阅读说明:本技术 具有粘合剂相互作用部分的容器、用于形成容器的方法和坯件 (Container with adhesive interaction portion, method and blank for forming container (The present invention provides a method of forming a container for aerosol-generating articles, wherein a blank comprising at least one panel is provided, wherein the surface structure of the panel is opened in a central adhesive-receiving area before or after local height variations in the panel are created by embossing, wherein the local height variations extend as outer fluid-guiding elements at least partially outside the central adhesive-receiving area. The central adhesive receiving area and the outer fluid directing elements form an adhesive interaction portion in the panel. The invention also relates to a blank for forming a container, wherein the blank comprises several panels, and wherein at least one panel comprises an adhesive interaction portion, and to a container for consumer goods, which is formed from a respective blank.)

1. A method of forming a container for an aerosol-generating article comprising the steps of:

i) providing a blank comprising at least one panel,

ii) opening the surface structure of the panel in a central adhesive receiving area, and

iii) producing local height variations in the panel by embossing, wherein the local height variations extend as outer fluid guiding elements at least partially outside the central adhesive receiving area,

wherein the central adhesive receiving area and the outer fluid directing element form an adhesive interaction portion in the panel.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the fluid directing element is continuous, but at least partially non-linear, such that it at least partially surrounds the central adhesive receiving area.

3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the step ii) of opening comprises cutting the panel in the adhesive receiving area.

4. The method of any preceding claim, wherein the step ii) of opening comprises scratching or roughening the panel in the adhesive-receiving area.

5. A blank for forming a container, wherein

The blank comprises a plurality of panels which are,

wherein at least one panel comprises an adhesive interaction portion and wherein the adhesive interaction portion comprises an adhesive receiving area at least partially surrounded by a continuous, at least partially non-linear fluid guiding element produced by embossing.

6. A blank according to claim 5 wherein the flow directing element completely and continuously surrounds the adhesive receiving area.

7. A blank according to claim 5 or 6 wherein the flow directing element is formed by a recess in the panel.

8. A blank according to any one of claims 5 to 7 wherein the flow directing element is formed by two parallel depressions in the panel.

9. A blank according to any one of claims 5 to 8 wherein in the adhesive receiving area the surface structure of the panel is open.

10. The blank according to any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein in the adhesive receiving area several subsequent cuts along a perforation line are provided.

11. A blank according to any one of claims 5 to 10 wherein in the adhesive receiving area cuts on several parallel lines of perforations are provided.

12. A container for consumer goods, wherein the container is formed from a blank according to any one of claims 5 to 11,

wherein the container wall is formed by at least one panel, and

wherein the adhesive is disposed in the adhesive receiving area of the adhesive interaction portion.

13. The container of claim 12, wherein the adhesive connects a lid flap of a liner to a lid of the container.

14. A container according to claim 13, wherein the blank is made of paperboard and the lid flap comprises a polymeric film, in particular a metallized film.

15. The container of claim 13 or 14, wherein the adhesive receiving area comprises a cut extending substantially in a lateral direction of the container, the lateral direction being a direction between the lid and the lid flap substantially perpendicular to the pulling direction upon opening of the container lid.
