1. The surface treatment process of the small aluminum profile is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

(1) degreasing: placing the aluminum profile into a degreasing pool to be soaked for 3-5 minutes; the degreasing washing liquid in the degreasing pool is a sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration of 8-15 g/L;

(2) shot blasting: taking the aluminum profile out of the degreasing tank, washing the aluminum profile with water, and performing shot blasting treatment on the aluminum profile by using a shot blasting machine, wherein the consumed material is quartz sand with the particle size of 0.1-0.2 mm;

(3) acid washing: placing the shot-blasted aluminum profile into a pickling tank for chemical polishing, wherein the pickling solution contains 3-5% of sulfuric acid, 5-10% of hydrochloric acid and 6-12% of nitric acid, and the solvent is deionized water; after acid washing, taking out the aluminum profile and washing again;

(4) passivation: passivating the aluminum profile after washing, and washing the aluminum profile after passivation;

(5) drying: and (3) drying the aluminum profile after being washed in a dryer at the drying temperature of 105-120 ℃, and finishing the surface treatment of the small aluminum profile after the drying is finished.

The surface treatment process of the small aluminum profile according to claim 1, wherein the passivating agent used in the passivation in step (4) is a mixed solution prepared by fully dissolving 8-12 parts by mass of magnesium fluoride, 2-3 parts by mass of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2-4 parts by mass of fluorozirconic acid, 1-3 parts by mass of sodium fluorosilicate, 5-6 parts by mass of hydrochloric acid, 1-2 parts by mass of nitric acid, 12-15 parts by mass of phosphoric acid, 1-3 parts by mass of vinyltriacetoxysilane, 3-5 parts by mass of sulfuric acid, and 3-5 parts by mass of calcium nitrate in 1000 parts by mass of deionized water.

(4) passivation: passivating the aluminum profile after washing, and washing the aluminum profile after passivation;

(5) drying: and (3) drying the aluminum profile after being washed in a dryer at the drying temperature of 105-120 ℃, and finishing the surface treatment of the small aluminum profile after the drying is finished.

Preferably, the passivating agent used in the passivation (4) is a mixed solution formed by fully dissolving 8-12 parts of magnesium fluoride, 2-3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2-4 parts of fluorozirconic acid, 1-3 parts of sodium fluosilicate, 5-6 parts of hydrochloric acid, 1-2 parts of nitric acid, 12-15 parts of phosphoric acid, 1-3 parts of vinyltriacetoxysilane, 3-5 parts of sulfuric acid and 3-5 parts of calcium nitrate in 1000 parts of deionized water according to the mass part ratio.
