Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of transmission, and particularly relates to an elastic coupling with a brake wheel.

Background

In the production of steel rolling, a power shaft and a roller end shaft are usually connected by a coupler, and in the rolling process, when the working torque is overloaded or other accidents happen, the coupler needs emergency braking to interrupt the transmission of torque, so that a motor and related equipment are effectively protected, and the elastic coupler with a brake wheel is widely applied under the condition. However, the existing elastic coupling with the brake wheel has the following defects: one is that the brake wheel and the shaft sleeve adopt an integral structure, the elastic coupling of the structure has low material utilization rate and high manufacturing cost, when the brake element is damaged, the integral structure needs to be replaced, which brings trouble to maintenance and adjustment, increases the maintenance cost and difficulty and affects the working efficiency; the other type is that the brake wheel and the shaft sleeve are connected in a welding mode, the elastic coupling of the structure is affected by welding strength, when the elastic coupling is subjected to large impact load, the overall reliability is poor, and potential safety hazards are brought to production.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the existing problems, the invention provides an elastic coupling with a brake wheel, which can effectively save the manufacturing cost, is easy to maintain and replace, and simultaneously improves the reliability and durability of use.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following scheme, including:

the bolt is sleeved on the elastic ring piece and then sequentially penetrates through the through hole in the second retaining ring, the through hole in the second shaft sleeve, the through hole in the first shaft sleeve and the through hole in the first retaining ring and then is screwed with the nut;

The meshing mechanism is a rectangular internal tooth arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the brake wheel and a rectangular external tooth arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the second sleeve flange.

The meshing mechanism is a pair of protrusions arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the brake wheel and a pair of grooves arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the second shaft sleeve flange.

The elastic ring piece is an elastic sleeve.

The elastic ring piece is a spring.

The elastic coupling with the brake wheel can effectively save the manufacturing cost, is easy to maintain and replace, and simultaneously improves the reliability and durability of use.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the engagement mechanism is a rectangular internal tooth 11 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the brake wheel and a rectangular external tooth 12 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the second sleeve flange as a second embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, as a third embodiment of the present invention, the engagement mechanism is a pair of protrusions 13 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the brake wheel and a pair of grooves 14 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the second sleeve flange.
