1. A shell assembly of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising

A face frame having a first sealing portion;

the panel is connected with the face frame and arranged on one side of the face frame, and the panel is provided with a second sealing part;

the chassis is provided with an open opening and is connected with the face frame, the chassis is provided with a third sealing part and a fourth sealing part which are spaced, the fourth sealing part is arranged at the edge of the open opening, the third sealing part is matched with the first sealing part, and the fourth sealing part is matched with the second sealing part.

2. The housing assembly of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein one of the first sealing part and the third sealing part is provided with a first groove, and the other is provided with a first protrusion.

3. The air conditioner housing assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein said first groove extends along an edge of said open opening.

4. The housing assembly of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein one of the second sealing part and the fourth sealing part is provided with a second groove, and the other is provided with a second protrusion.

5. The air conditioner case assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein a portion of the edge of the panel is bent to form the second groove.

6. The air conditioner case assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second groove extends along an edge of the open opening.

7. The air conditioner casing assembly of claim 4, wherein a portion of the edge of the panel is bent to form a bent portion, and the bent portion cooperates with the edge of the face frame to define the second groove.

8. The housing assembly of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the base pan includes a first gusset and a second gusset,

the first gusset plate has a first main body section and a first thinning section connected with the first main body section, and the ratio of the thickness of the first thinning section to the thickness of the first main body section is: 0.5-0.9,

the second gusset plate has a second body section and a second thinned section connected to the second body section, the ratio of the thickness of the second thinned section to the thickness of the second body section being: 0.5-0.9,

the first thinning section and the second thinning section are connected and form an included angle structure, and the first main body section and the second main body section are opposite to each other and spaced apart.

9. The air conditioner housing assembly as recited in claim 8, further comprising a deflector coupled to said face frame, said deflector being rotatable between a first position and a second position,

when the air deflector is positioned at the first position, the air deflector closes the open opening;

when the air deflector is located at the second position, the air deflector is located inside the face frame, the air deflector is stacked with the first corner plate, and the air deflector opens the open opening.

10. An air conditioner characterized by comprising a housing assembly of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
