Specifically, as shown in fig. 6-8, the anti-swing washer 4 includes two half rings that are buckled to form a complete ring, the two half rings have the same structure, and taking one half as an example, the anti-swing washer includes a cylindrical section 4-2 and an outer flange 4-1 disposed at the tail end of the cylindrical section 4-2, wherein the cylindrical section 4-2 is provided with an axial split groove to form an elastic overhanging arm 4-3, the front end of the elastic overhanging arm 4-3 is provided with a latch hook 4-4, and the latch hook 4-4 is in snap fit with a latch hole disposed in the tail cover 3, so that the anti-swing washer 4 and the tail cover 3 are connected in a snap fit manner and are prevented from falling off in the axial direction. The two half rings are connected together through the soft connecting part 4-5 arranged between the outer flanges 4-1, a complete ring can be formed only by bending and buckling when in use, and in order to ensure a better buckling effect and realize a better anti-deflection function, the cylindrical surface sections 4-2 of the two half rings are provided with seam allowance structures 4-6 at adjacent positions.
