1. An oil injection mechanism is characterized by comprising a workbench, a knife sleeve body, a knife sleeve fixing seat, a cylinder and an oil injection device body;

The oiling mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a rotating mechanism, wherein the rotating mechanism is connected to the workbench, the knife pouch holders are connected to the workbench through the rotating mechanism, so that the knife pouch holders are driven by the rotating mechanism to rotate in a horizontal direction relative to the workbench, the number of the rotating shafts is more than 2, the knife pouch holders are disposed at the end portions of the rotating shafts, and the axis of each rotating shaft is perpendicular to the axis of the rotating mechanism.

The oiling mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a guide rail and a positioning slider, wherein the guide rail is horizontally arranged on the workbench, the positioning slider is slidably connected to the guide rail, and the positioning slider is provided with a limiting portion matched with one end of the cutter sleeve body.

7. The oil injection mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the included angle between the axes of two adjacent oil injection holes is 90 degrees.

8. The oiling mechanism of claim 2, wherein the number of spindles is 4.

9. The oiling mechanism as defined in claim 8, wherein the angle between two adjacent rotating shafts is 90 degrees.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of production of milling cutter tool sleeves, in particular to an oil injection mechanism.

Background

The technical scheme is that industrial lubricating grease, commonly called butter, needs to be injected into a cutter sleeve during the processing process of the cutter sleeve of the milling cutter, and how to efficiently and uniformly finish oil injection of the cutter sleeve of the milling cutter in the batch production process of the cutter sleeve of the milling cutter is a problem which needs to be solved in the field.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the oil injection mechanism can efficiently and uniformly complete oil injection of the milling cutter sleeve.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

an oil injection mechanism comprises a workbench, a knife sleeve body, a knife sleeve fixing seat, a cylinder and an oil injection device body;

the cutter sleeve is cylindrical, an annular groove is formed in the cylindrical surface of the cutter sleeve, and a plurality of oil injection holes are formed in the annular groove;

the oiling device comprises an oil tank, an oil delivery pipe and an oiling head, wherein the oiling head is connected to the oil tank through the oil delivery pipe and is vertically and downwards fixed at the lower end of the cylinder, so that the oiling head is positioned right above one of the oil injection holes of the cutter sleeve body.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the oiling mechanism provided by the invention, the cutter sleeve fixing seat is arranged on the workbench, the side part of the cutter sleeve fixing seat is connected with the cutter sleeve fixing part through the rotating shaft, the cutter sleeve body is connected with the cutter sleeve fixing part, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate through the stepping motor, one oil injection port of the cutter sleeve body faces upwards, then the cylinder drives the oiling head to move downwards to align with the oil injection port, butter is injected into the oil injection port, after oiling is finished, the cylinder drives the oil injection port to return, the stepping motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate for a certain angle continuously, the next oil injection port faces upwards, the cylinder drives the oil injection port to move downwards to align with the oil injection port for oiling, the stepping motor and the cylinder can be controlled by the PLC, and therefore automatic oiling of multiple oil injection ports of the cutter sleeve body is finished, the oiling mechanism has high efficiency.
