Background

At present, rain-proof protectors which are externally hung on vehicles such as bicycles, battery cars, two-wheeled motorcycles, tricycles and the like in the market are various in types, but the rain-proof protectors are single in function, complex in installation and unsafe.

For example: patent document CN104743011A discloses a rain-proof awning for electric vehicle, which comprises an umbrella cover with a stay bar, and a rain-proof cloth with a plurality of movable connectors at one side edge, wherein a fixed connector is arranged at the inner side of the lower edge of the umbrella cover, and the fixed connector is connected with the movable connectors. Install "umbrella" on bicycle and storage battery car tap, insert through welded panel beating and bolt fastening again on bicycle or the storage battery car by a dead lever, but such structural reliability is low, and the potential safety hazard is many, unable quick folding and installation, and the rain-proof is prevent wind effectually not good, and the place ahead and left and right sides and shank all can not reach the function of rain-proof preventing wind. In addition, the height of the umbrella from the seat is too high, so that the vehicle is not convenient to stop in a garage, and although the umbrella can be adjusted through the telescopic rod, a plurality of links for searching the position on the vehicle body and installing the telescopic rod are provided, so that the installation process is complicated, and the vehicle is easy to damage.

Another example is: at present, the transparent wind shield arranged on the battery car faucet can only block the wind in the front, and cannot achieve the rainproof function, and the transparent wind shield can bring great resistance to the vehicle in the advancing process, and meanwhile, when a traffic accident happens, the hard wind shield can be broken, so that secondary damage is easily caused.

Therefore, the connection mode and the umbrella surface shape of the existing rainproof products and the structure of the existing windproof transparent plate of the cover plate need to be completely changed.

In the illustration of fig. 7 and 8, only one position of the flexible canopy face assembly 100 is shown in the collapsed position, i.e., only one swivel joint is used in each of the first and second collapsible frame assemblies 200 and 300. All the other rotary joints are used for operating all the rotary joints to fold after the foldable vehicle-mounted canopy is detached from the vehicle, so that the foldable vehicle-mounted canopy can be folded to form a sheet structure, and the size is reduced so as to be convenient to store.

For the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth rotary heads 3, 6, 9, 14, 17, 20, the invention gives the following two reference embodiments:

as shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, taking the second spin head 6 as an example, the present embodiment includes: the joint rotor is rotatably connected to the joint base, the joint base limits the rotation angle of the joint rotor by utilizing the structure of the joint rotor (for example, the maximum rotation angle of the joint rotor is 180 degrees), and the joint base and the joint rotor are respectively connected with a support rod (the joint base and the joint rotor are respectively provided with jacks for connecting the support rods and are respectively used for connecting the second support rod 5 and the third support rod 8); the rotary locking structure comprises a rotary handle and a limiting supporting plate arranged on one side of the joint base, the rotary handle is connected to the joint base, and the joint rotor is driven to rotate on the horizontal direction together by driving the joint base.

The rotary joint with the structure utilizes the anti-joint principle: under the expansion state, the joint base is driven to rotate by taking the connected third support rod 8 as an axis through the rotating handle 7 and drives the joint rotor to rotate, the foldable direction of the second rotating head 6 is rotated to the direction facing the flexible canopy surface assembly 100, and the joint rotor is supported on the limiting supporting structure of the joint base under the pressure action of the flexible canopy surface assembly 100, so that the foldable skeleton assembly can support the flexible canopy surface assembly 100. When needs are folded, the foldable direction of the second rotating head 6 is rotated to the direction back to the flexible canopy surface assembly 100 through the rotating handle 7, and the joint rotor loses the support of the limiting support plate at the moment, so that the rapid folding is realized by automatically rotating downwards under the pressure action of the flexible canopy surface assembly 100.

As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in the present embodiment, taking the second spin head 6 as an example, the present invention includes: a joint rotor 612 and a joint base 622, the joint rotor 612 is rotatably connected to the joint base 622, the joint base 622 and the joint rotor 612 are respectively connected to a support rod (the joint base and the joint rotor are respectively provided with a jack for connecting the support rod, respectively for connecting the second support rod 8 and the third support rod 5),

the rotary locking structure comprises a rotary handle 72 and a lock cylinder 63, the rotary handle 72 comprises a handle part and a rotating shaft part, the lock cylinder 63 is in threaded connection with the periphery of the rotating shaft part, a lock cylinder through hole matched with the shape of the lock cylinder is formed in one side wall of a joint base 622, a lock cylinder groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the lock cylinder through hole, of the joint rotor 612, the rotating shaft part sequentially penetrates through the lock cylinder through hole, the joint rotor 612 and the other side wall, opposite to the side wall, of the joint base 622 and is limited through a screw 64, and the lock cylinder 63 is located in a channel formed by the lock cylinder through hole and the lock.

After deployment, the key cylinder 63 is moved axially by rotating the rotary knob 72 such that a portion of the key cylinder 63 is inserted into the key cylinder recess of the connector rotor 612 and another portion remains within the key cylinder through-hole, thereby preventing relative rotation of the connector base 622 and the connector rotor 612 and supporting the flexible canopy surface assembly 100. When folding is required, the lock cylinder 63 is separated from the lock cylinder groove of the connector rotor 612 by rotating the rotary knob 72 in the reverse direction.

Further, in the present invention, the cap bar 1 and the first cap bar 11 are respectively provided at both ends of the first foldable frame assembly 200, and the second cap bar 12 and the third cap bar 22 are respectively provided at both ends of the second foldable frame assembly 300, preventing damage to the flexible canopy surface assembly 100.
