1. A filter material, comprising:

carbon particles;

4. The filter material as claimed in claim 3, wherein the particle size of the potassium ion exchange resin is 300 to 1200 μm, and the particle size of the hydrogen ion exchange resin is 300 to 1600 μm.

5. The filter of claim 4, wherein the carbon particles comprise activated carbon.

6. The filter medium of claim 5, wherein the activated carbon has a particle size of 18 to 40 mesh.

7. The filter of claim 6, wherein the filter comprises, based on the total mass of the filter:

30-60% of the activated carbon;

30-65% of the potassium ion exchange resin; and

5-10% of the hydrogen ion exchange resin.

8. A filter comprising the filter of any one of claims 1 to 7.

9. The filter cartridge of claim 8, comprising:

the filter element comprises a filter element body, wherein a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the filter element body;

the first grid support covers the water inlet;

the second grid support is arranged in the filter element body and divides the space in the filter element body into a filling cavity communicated with the water inlet and a rectifying cavity communicated with the water outlet;

wherein, the filter media is filled in the filling cavity.

10. The filter cartridge of claim 9, wherein the volume of the flow rectification chamber is 5% to 15% of the volume of the fill chamber.

11. A water purification cup comprising the filter of any one of claims 1 to 7 or the filter of any one of claims 8 to 10.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of water purification, in particular to a filter material, a filter element and a water purification cup.

Background

At present, the filter material in the water purification cup can only simply remove residual chlorine and calcium magnesium ions in water, but cannot effectively remove heavy metals. Therefore, in some areas where heavy metal pollution (such as cadmium pollution) or industrial pollution (such as tetrachloroethylene) is heavy, the water purification cup cannot provide safe and reliable drinking water for users.

Therefore, the current filter material still needs to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a filter material with high heavy metal removal rate or good water purification effect.

In one aspect of the invention, a filter is provided. According to an embodiment of the invention, the filter comprises: carbon particles; and the particle size of the resin is 300-1600 micrometers. Detailed Description

The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail. The following examples are illustrative only and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. The examples, where specific techniques or conditions are not indicated, are to be construed according to the techniques or conditions described in the literature in the art or according to the product specifications. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.

In one aspect of the invention, a filter is provided. According to an embodiment of the invention, the filter comprises: carbon particles; and the particle size of the resin is 300-1600 micrometers. In some embodiments of the invention, the cation exchange resin comprises a potassium ion exchange resin and a hydrogen ion exchange resin. Therefore, when the cation exchange resin and the hydrogen ion exchange resin exist simultaneously, the effects of removing heavy metal pollutants, removing industrial pollutants, removing residual chlorine and calcium and magnesium ions are better, the potassium ions in the potassium ion exchange resin are exchanged into purified water to improve the alkalinity of the purified water, the hydrogen ions in the hydrogen ion exchange resin are exchanged into the acidity which can improve the water in the purified water, and the two exist simultaneously to adjust the pH value of the purified water, so that the pH value of the purified water is closer to neutral, and the taste of the purified water is better.

According to the embodiment of the invention, in order to improve the removal rate of heavy metal pollutants, the particle size of the potassium ion exchange resin is 300-1200 microns, and the particle size of the hydrogen ion exchange resin is 300-1600 microns. In some embodiments of the invention, the particle size of the activated carbon is 18-40 meshes, so that the particle size of the activated carbon is appropriate, the flow velocity of water flowing through the filter material is appropriate, the contact time of water and the filter material is effectively increased, the efficiency of the filter material for removing heavy metal pollutants, industrial pollutants, residual chlorine or calcium and magnesium ions is higher, and the water purification effect is better. When the particle size of the activated carbon is too small, the flow velocity of water flowing through the filter material is small, so that the consumption time of the filter material for purifying water with the same volume is long, and the consumption experience of consumers is poor; when the particle size of the activated carbon is too large, the flow velocity of water flowing through the filter material is large, so that the filter material cannot sufficiently adsorb pollutants in water, and the effect of removing heavy metals, industrial pollutants, residual chlorine or calcium and magnesium ions is poor.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the filter comprises, based on the total mass of the filter: 30-60% of the activated carbon; 30-65% of the potassium ion exchange resin; and 5 to 10% of the above-mentioned hydrogen ion exchange resin, for example, the filter medium may comprise 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 55%, 60% or the like of activated carbon, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 65% or the like of potassium ion exchange resin, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10% or the like of hydrogen ion exchange resin. When the content of the activated carbon is too high, the effect of removing heavy metal pollutants is relatively poor, and when the content of the activated carbon is too low, the requirement of residual chlorine removal rate cannot be met; when the content of the potassium ion exchange resin is too high, no space is filled with hydrogen ions with stronger exchange adsorption capacity, the exchange adsorption capacity is relatively weaker, and when the content of the potassium ion exchange resin is too low, hydrogen ions are excessively packaged, the effluent is acidic, and the taste of the purified water is relatively poor; when the content of the hydrogen ion exchange resin is too high, the effluent is acidic, the taste of the purified water is relatively poor, and when the content of the hydrogen ion exchange resin is too low, the exchange adsorption capacity is relatively weak.

In another aspect of the invention, a filter cartridge is provided. According to an embodiment of the invention, the filter element comprises the filter material. Therefore, the filter element has all the characteristics and advantages of the filter material, and the filter element has better water purification effect and better service performance.

According to an embodiment of the invention, with reference to fig. 1, the cartridge further comprises: the filter element comprises a filter element body 100, wherein a water inlet 110 and a water outlet 120 are formed in the filter element body 100; a first mesh support 130, the first mesh support 130 covering the water inlet 110; a second mesh support 140, wherein the second mesh support 140 is arranged in the filter element body 100 and divides the space in the filter element body 100 into a filling cavity 101 communicated with the water inlet 110 and a rectifying cavity 102 communicated with the water outlet 120; wherein, the filter media is filled in the filling cavity 101.
