1. The preparation method of the heating ceramic tile is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) cleaning and pretreating the bottom surface of the ceramic tile;

(2) prefabricating and molding the heating cable through a metal mold with a groove;

(3) sticking the heating cable in the step (2) to the bottom surface of the ceramic tile in the step (1);

(4) and placing the ceramic tile with the heating cable in the mold, and integrally forming the ceramic tile with the heat-insulating layer material to obtain the heating ceramic tile, wherein the heating cable is positioned between the ceramic tile and the heat-insulating layer.

A method for preparing a heating tile according to claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the heating cable is formed by: and (2) coating a release agent in the metal mould with the groove, distributing the heating cable in the metal mould groove, pouring environment-friendly sizing glue at the gap between the mould groove and the heating cable, and taking out the heating cable after the sizing glue is cured.

3. A method for preparing a heating tile according to claim 1, wherein in the step (3), the heating cable is adhered to the bottom surface of the tile by a heat conductive adhesive or a heat conductive tape.

4. The method for preparing a heating tile according to claim 1, wherein in the step (4), the insulating layer is formed by foaming and die-casting.

5. A method of manufacturing a heating tile according to claim 1 or 4 wherein said insulating layer is made of polyurethane or polyethylene foam.

6. The method for preparing a heating tile according to claim 1 or 4, wherein in the step (4), the die is provided with an outlet, and the die is covered with a cushion rubber pad.

7. A heating ceramic tile prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 6.

8. A heating tile as claimed in claim 7, wherein the heating cable is fixed to the bottom surface of the tile in a "return" configuration.

9. A heating tile as claimed in claim 7, wherein a heat storage and energy storage layer is provided between the heating cable and the tile, and the heat storage and energy storage layer is made of a heat storage and energy storage material.

10. A heating tile according to claim 7, wherein a reflective layer is provided between the heating cable and the insulating layer, the reflective layer being made of a reflective material.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a ceramic tile, in particular to a heating ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The heating ceramic tile is a novel heating product which is developed rapidly in recent years and is applied to families and other spaces with heating requirements in batches. The heating ceramic tile generally adopts heating wires, carbon fibers or electric heating films as heating elements and polyurethane or polystyrene foam as heat insulation materials.

The main problem that exists of ceramic tile that generates heat at present: 1. the heating is uneven, and the temperature difference of a plurality of products is more than 5 ℃, and some products are even more than 10 ℃. 2. The ceramic tile, the heating material and the heat-insulating layer are bonded by glue, and harmful substances are easily volatilized when the ceramic tile, the heating material and the heat-insulating layer are heated. 3. The service life of the heating film is greatly shorter than the declared service life, and the actual service life of many products is less than 5 years. 4. The heat-insulating layer has defects, or is not firmly combined with the ceramic tile, and is forced to creep or slip; or the installation surface is pressed and deformed to cause the unevenness, the beauty and the use effect are damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a preparation method of a heating ceramic tile with uniform heating. The heating ceramic tile disclosed by the invention is uniform in heating, and has the characteristics of stable structure, long service life, health and environmental friendliness.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a preparation method of the heating ceramic tile comprises the following steps:

(1) cleaning and pretreating the bottom surface of the ceramic tile;

(2) prefabricating and molding the heating cable through a metal mold with a groove;

(3) sticking the heating cable in the step (2) to the bottom surface of the ceramic tile in the step (1);

(4) and placing the ceramic tile with the heating cable in the mold, and integrally forming the ceramic tile with the heat-insulating layer material to obtain the heating ceramic tile, wherein the heating cable is positioned between the ceramic tile and the heat-insulating layer.

Preferably, in the step (2), the forming process of the heating cable is as follows: and (2) coating a release agent in the metal mould with the groove, distributing the heating cable in the metal mould groove, pouring environment-friendly sizing glue at the gap between the mould groove and the heating cable, and taking out the heating cable after the sizing glue is cured. When the sizing glue is poured, the amount of the sizing glue is required to be paid attention so that the glue is not higher than the plane of the mold.

Preferably, in the step (3), the heating cable is adhered to the bottom surface of the tile through a heat-conducting adhesive or a heat-conducting tape. The heating cable is tightly attached to the bottom of the ceramic tile by pasting, and no obvious gap can be left. The width of the heat-conducting adhesive (tape) is determined to ensure that the heating cable is completely attached, so that the heating cable can not be attached at will by a super-wide band and can not be fully attached at the bottom of a brick.

Preferably, in the step (4), the insulating layer is formed by foaming and die-casting. The thickness, the material consumption and the die casting time of the heat-insulating layer are determined according to the material of the heat-insulating layer and the corresponding performance requirements.

Preferably, the heat insulation layer is made of polyurethane or polyethylene foam.

Preferably, in the step (4), the die is provided with a wire outlet, and the die is covered with a buffer rubber mat.

Meanwhile, the invention also provides the heating ceramic tile prepared by the preparation method.

Preferably, the heating cable is fixed on the bottom surface of the ceramic tile in a 'return' structure.

Preferably, a heat storage and energy storage layer is arranged between the heating cable and the ceramic tile, and the heat storage and energy storage layer is made of a heat storage and energy storage material.

Preferably, a reflecting layer is arranged between the heating cable and the heat insulation layer, and the reflecting layer is made of reflecting materials. The reflective material may be aluminum foil or the like.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
