The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a real-time pressure control positioner for a well completion sand control pipe column, which is mainly used for positioning in the operation process of the well completion sand control pipe column of an oil field.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme.

A real-time pressure control positioner for a well completion sand control pipe column comprises a mandrel, an upper joint, a fixing pin, an elastic claw, a piston and a spring.

The mandrel is characterized in that a through hole is formed in the mandrel, a mandrel limiting boss is arranged on the outer surface of the mandrel, a mandrel pressure transmission hole communicated with the through hole is formed in the mandrel limiting boss, and a mandrel limiting step is arranged on one side of the mandrel limiting boss.

Through holes with uniform inner diameters are formed in the upper joint, and the inner diameter of the upper joint is the same as the outer diameter of the mandrel; the upper joint comprises an upper joint large end part and an upper joint small end part which are arranged in a step shape, and the outer diameter of the upper joint large end part is larger than that of the upper joint small end part.

A through hole is formed in the elastic claw, the inner diameter of the elastic claw is the same as the outer diameter of the small end part of the upper joint, and the elastic claw and the mandrel form shaft hole clearance fit; and a first elastic claw limiting step and a second elastic claw limiting step which are sequentially reduced in height are arranged on the inner surface of the front end of the elastic claw. The elastic claw is made of a material with certain elasticity or ductility and is used for self-recovery after being deformed under force or recovery under the action of external force, and 60Si2Mn spring steel is preferred.

The upper joint and the elastic claw are sleeved on the mandrel, the small end part of the upper joint is sleeved in the elastic claw, and the small end part of the upper joint is fixedly connected with the elastic claw through the fixing pin; the small end part of the upper joint is contacted with one side of the mandrel limiting boss and is used for limiting the movement of the upper joint towards the direction of the elastic claw; the outer surface of the small end part of the upper joint is higher than the upper surface of the mandrel limiting boss, so that a gap is reserved between the inner surface of the elastic claw and the upper surface of the mandrel limiting boss; and the first elastic claw limiting step is in contact with the mandrel limiting step and is used for limiting the movement of the elastic claw towards the upper joint.

The piston is sleeved on the mandrel and arranged between the second elastic claw limiting step and the mandrel limiting boss, and O-shaped sealing rings are mounted on the inner surface and the outer surface of the piston; the front end of the piston is connected with the first elastic claw limiting step through a spring, and the initial position of the piston is close to the mandrel limiting boss or is in contact with the mandrel limiting boss due to the pretightening force of the spring.

The outer surface of the elastic claw, which is close to the position above the elastic claw limiting step II, is provided with an annular positioning boss, the section of the annular positioning boss along the axis of the mandrel is trapezoidal, one side of the annular positioning boss, which is close to the front end of the elastic claw, is a first positioning contact surface, the first positioning contact surface is matched with a first positioning contact surface on a positioning sealing barrel of an outer sand control tool of the well completion sand control pipe column, and the other side of the annular positioning boss is a contact surface through which a positioner can pass.

The outer surface of the annular positioning boss of the elastic claw is uniformly provided with a plurality of elastic claw through grooves at intervals of 30-60 degrees along the axial direction, and the elastic claw through grooves are used for providing spaces for two sides of the annular positioning boss so that the annular positioning boss is more easily extruded and deformed in the resetting process of the positioner.

In one embodiment of the invention, the interval between adjacent elastic claw through grooves is 30 degrees.

In one embodiment of the invention, the length of the piston in the axial direction is greater than that of the annular positioning boss in the axial direction, and the sum of the length of the piston in the axial direction and the length of the annular positioning boss in the axial direction is less than the minimum linear distance between the mandrel limiting boss and the elastic claw limiting step II; namely: when the piston moves to the position where the front end of the piston is contacted with the elastic claw limiting step II, the whole annular positioning boss is supported by the piston; when the piston moves to the rear end to be contacted with the mandrel limiting boss, the annular positioning boss loses the support of the piston. In one embodiment of the invention, the number of the O-shaped sealing rings on the inner surface and the outer surface of the piston is 2 respectively, and the O-shaped sealing rings are arranged at the rear end of the piston.

In one embodiment of the invention, the inclination angle of the first positioning contact surface on the annular positioning boss is equal to the inclination angle of the first passing contact surface of the positioner.

The real-time pressure control positioner for the well completion sand control tubular column is applied to the function of contacting and positioning the positioning sealing barrel during the operation of the positioner and the function of resetting the sand control tool which can pass through the positioning sealing barrel when the positioner is pulled out after the operation is finished.

The working process of the real-time pressure control positioner for the well completion sand control pipe column for positioning comprises the following steps:

after the mandrel is pressed to a specified pressure value, the pressure is transmitted to a gap between the inner surface of the elastic claw and the upper surface of the mandrel limiting boss through the mandrel pressure transmission hole so as to be transmitted to the rear end of the piston, after the rear end of the piston is stressed, the piston overcomes the pretightening force of the spring to move towards the second elastic claw limiting step until the piston is contacted with the second elastic claw limiting step, and the piston stops moving due to the blocking of the second elastic claw limiting step; the inner layer service tool of the well completion sand control pipe string connected through the pressing-down positioner enables a first positioning contact surface on the annular positioning boss to be in contact with a positioning contact surface on the positioning sealing barrel of the outer layer sand control tool and generate certain tonnage stress, so that the elastic claw is stressed by radial force, but because the outer surface of the piston is in contact with the inner surface of the elastic claw at the annular positioning boss, the inner surface of the piston is in contact with the outer surface of the mandrel, so that the elastic claw is radially supported and cannot be radially deformed, and finally the contact positioning of the positioner and the positioning sealing barrel is realized.

The invention relates to a working process for resetting a real-time pressure control positioner for a well completion sand control pipe column, which comprises the following steps:

The inclination angle of the first positioning contact surface 4-4 is equal to the inclination angle of the second positioning contact surface 4-5. The outer surface of the annular positioning boss 4-3 of the elastic claw 4 is uniformly provided with a plurality of elastic claw through grooves 4-6 at intervals of 30 degrees along the axial direction, and the elastic claw through grooves are used for providing space for two sides of the annular positioning boss 4-3, so that the annular positioning boss is more easily extruded and deformed in the resetting process of the positioner.

The length of the piston 5 in the axial direction is greater than that of the annular positioning boss 4-3 in the axial direction, and the sum of the length of the piston 5 in the axial direction and the length of the annular positioning boss 4-3 in the axial direction is smaller than the minimum linear distance between the mandrel limiting boss 1-1 and the elastic claw limiting step II 4-2; namely: when the piston 5 moves to the position where the front end of the piston is contacted with the second elastic claw limiting step 4-2, the annular positioning boss 4-3 can be wholly supported by the piston 5; when the piston 5 moves to the rear end to contact with the mandrel limiting boss 1-1, the annular positioning boss 4-3 can entirely lose the support of the piston 5.

The real-time pressure control positioner for the well completion sand control tubular column is used for realizing the function of contacting and positioning the positioner with the positioning sealing barrel during operation and the reset function of pulling out a sand control tool after the operation of the positioner is finished and allowing the sand control tool to pass through the positioning sealing barrel.

The working process of the real-time pressure control positioner for the well completion sand control pipe column for positioning comprises the following steps:

after the mandrel 1 is pressed to a specified pressure value, pressure is transmitted to a gap between the inner surface of the elastic claw 4 and the upper surface of the mandrel limiting boss 1-1 through the mandrel pressure transmission hole 1-2 so as to be transmitted to the rear end of the piston 5, after the rear end of the piston 5 is stressed, the piston 5 overcomes the pretightening force of the spring 6 to move towards the elastic claw limiting step II 4-2 until the piston 5 is contacted with the elastic claw limiting step II 4-2, and then the piston 5 stops moving due to the blocking of the elastic claw limiting step II 4-2; the inner layer service tool of the well completion sand control pipe string connected by the pressing-down positioner enables the positioning contact surface I4-4 on the annular positioning boss 4-3 to be in contact with the positioning contact surface on the positioning sealing barrel of the outer layer sand control tool and generate certain tonnage stress, so that the elastic claw 4 is subjected to radial force action, but the outer surface of the piston 5 is in contact with the inner surface of the elastic claw 4 at the annular positioning boss 4-3, the inner surface of the piston 5 is in contact with the outer surface of the mandrel 1, so that the elastic claw 4 is radially supported and cannot be radially deformed, and finally the contact positioning of the positioner and the positioning sealing barrel is realized.
