Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and particularly relates to a method for efficiently treating high-concentration arsenic and antimony polluted soil, which is mainly suitable for the remediation and treatment of arsenic and antimony polluted soil in mineral exploitation and smelting areas.

Background

Arsenic and antimony are toxic metalloid elements in nature, and the two elements have similar properties, coexist in the mineral and enter the soil to seriously affect the soil quality. Arsenic is widely distributed in nature, and soil, water, minerals, plants and normal human tissues all contain trace arsenic. Arsenic in its natural state is mainly sulfide (Orpimentum As)2S3Realgar As4S4Arsenopyrite, FeAsS) in other metal ores. Antimony is a typical toxic heavy metal element that is not necessary to organisms and widely distributed in the epigenetic environment. Antimony in rock rings is mainly Sb2S3Present and co-exist with sulfides and oxides of arsenic.

The mining, smelting and processing of arsenic and antimony containing ores, the application of arsenic containing pesticides and other human activities can release a large amount of toxic and harmful elements to the environment. The smoke dust is a main pollution source of a smelting plant and contains a large amount of toxic and harmful elements, and the dry and wet sedimentation of the smoke dust and the discharge of smelting furnace slag, waste water and waste gas enable toxic and harmful substances to enter the soil environment to cause soil pollution, so that the health of human beings is influenced. Studies have shown that the soil in the antimony ore region is polluted by high content of Sb, and the concentration of antimony in the surface soil and plants around the antimony smelting plant reaches 1489mg/kg and 336mg/kg respectively. As pollution to soil in China Hunan, Yunnan, Guangxi, Hubei and other places is serious, and the arsenic content in the produced crops (rice, corn, vegetables and the like) is somewhat higher than the related national standard. In Chenzhou, Hunan province, Shimen, etc., serious arsenic pollution poisoning events have occurred in recent years.

At present, the remediation methods commonly used for arsenic and antimony contaminated soil mainly comprise a chemical leaching technology, a plant remediation technology, a solidification/stabilization technology and the like. The chemical leaching technology promotes the dissolution or migration of pollutants in the soil by virtue of a leaching solution, so as to achieve the effect of removing the pollutants. Granted patent CN 101362146 discloses a chemical eluent for simultaneously removing heavy metal and arsenic in soil and a repairing method thereof, but does not relate to heavy metal antimony. The chemical eluent is prepared from three chemical reagents of EDTA, ammonia water and oxalic acid, wherein the EDTA is an artificial chelating agent, has high price, is difficult to be biodegraded, has certain biotoxicity and is not beneficial to popularization and application. The invention patent CN 107597827A discloses a method for removing arsenic, antimony and other heavy metal elements in contaminated site soil, the method firstly uses a compound eluting agent prepared from oxalic acid and tannic acid to elute the contaminated soil, then uses ferric chloride solution to elute the soil, and finally uses clean water to elute. Although arsenic and antimony can be separated from soil, the process is complex, the engineering quantity is large, a large amount of leaching waste liquid is generated in the leaching process, and the risk of secondary environmental pollution is easily caused. Phytoremediation technology extracts pollutants by hyperaccumulation plant enrichment. The granted patent CN 103894401B discloses a phytoremediation method for treating cadmium-lead-arsenic composite contaminated soil, which is only suitable for the treatment and remediation of moderate and light contaminated soil and is limited by the long growth period of plants and the need of harmless treatment on harvested plant residues. The chemical stabilization technology is a commonly used technology for repairing arsenic and antimony contaminated soil at present, and the principle is that a stabilizing agent is applied to the contaminated soil to convert pollutants into inactive forms, so that migration and diffusion of the pollutants in the environment are reduced. The method for repairing arsenic-polluted soil disclosed in the granted patent CN 103920704B comprises the steps of firstly adding an oxidant (manganese hydroxide, potassium permanganate and sodium persulfate) into the arsenic-polluted soil, uniformly stirring, then adding ferroferric oxide, maintaining and standing. The oxidant in the patent is complex in components, expensive in material price and high in engineering implementation difficulty. The granted patent CN 105598154B discloses a method for remedying arsenic contaminated soil, which adopts a mode of combining stabilizing agent and curing agent with in-situ injection to carry out curing and stabilizing treatment on the heavy metal contaminated soil in the field, and the leaching concentration of the heavy metal arsenic in the treated soil is lower than the IV-class water standard of underground water quality standard (GB/T14848-93). The invention patent CN 108284128A proposes an effective stabilization treatment method for high-concentration arsenic-polluted soil, but the method needs to add three medicaments respectively and four construction steps, the polluted soil needs to be treated for four different times, the engineering quantity is increased in the construction process, and the construction period is prolonged. The solidification/stabilization repair method for the high-risk arsenic-polluted soil disclosed by the invention patent CN 108746185A is simple in process, but the treated polluted soil has a general effect, according to the embodiment listed in the patent, the leaching concentration (HJ/T299-2007) of arsenic in the repaired soil is 3.478-4.388 mg/kg, only reaches the standard of 'hazardous waste identification standard leaching toxicity identification' (GB5085.3-2007), and is difficult to meet the standard of 'surface water environment quality standard' (GB3838-2002) and 'underground water quality standard' (GB/T14848) -2017 referred in the repair engineering.

In summary, by summarizing the existing research results, the development of a method for efficiently treating the soil polluted by high-concentration arsenic and antimony, which can be applied to the field of environmental remediation, has become a problem to be solved in practical engineering.

And the construction process is simple, the repairing agent is added at one time, the extra work amount is not increased, and the construction cost is reduced.
