mounting bolt penetrates through the second mounting hole 41 and the second mounting hole 51 to fix the fixing plate 50 to the mounting seat 12, so that the angle checking fixture frame 30 is fixed to the support plate 12 through the mounting seat 40.

Optionally, the plate spring eye angle detection device 100 further includes an angle steel hand support 70, and the angle steel hand support 70 is fixed to a side of the mounting base 40. According to the leaf spring eye angle detection device 100, when in use, the two leaf spring eye angle detection devices 100 are matched with each other, the two leaf spring eye angle detection devices 100 are respectively inserted into the bushings of the eyes 300 at two sides of the leaf spring 200 through the respective support rods 11, the laser emitted by the laser emitters 60 of the two detection devices are mutually opposite, the emitted laser can be projected onto the detection disc 20 of the opposite detection device, because the detection disc 20 is provided with the vertical scale, whether the angle of the eye 300 is qualified (mainly the parallelism of the two eyes 300) can be judged by judging whether the laser projected onto the detection disc 20 exceeds the preset range of the scale, only the laser on the two detection discs 20 does not exceed the preset range of the scale, the angle of the eye 300 is qualified, otherwise, the angle of the eye of the leaf spring is unqualified, and the leaf spring can be simply and clearly seen, Unqualified products are detected in one step, and the accuracy and the detection efficiency of the angle detection of the leaf spring eye are improved.
