For oil pipes and sucker rods with different specifications, the device can determine the only clamping position, and clamps the oil pipes and the sucker rods by hydraulic drive, thereby ensuring reliable action.

After the rod is taken, the direction of the inversion arm 2 is counterclockwise, as shown in fig. 4, and the vertical catwalk 8 itself needs to be inverted to work. When the vertical catwalk 8 is not turned and placed normally, the turning arm 2 turns over to the right side above the vertical catwalk 8, as shown in fig. 9, the turning is stopped and waits at the position, when the vertical catwalk 8 is turned and close to being placed normally, as shown in fig. 10, the turning arm 2 starts to turn over continuously, and when the vertical catwalk 8 is turned and placed normally, the turning arm 2 also turns over to the position above the vertical catwalk 8 to wait for further placing pipes, as shown in fig. 5.

In the rod releasing process, as shown in fig. 11, the overturning arm 2 overturns a corresponding angle and then reaches above the vertical catwalk 8, at this time, the driving piston rod 203 drives the movable clamping claw 205 to depart from the fixed clamping claw 206, and the tube rod 901 moves downward due to the action of gravity and is no longer in contact with the horizontal surface 2052 on the movable clamping claw 205. By adjusting the driving distance of the piston rod 203, the distance between the movable clamping claw 205 and the fixed clamping claw 206 can be adjusted, so that the relative position of the pipe rod 901 with respect to the central plane 804 of the catwalk is adjusted, and the pipe rod 901 is always positioned on the central plane 804 of the catwalk. When the pipe rod 901 is located on the central plane 804 of the catwalk and is in contact with the catwalk fixed clamping jaw 802, the catwalk fixed clamping jaw 802 plays a role of supporting the pipe rod 901, at this time, the movable clamping jaw 205 and the fixed clamping jaw 206 are fully opened, the overturning arm 2 is overturned in the opposite direction, and the pipe rod 901 is placed.

The problem that the movable clamping claw 205 and the fixed clamping claw 206 clamp the pipe rod 901 together, but because the specifications of the clamped pipe rods 901 are different, if the pipe rod 901 is always in a clamping state, the pipe rod 901 cannot be guaranteed to be positioned right above the vertical catwalk 8 at different positions above the vertical catwalk 8.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, fig. a shows a pipe-laying diagram of a 3.5 inch oil pipe, fig. b shows a pipe-laying diagram of a 1.5 inch oil pipe, fig. c shows a pipe-laying diagram of a 29mm sucker rod, and fig. d shows a pipe-laying diagram of a 19mm sucker rod. For oil pipes and oil pumping rods with different specifications, the device can change the relative positions of the movable clamping claw 205 and the fixed clamping claw 206 only through hydraulic drive, and meanwhile, the device can accurately place the pipe 901 to the specific position of the vertical catwalk 8 by matching with the accurate angle control of the swing cylinder 5, the process is stable and has no impact, and the position of a mechanical device or a part does not need to be adjusted or replaced.

The reinforcing rods 7 are connected with the three lower supports 1 and the three upper supports 4 and used for reinforcing the overall stability of the device.

The height adjusting rod 6 comprises a lead screw 601 and a second supporting seat 602, the relative height of the telescopic plate 103 can be adjusted by rotating the lead screw 601, the telescopic plate 103 is ensured to be in a horizontal position, and the telescopic plate 103 is prevented from bearing a large bending moment in a cantilever state. The three height adjusting rods 6 are independently driven, so that the invention is suitable for scenes of uneven operation ground.

The swing cylinder 5 allows the tilting arm 2 to be in any position by means of a balancing valve control.

After the rod is taken out, the catwalk turning arm is turned anticlockwise to the position shown in fig. 9 to stop rotating, and the catwalk turning arm 803 is waited to turn over and return to the original position. After waiting that catwalk upset arm 803 is in upset arm 2 and transfers, upset arm 2 starts again, continues the upset, when waiting that catwalk upset arm 803 is in the horizontality, upset arm 2 also overturns to the horizontality to put the pole.

The first operation process flow of the invention is as follows: when the pipe rod 901 is in place, the oil cylinder 202 acts to drive the piston rod 203 to act so as to enable the movable clamping claw 205 to be retracted and enable the turnover arm 2 to be in the shortest state; the swing cylinder 5 acts to drive the turnover arm 2 to turn over below the pipe rod 901; the oil cylinder 202 acts to drive the piston rod 203 to act to extend the movable clamping claw 205 and enable the turnover arm 2 to be in an extension state; the swinging cylinder 5 acts to drive the overturning arm 2 to overturn and hook the pipe rod 901, and the pipe rod 901 rolls into the movable clamping claw 205; the oil cylinder 202 acts to drive the piston rod 203 to act so as to enable the movable clamping claw 205 to retract and clamp the pipe rod 901; the swing cylinder 5 acts, the overturning arm 2 stops after overturning by a corresponding angle, and the catwalk overturning arm 803 is waited to return; after the catwalk overturning arm 803 is about to return to the original position, the swinging cylinder 5 acts, and the overturning arm 2 overturns above the catwalk overturning arm 803; at the moment, the oil cylinder 202 and the swing cylinder 5 act in a matched manner, so that the pipe rods 901 of different specifications are positioned at the center of the catwalk and supported by the catwalk; the oil cylinder 202 continues to act, the movable clamping claw 205 is completely loosened, the turnover arm 2 is in the longest state, and the pipe rod 901 is completely released; the swing cylinder 5 moves reversely, the inverting arm 2 returns, the oil cylinder 202 moves, and the movable clamping claw 205 is retracted to make the inverting arm 2 in the shortest state. And repeating the above process, and circularly performing the operation.

The second operation process flow of the invention is as follows: the oil cylinder 202 acts to drive the piston rod 203 to act so as to enable the movable clamping claw 205 to be retracted and enable the turnover arm 2 to be in the shortest state; the swing cylinder 5 acts to drive the turnover arm 2 to turn over below the pipe rod 901; tube stem 901 is in place; the oil cylinder 202 acts to drive the piston rod 203 to act to extend the movable clamping claw 205 and enable the turnover arm 2 to be in an extension state; the swinging cylinder 5 acts to drive the overturning arm 2 to overturn and hook the pipe rod 901, the pipe rod 901 rolls into the movable clamping claw 205, at the moment, the oil cylinder 202 acts synchronously, the piston rod 203 is driven to act to enable the movable clamping claw 205 to retract and clamp the pipe rod 901, and the swinging cylinder 5 acts continuously; the overturning arm 2 stops after overturning by a corresponding angle, and waits for the catwalk overturning arm 803 to return to the original position; after the catwalk overturning arm 803 is about to return to the original position, the swinging cylinder 5 acts, and the overturning arm 2 overturns above the catwalk overturning arm 803; at the moment, the oil cylinder 202 and the swing cylinder 5 act in a matched manner, so that the pipe rods 901 of different specifications are positioned at the center of the catwalk and supported by the catwalk; the oil cylinder 202 continues to act, the movable clamping claw 205 is completely loosened, the turnover arm 2 is in the longest state, and the pipe rod 901 is completely released; the swing cylinder 5 moves reversely, the inverting arm 2 returns, the oil cylinder 202 moves, and the movable clamping claw 205 is retracted to make the inverting arm 2 in the shortest state. And repeating the above process, and circularly performing the operation.
